Hi everyone well I’m coming on here to say petsense grooming is so wonderful my pup Natasha is so beautiful but she gets dirty. lol what dog doesn’t. I all take my daughter’s pup there as well and I’m going to share photos with all. This is what the wonderful ladies at the grooming department can do. Plus there is never a time I walk in or out mad or disappointed we walk in with a smile and out. And I’m in there weekly and the consistency is wonderful for Natasha cause she knows her friend Dani and she loves her. Thank you Dani you’re such an amazing woman.

Online or in-store, this is a great place for all your fur baby needs. The local store is always well stocked and has a wonderful staff. They also have grooming available should your fur baby need a little dolling up. They always have pet related events going on at our local store. Give them a call or come by and say hi.

I took my golden puppy to get groomed and Dani in the groom shop did an amazing job informing me of what my puppy needed. They truly care about the well being of the dogs that they work on!

Worst groomers on the planet, tried to tell me my dog had matted hair...haha, I know what matted hair looks like, this girl has what? 3 yrs experience? Right? I'm 66 grew up on a farm, I know matted, my dog was not matted, it had been raining & she was dirty & needed a bath, but she wasn't matted, she has very thick aussie hair, I guess I should have brushed her before I brought her in I didn't know they were such delicate wall flowers at this groomers, now my dog is screwed up for the rest of her life. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS IF YOUR DOG HAS AN UNDERCOAT.....But they shaved her...her under coat...which you never ever do....thats a big no no ...that never grows back on a dog right...not ever...guess they didn't teach her that in groom school...now my dog is screwed up forever...

Ashlynn does an amazing job on my little scared Maltipoo Prim, and every time we go she is a little less nervous. I know how much she loves the doggies, my dog PICKED HER as her groomer as she's very timid and came up to her for pets without showing any sign of nervousness....

Checked web site for cottonwood store it said they carried product we wanted but they don't. When questioned person in store gave us the generic answer that web site was company wide . We will not be back due to store being so over priced .

There was an employee that had to be continually called to the front to do her job. She seemed a bit aloof. One of the many times she wandered from the front, she decided to approach me and give me unsolicited advice for my dog. Keep opinions on harnesses and collars for people for ask.Store didn't feel very clean and there was no music making it seem awkward and eerily quiet

Brooke was less than interested in helping us. Walked in, no greeting as she scrolled on her phone. Needed help engraving a pet tag and she put it in backwards and didn't help when I asked what to do next because again, she was scrolling on her phone.Nice clean store though.

3 years ago I gave this place an excellent review. I used get my dog groomed before he died and would still get pellets for my parrot here. I stopped in today wanting to purchase a small carrier for the parrot. It rang up at the wrong price. I asked the girl why so high and she said tax. I asked her to show me and I can see it's rung up at the wrong price. I told her the total is wrong. She says she'll check with her manager and comes back telling me manager says it's tax. I said no it's not tax, it has rung up incorrectly - look at the price tag. And she says well this is the price you have to pay because that's the total the machine says. Again I ask her to look at the price that the product has rung up at and tell her I want the price that it is marked which it is also marked on the shelf where I got it. She tells me no I have to pay this price. I said go get your manager. So she goes gets her manager and the manager asked what the problem and I said this girl can't do math and the manager tells me I'm being rude. Excuse me? Other customers were watching while I tried to explain to this girl that 39 + 4 does not equal $49. I'm done. Easy enough to order what I need from Amazon. I was so upset with how I was treated by the store manager Brooke, I came back later to return the item - only to be greeted with the sneering employee who never did apologize. And the bonus is, going to Amazon afterwards to repurchase the carrier, I found a 40% savings. Since this store doesn't care to have your business, save your money.

Excellent products and services. Had my pup groomed there and got a free airbrushed purple star tattoo ! When she didn't like the food I bought there, I was able to return it with no questions asked and a full refund. Wonderful manager too! Highly recommended! And Gaia's Place healing and wellness center is right next door and they are very dog friendly!

Love this store!! Very nice and helpful staff, all of them. My little Pom had an upset stomach and the manager recommended a natural remedy that really worked..., after expensive Vet visit that did nothing for him. Good variety of pet supplies. They have a Vet clinic once a month. Their Vet is really nice, smart and caring. I went in for shots and she offered advice about Busters dry skin condition. She solved my concerns without my even having to ask. They also have pet grooming which I have not used yet, but they are always very busy... a good sign. The only reason for the four stars is that the parking is not great. Plenty of it but a bit of a walk especially when carrying supplies.

Helpful staff members answered questions and guided me to new food for specific health concerns. 2 staff members took the time and were focused 100% on my pets nutrition and health needs. Both my dogs shopped with me and love shopping there. Staff gave great service with several recomended options and clear advice. My dogs love the food they recommended. There is a buy 10 bags get 1 free program. It is a pleasant shopping experience. I also use groomer for nail trims...she is awesome!

We have always had good advice when we go in for something where not sure of, we have a wiemarainer who over her 13 Years has had her little problems, and the people there seem to be pretty knowledgeable about what's best for the treatment. Plus they carry our brand of dog food at a good price

Grooming department is awesome!! She totally listened to how I wanted my golden doodle groomed. I showed her a picture and she did a great job!! I was very impressed! My boy is a large dog around 75-80 lbs and the price they charge is very fair, for a full groom. He came back silky smooth and smelled so good. I will be bringing him back. Thanks again!

4 yrs ago I had a not so pleasurable experience there. But I am happy to say that my subsequent visits have been excellent. Attentive & knowledgeable store helpers, great variety of products and competitive prices. They have a grooming service, but I've never used it.

We only use this store if it is a last resort. They have all sorts of foods, treats, toys, etc. Everything seems to be fresh, current. We've purchased treats and toys here. They've never been a problem. The staff doesn't really seem to care that you are there, they're almost put off by your visit. You can probably get the basics you need for a quick fix at Frys next door.
