As a General Contractor I am at this store for business that needs to get done timely and under contract. The customer service is less than horrible. Today there were no lumber carts anywhere. The staff could care less they are rude and disrespectful. This is the usual with them. I would fire the manager immediately because this only comes from very poor leadership. I will drive the distance to Lowe’s to avoid this rude and unprofessional store. Hopefully they go bankrupt!!

Beware buying appliances. We got a defective LG washer and getting it replaced timely was a nightmare of follow ups. The gen mgr was not readily reachable and in the end it took executive mgt assist to remedy the issues. There are other choices.

This is the worst I always come to buy here from Sedona I ordered a milwaukee tool kit and they sent me an email to say it was ready I came to pick it up and it was not complete and they said the package would arrive next week and I called to ask about it package and they said that it would not arrive that they would reorder it and next week it would arrive now they sent me an email to let me know that it was ready to pick up and I drove from Sedona again and it is not complete and the customer service workers only tell you that It's the only thing that arrived and if it's not what I ordered I have to cancel it. They couldn't take the time to find out what happened to my package. The first time they said my package was ready, the customer service woman was very kind and It helped us to know why the complete package had not arrived but today not only is it not there and you have to cancel the clients' time, they don't care

We requested an estimate for flooring in our home. After measuring, HD called and told us they couldn't give us a solid estimate because there was a lot of floating to be done. They indicated we should use vinyl flooring only. We went with Main Place instead and are getting laminate. In my opinion, I think Home Depot installation doesn't have the skill to put in anything except vinyl. I think I dodged a bullet.

Terrible sales rep in appliances!We came to HD in Cottonwood az to get pricing on 4 appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave). The appliance guy (long pony tail, don't remember his name) offered way too much information, and it sounded like he was not wanting to make a sale. He was very negative and an overwhelming bad experience. We ended up going to Lowes in Prescott and had a much better experience. We bought all of our appliances there instead

It’s a big store. I’ve done better asking at the entrance where each item I need is. Today’s attendant was excellent and told me exactly for 3 items. There’s always some wait to get out. Staff are friendly and helpful compared to some big city branches I’ve patronized.

Go visit Dan or Mark in Millwork ( windows & Doors) they really know their stuff & are fun to work with which is why I chose HD over their competitor.

The clerk is so helpful. She seemed like she knew me & it felt great although I don't recall her face. Great customer service & nice people too!!! Thank you!! I purchased the Stanley Toolbox 3 locking boxes stacking with wheels & 2 handles. $38 plus tax. I also bought a Large orange Homer Box for $9.99 plus tax. Both came too under $45.00. Beat the quality WalMart doesn't hold a candle to Home Depo!! Of course I had to decorate it as soon as I arrived home. Photos included below.

I went in needing a weed trimmer. Heidi was incredibly helpful and showed me all the different options and helped me find one of the specials to save a lot of money. Big shout-out to Heidi, customer service like that is very important these days.

I came here 6:30pm, Thursday August 24th and checked out at the self checkout. The woman running self checkout has such a positive attitude! I think her name was Tracy. I left the store feeling better than when I arrived because of her bubbly energy. Thank you Tracy!

This place is riddled with meth users as employees. If you ever wonder why your orders are missing, late, or incomplete this homedepot allows drug addicts and dealers to work there. I won't support a company that won't support employees. Start drug testing your employees.

Mixed reviews due to the lack of help from the young employees but excellent help from the two men who were over 30 who helped me.I know it’s hard to find help these days but if every employee knew to ask a customer if they need help loading and getting things to their car there would be a 5⭐️ review instead of 3.

Can't say enough about Linda P ext 416 ! She knows her products. She is an excellent communicator. We have ordered blinds, turf, pavers etc and she is a wealth of information. Nice local home depot, decent selection of everything. Customer service typically good unless it's very busy. People helping in the aisles are fairly helpless, but I expect that at a big box store. Their app makes shopping, locating items, and checking stock so much easier.

I love to go there in evening. Salesman in Blinds outstanding. Dennis in paint helpful with choice of caulk for 71 yr old woman. And young man in self serve told me if I need help, he was there. Got to use my 5% off coupon. Oh and lady in gardening welcoming as I purchased my mum.

My wife and I, stopped by yesterday to shop for lumber for a small outdoor project. I don't know much about wood working and am expecting an injury or two while completing it. Anyway, Thomas was working in the lumber department and he was very, very patient and helpful in finding the type of lumber I would need. He also took my drawings and measured and cut my lumber for me. He even gave me directions to the nearest Urgent Care, just in case :D He was great!
