The ONLY place we buy farm supplies from is Olsen’s Grain! Not only do we love supporting our local businesses, but we KNOW the quality of what they’re selling here isn’t like the big corporate stores (you know who they are 😜). We have had so many help from your staff, particularly the manager of your chino Valley location. He’s incredible & has helped us newbie farmers become better! We will always have happy animals & support you guys as long as you are around!

I absolutely love Olsens !!!They are very professional and accommodate anything I request !Jacky has always been so kind to us !! She rocks !!Rick and Corey are amazing !The WHOLE crew is fantastic !!We have a big animal crew with visits weekly ! Even when I’m trying to find the best dog food and switch brands , they don’t blink and eye at my requests . Best feed store in town !

Very very rude service more than once. The manager actually called me rude after pointing out a mistake 5 times on one transaction. The chicken feed had mold 3 different times & when I poited it out they said it's because where they store it that it gets wet. They NEVER Reimbursed their mistakes. The manager in the Dewey store is rude. She sat back behind her glass window giving me dirty looks. Twice she was rude to the poor girls who work there. She throws her job title around like she's something. And all I asked for was an apology when she was wrong. I said an apology can go a long way. She was to Rude to apologize so the girl in the back room came out & apologized. She intimidates the poor young girls whovwork there. She is No Role Model & I would drive a hundred miles before I shop there out if convenience ever again. The guys in the back & all the other people are good & kind and even when they were waiting on me in the past "J" has butt her nose in. She is Beyond Rude.

You'll never meet nicer, more helpful people than at Olsen's. We stopped in the other day and explained we were trying to trap a lost cat. Luke gave us some excellent advice that allowed us to trap the cat! I can't say enough good things about these people.

Always great staff here. They are willing and able to help with just about any questions. We always get our wild bird seed here. We recently bought our chicken's, and they have been so helpful with all of our questions about the whole process of raising our new flock.

Was greeted right away. Very pleasant and polite but the bird seed I was looking for was almost double the price I had seen it at Ace Hardware. Also, unless you go there regularly, it's easy to drive right by on the highway. Had to do a turn around on Hwy 69.

My go-to for everything on the ranch. Love their store brand grains. Great value! We have chickens, ducks, geese, goats, a dog. Everything I need is right there and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Love that the big bags are loaded into the car.

I can find some hard to find items that every horsewoman needs! The customer service is great, and if I have ever had a problem finding what I'm looking for, they have usually been able to order it.These folks really work hard to go above and beyond.

We went to find a harness and couldn't find our size the girl said there's one on the computer so she walked us over there and hunted around and found it for us. Olson's is so friendly and helpful, they always go above and beyond for their customers and prices are cery reasonable

Definitely not 100 pound bales as they say. I've bought two different types of hay each time I've been here and neither we're close to weight. It doesn't get that much shrinkage etc.

Friendly helpful staff. I got 4 five in one shots for my friends puppy for Christmas. The young lady that rang me up was so taken by Bella , that I promised to contact her when we let Bella has a litter next year.
