They are nice to me here. Some great employees. I just can't hardly believe they don't make enough $ to not have to actually close their pharmacy for lunch every day. Pretty crazy. One may expect this from their pet groomer or perhaps a yard sale.

copay of over $120 double charged and then told, when calling the CVS store to try and correct it, that "that couldn't have happened". Well it's on my Capital1 statement...Such customer service like that, it's amazing they are still in business.

They make you use the self check out, Even though you're going to need them to approve the age restricted medication anyway. As a senior with physical issues, this is very difficult for my wife who starts shaking when she is standing there waiting for help and the clerk is just standing there watching her.I also have an issue with their overpackaging and over packaging as shown in the photo though I've posted of my latest purchase.At least the clerk on tonight's visit was helpful in locating the tissues.

There is a reason this is the busiest CVS is all of Verde Valley. They are busy but have enough staff to compensate unlike another pharmacy in the area. And the staff is great!

I usually go to the Sedona location but due to staffing shortages, I found myself at the cottonwood location today.I just want to give a shout-out of praise to Julie who works at the pharmacy!She deserves five stars ⭐️The reason I gave four stars is because one of the other staff members was not as helpful but I want the focus to remain on Julie.Despite the stressful conditions we are under, she was helpful, cheerful and has an all around welcoming demeanor and I appreciate this so much.I hope she makes employees of the month and gets taken out to lunch at least! 😊

I love getting my prescriptions filled here because the staff are so nice and so efficient! Actually everyone here at the store is friendly. Just wanted to say thanks to all of you at CVS for all of your hard work. And you do work hard!
