I love visiting other TLE's to compare them to the one I work at. May be a mess, but it is a lot more spacious than the one I work at. The staff all work together and get the jobs done.

Arrived at this store and tried to enter at 10:43 pm. The entrance door was blocked and there was an employee standing in the entrance ignoring me despite my attempt to ask him a question. The store hours are listed as open until 11 pm. Why does a store that closes at 11 have to close its entrance 20 minutes early??? I was camping in the area and ran out of drinking water. I was going in for a case of water.. Really WalMart?? And placing a person in the entrance that completely ignores customers before closing hours? Poor customer service! And a very inhospitable experience in the Cottonwood area. My local Walmart actually stays open to customers until their actual closing hours. So disappointing!

Had a lovely experience at the pharmacy today. A bit of a complicated situation and literally all 4 staff, Melissa, Jennifer, Hope, and Zoe, were helping me at some point. All with patience and a smile. After a horrible situation at another grocery store pharmacy, these ladies were refreshingly competent and helpful. Thank you!

Had to buy two new tires for my vehicle today ($230.00). Called Walmart Automotive Department to confirm the tire size I needed was in stock and could they install them today. They said yes and I could come now to get them installed. Automotive Department employee named Dillon greeted me and helped me fill out paperwork and said he would page me in the store in one hour when my vehicle was done. Dillon also rang up a few items I had in my shopping cart so I didn't have to go all the way back to the front of the store to pay for my items. He saved me a lot of time today and I appreciated it. Fast service in the Automotive Department and Dillon's customer service skills are a rare find. Please make sure Dillon gets some type of recognition for being a great employee!

Not my favorite Walmart. The staff seem a bit reluctant to help, with exception of the greeters, they’re always warm and cheerful. There is usually a lot of disorganized shelves and unclear labeling. The produce department is nicely stocked and the selection is good. I had a return at the service desk and the person who helped me seemed annoyed that I was there. She gave me vague, word, instructions, like, “barcode“. Which was her unfriendly way of telling me to scan the qr code on the terminal. She then began snacking on an open bag of almonds and chomping away while I waited for her next one word instruction. Things lightened up a little once the return was being processed through the register. I’m not sure if she was stressed and then relieved or if she was happy that she didn’t have to deal with me anymore.

Very disappointed with WalmartOnly one register open .All self checkout registers are operating normally but those are not what many of costumers want. We like the person at the register engaging in conversations and seeing someone who can connect with a have a good shopping experience.

As always employees are unfriendly. I asked an employee where the vinegar was and she said it so fast it took me a minute to discover what she said and she said it without looking up from her phone. No one should have to show a receipt on the way out and as always, very few cashiers. Now I know why I detest going to Walmart.

There was way way way to many people with out masks I took a picture of a few (with blurred faces) there is no wonder this country is so high in coronavirus cases. I don't like walmart in general but this one especially irked my nerves. It is so dispicable the staff pays no mind to the people with out a mask, and people very closed to me are very high on the high risk list. To see a company so blaitey disregard a heath warning in a time like this I took my money and left. DO NOT SHOP HERE... Amazon is better than here (and I don't like amazon either). Stay safe 😷12/20/21 still shop here even fewer people wear masks

The people there are really kind. Very helpful and there's a lot of employees. Too bad California can't follow Arizona's lead with anything. It would be a better state I'm embarrassed to live in California. Hopefully I can make it to Arizona.

Great products and great prices. Good selection. I like the choices I have when shopping here. I love the mobile app and how Walmart pay can show me pictures of the things I bought and it makes returns a breeze.

Always busy, but usually the best prices other than sales. I hate actually having to go in bc it always takes a while, lines are usually long even for self checkout. Glad we have it tho. I lived here before it was super Walmart and Fry's was rediculous for groceries.

All of the employees are so helpful at this Walmart! Customer Service and the Cashier girls are terrific...always good fast service. This tells me they must have a great Manager at this store! Walmart has a great variety of products. It is my favorite Walmart Store!

Every time I have gone there I have been greeted with hostility from a boy no older than 13 named Mac who rides a scooter around the property. The supervisors do nothing about him even though I complain about him each time. I hope that next time I’m there they remove him permanently.

After living here nearly 2 years, this Wal-Mart never fails to let me down. They are terrible at keeping items in stock. A lot of employees have no knowledge of the items in their departments. The prices of a lot of products cost more in the store than on their website. Items that show to be in stock are nowhere to be found in the store. The home video section is not organized at all. I believe a huge part of the problems with this location stems from the meth addicts in cottonwood. They make terrible employees and terrible customers.Here I am 2 months later looking for an air filter for my jeep wrangler. Nope. This walmart does not even stock a fram air filter for the wrangler. I find this to be very odd because they stock a mopar brand oil filter among many other brands. They do stock a k&n air filter if you want to spend $80 for a filter that will actually damage your engine over a paper filter.

This Walmart is pretty great but man y'all need to invest in the parking lot! Most torn up parking lot I've seen for a Walmart. Granted I've noticed that about a lot of AZ roads. The online order and pick-up is a lifesaver. I usually order 30-45 items but recently they've been out of maybe 5+ items every time we order. Maybe the inventory system needs updating to talk to the app/website better to notify users the product is not available sooner. Anyways! Pretty happy with the store!

This store has the best self checkout ever.No calling an attendant when you hesitate on the bag or stop the checkout because you have alcohol until the end.The meat section has quality beef and the eggs are fresh. Not much in the way of organics and getting out of the parking lot is a pain as there is no exit that avoids pedestrian traffic or no left turns.

Horrible atmosphere great prices tho on everything but their meats from China of dubious quality and cheaper at every grocery store or meat shop in the USA..everything else is pretty much cheaper at Wally world so there's that o course but they're perilously close to being an illegal monopoly so look for hyperinflation soon once that is achieved then they'll charge anything they want and there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it..watch n see omg

I wasn't able to find everything I wanted but got most of my items. I also did a pickup order a couple of days ago and I liked the features of substitution choices and that any items not in stock but available online are shipped for free.

Came into town late last night around 11pm and parked our RV overnight in this Wal-Mart parking lot. No issues, even though there were a bunch of “no overnight parking” signs. Purchased about $500 in supplies the next morning. Thanks Walmart for being such a great company.
