Friendly, faster, and the new parking lot is much easier to get in and out from. Location is great for people or tourists coming from Sedona. Daily deals and manager specials are awesome. Personally, I can't use the high high grade stuff so I typically get the $75/oz that ranges between 18-23%. Buds will be smaller but still packs a punch.

Friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The gentleman that takes IDs and buzzes you in was friendly.. The young lady with the short, white, blonde hair and big smile (wish I remembered her name ) was more than friendly. She was real and personable. She made me feel like I was an old friend. I really appreciate it when people treat me like a real person and not just like another dollar bill walking by. I recommend this place to anybody, the value is good and the service is excellent.

I went to Harvest for the first time with my medical card, and they were so helpful. My Neurologist recommended that I get my card since my insurance wasn't covering the medication anymore. The folks at Harvest listened carefully to why I was taking the med and what I needed to achieve for day use and night. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Harvest atmosphere is always pleasant and happy. Cat was my Cashier, she was very kind and informed me about the new products they got in along with some deals that they had going on which I was happy to take part of. I can't wait go back again for more goodies and enjoy the happy atmosphere of Harvest and their employees. 🧡💚

Yo this place is Poppin 🌀🌀🌀.... recently I saved 2000 points and got 160 bucks of product free🤘🤘🤘🤘...lovley staff....chill vibes.... They have discounts and a punch card every 6 or 7 visits you get 35% off.... Great first timer deals🤩🤩🤩🤩..... Parking recently just got better because they redid the parking lot... And they are pet friendly also if you have children they are willing to bring your order out to you... While you wait in the waiting room so your kids do not have to be left outside or with a sitter❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️... They also have pet friendly CBD products...just go in and check them out ......local here by the way 🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂

I decided to update my review I left a couple of months back. Harvest (not just this one, the company as a whole) were on my bad side because they were doing obvious bait and switches with their "daily deals" (changing deals advertised all week, either the day of, or the day before etc). They have not done that in a while (not since President's day, that I recall), and have also implemented a great rewards system based on amount of money spent. The awesome Happy hour deals via email are always having me come back for more... Oh, and shout out to the manager Rebecca. My AZDHS account was showing an error in terms of my allotment. So i wasnt able to run anything as a med patient. She knew that I wasn't over my allotment, and was able to run my order as recreational, AND still got me all my discounts as a med patient (taxes and med monday discount) you guys rule!!! Stellar customer service day in day out, and the best deals and freshest medicine around... Rest assured that I wont need Nirvana for anything else again..you guys always have the best selection of flower (FRESH Alien Labs, Connected, Sonoran Roots and DOJA Pak ) and concentrates (Canamo, Growsciences, DRIP)... CHEERS!!!!

I was waiting half a week to go in and get my disposable because I saw they were having a deal that was coming up in a few days that was bogo but then I went to go order online and it was gone I called in and the person whoever I spoke to had a horrible attitude couldn’t answer my questions at all, if she only she would have answered me question I would not be upset. I have been going there for years now and never had issue idk what is going on, I won’t be going back anymore.

Easily the worst dispensary in the area. Poor customer service matched with now loyalty point system and get this you only get a medical discount one day a week. Other options I would recommend would be Nirvana or Curaleaf. Avoid Harvest unless you have no other choice.

The degradation of dispensaries has gotten to the point where in smaller towns are getting screwed because lack of competition. Had my medical card for 8 years now and watched the dispensaries raise prices and take away any rewards programs. Watched them price gouge to the point where it's less going to a bigger city where dispensaries compete. Today was a breaking point. Went in for a pre-roll and got line jumped by someone who put in an order online but last minute said he didn't. With only 3 budtenders after already waiting 15 minutes I walked out. I can get just as good flower from many single people who grow as a hobby as most of the "professional grows" offered. So in surmise I will not be frequenting this dispensary. Sadly after watching it go from Yavapai Herbal to Harvest....no more.

I bet the product will be good. This review is about the service. I couldn't go in to pick up with my fiancé because I have an ID from another country. An ID is issued by the government!Anyway, the dude looked at my ID, took it to the back and showed it to someone else only to deny me entry.I guess next time we could go back to Nirvana. When we went there, they checked out my ID and we were able to pick up together.The product is all for me, anyway.

Horrible experience. Never shopping here again. Heading to new, better, dispensary in Cottonwood. It's Nirvana.Update, their replies are empty. Fake concern. I had already emailed my complaint over a week ago. Never heard back. Not giving you another dime of my hard earned money to this business. They really don't care of these issues would have vanished long ago.

Fair prices. It is AZ after all! Expect to pay 25% in sales tax on your purchase. We walked away with a gram of sauce, shatter and a half gram cartridge for under $100. Good enough for me until we get back to CO.
