They need help, this store is always bare shelved, how.. the help is fine there's usually only two people.. from what I see, no way they can keep up..with stocking and checking out and helping customers. And I heard they only make 12 something an hour.. the company needs to wake up and help thier employees.

Almost half of shelve were empty. Had to wait 4mins for cashier to come check me out. But they had my friend (homeboys)(hes a dog)by the way favorite bones in stock this time.

This store is usually well stocked, unfortunately the employees abandon stocking carts in the middle of the isle's so you cannot maneuver your cart past. Another downfall - expect to wait inline for several minutes as there is usually one register open

What a joke this place is anymore, never stocked , product on the floor , one checkout open with line wrapped around down isle while other employees pretend to not see the line so big. So poorly ran. If Management doesnt want to help their employees then they need to hire people that are faster at checking out instead of these slow ones.

They need to hire more help. I even applied there in June and had a interview. I called a couple of times and was told GM would call me back with a schedule and never heard back. Oh well I tried.

I used to like this place, but just like every other place (post pandemic) they only care about money. It was 5 days before Valentine’s Day. All I asked for was 3 non-valentines balloons. It was 8am. The cashier refused because she was told to blow up 50 v day balloons. Mind you, she had 10 or so already done.I asked if she could just get me 3 and she told me no. I asked why she couldn’t just do the 3 real quick? She said made the same comment about v day balloons. I said there’s several days before v day, my party is today. She still refused. This will be the last time I EVER go to another dollar tree again.IT’S A SAD DAY THAT A COMPANY IS WILLING TO FORGO A GUARANTEED SALE FOR NON GUARANTEED SALES.

The drivers of this stores new LED lighting have all failed, creating high-speed flutter. This place is an epileptic's nightmare. Just being here really hurts your eyes.

This was a great store. Sadly it is going downhill fast. Empty shelves and lack of any new creative products is shocking.Lots of items didn't need the flat 25 cent increase either. What a shame.

Employees are clueless about their surroundings and what a sense of urgency when there are long lines.One was chatting with a customer who had like a hundred items and scanning them like every 3 seconds. While the line was around the corner. cluelessHis name started with a K and ended with an N.One employee who open the next register got like 5 people out of there in the time the Ke—-n guy got one.He was quick to scan and bag. He didn’t have a name tag but I thanked him.I don’t understand how some people can be so clueless . It’s baffling.The world is full of maroons .Management need to train better.

I am really hyped to shop in here. The staff are really excited about to shop there. They don't smile at you but however they get you laughing until your body is in pain.Now this does have many things to pick from, you may fill up your basket to fill. Even you was going to pick up a few things.Just a cool place 👍

A store that has A little bit of everything and cards are 50 cents each! Hair ties, snacks, batteries, reading glasses, kids toys, paper products and holiday decorations abound. I always bring my dog with me and I end up meeting new and old friends there. I got a monthly planner for a dollar! It's a true dollar store. A consumer's paradise. Be careful. It's easy to spend many dollars there!

Love the customer service and the availability of some of their one dollar items. They are the only place I know of that provides affordable for me products such as perfume, toiletries, and cleaning products. Also, the pricing and availability of inflated ballons, greeting cards, reading and sun-glasses makes it possible to stock up on personal and housing necessities. Something else I am very grateful for is their policy of having the cashier to greet all customers as we enter the store. This to me is such a personal touch that makes me aware that my humanity is recognized. Kudos to their management for making this a part of my shopping experience.

I was able to find so many cool things to fill my operation shoe box boxes! Plus a few things I didn't even know that I needed for me! The staff are all so nice and it wasn't that crowded for being 3pm rush hour!

It's sad when u have hired employees who get absolutely NO hours and yet not only do u have "help wanted" signs but only ONE cashier and a line that goes half way down the middle of the store!!! I hate this place!! Boxes everywhere! So unorganized! Half the employees are seriously rude!! The bathrooms are disgusting! Yes, I love the prices but I'd rather shop elsewhere.

It's like a big treasure box! I love that everything is $1! The best place to buy greeting cards, and they are really nice ones too! If I go in for one thing, I always leave with 10+. Friendly staff!

Thank you Dollar Tree for cleaning up your store. I'm not so stressed out when I come tomorrow shop. Hard to believe but shopping in a disorderly store is stressful and most the time I gave up. I had to fish thru stacks of boxes to get to the item on the shelf. You lost a lot of money over the last few years because of your store being a wreck. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who felt the same way.Wishing you much business from this moment on

Everything is perfect, minus the extremely long wait to check out. Please hold a hiring event. The location in cottonwood az needs more staff. Thankfully the current staff is amazing
