There is a new manager at this store, you can definitely see a change. The store is much cleaner and nicer to shop in .The Pharmacist is great! The whole pharmacy team does a great job!! They are super busy all day long but they still have the time to help you with a smile!

CVS Pharmacy in Cottonwood is my go-to pharmacy for my prescription medications and for their non prescription pharmaceutical products. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and friendly. The pharmacy drive-up window is very convenient, and most of the time, the line moves at a good pace. If there is a long wait, it usually is the customer holding the line up and not the pharmacy staff member taking care of the drive up customers. I've lived in Cottonwood for 36 years and have used several pharmacies here over the years. My experience with CVS has been the best over all the others, especially over Walgreens Pharmacy and drive-up window, which is the absolute worst of all.A big thank you to all the CVS Pharmacy staff for being courteous and helpful, and doing your best to handle all of us that count on you.

I had a script sent to CVS from my dentist in Prescott Valley at approximately 12pm on 06/31/2023, at 230pm at the drive thru, no record of it being sent...confirmed with the dentist that it was...my wife called at 6pm and the message said it would be ready at 11pm..really?? the store closes at 10 pm!I just called at 1230am today 07/01/2023, the message said they are working on it😡😡 Time to change pharmacies, very poor service

The pharmacy tech at the Cottonwood CVS has very poor customer relation skills. She treated me very condescendingly, refused to take an extra step to check on something very easy, and then when I was standing in front of her was able to all of a sudden do what I requested for her to do on the phone. I overheard her speaking to another customer on the telephone and made the conversation politically polarized. Very unprofessional person who is on a major power trip

WAY better than the Walgreens here in town (although that's not saying much). Everyone at the pharmacy is super, theyre quick, awesome hours, and the store itself has a little of everything with great deals.

Been there daily the last 4 days as my friend loves their coupons! It requires attention to details but you can save a fair bit using CVS coupons. Staff were great when we interacted with them. I can’t comment on their pharmacy.

I love the people at this CVS they are all so friendly and helpful. The manager is always smiling and asking if he can help. The people in the pharmacy I can't express how grateful I am for them. They always make sure I have what I need and are so friendly to everyone. I hear them call e everyone by their name. Awesome place love you guys. Keep up the good work.

The pharmacists are fast, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I recently had a pharmacist call me out of the blue to make sure that I was adjusting well to the new dose of a medication, and if I had any questions about anything at all. Really outstanding service. Also, the only store in town I've seen that's pragmatic enough to keep their white wine and vodka in the freezer section. That's just handy.

I went to the Cottonwood CVS to get a PCR test for an upcoming flight and they never returned the results! Thanks to their incompetence I missed the flight and had to pay additional $700 to rebook my ticket. Thanks a lot CVS. Never again.

My insurance encourages me to use mail order for my meds. I decide to pay more to have this CVS service. This pharmacy is hands down the best in Cottonwood. Very caring and professional. Thank you CVS for such great service

They never followed thru with insurance authorization for a script change, and offered no explanation. Customer service has gone downhill since I first began using them, and agree with previous comments that they exhibit a condescending attitude. I've decided to switch to another pharmacy, because life is too short and one shouldn't have to deal with rude behavior.

Julie Fram & Meghan is rude and extremely bad customer services. Does not know how to process veterans Urgent Care prescriptions. Refuses to listen on how to submit . I wouild advise veterans to go to a different pharmacy and be treated better

The Service Reps at CVS pharmacy/Cottonwood have provided excellent customer service throughout the years to my family. Rhonda is an example of staff knowing their customers' needs and communicating with dignity and respect whether in person or on the phone when the sharing of information is needed regarding RX's. Great reflection of Sensitivity training during these stressful time ... thanks!

Called in for a refill last week, (no dr. approval needed), It still isn't filled several days later, The "pharmacist" said they've been "busy"., and told me maybe he could have it done by tomorrow, and then said he might not fill it for me at all.I've been a customer there for 10 years, this is some new guy.I'd give him zero stars if I could.

Very rude!The pharmacy tech who answered at the drive through was so rude and childish when I asked her to call the other 2 CVS to see if they had 1 of my 2 prescriptions...I called the manager to tell her about her employees unprofessional behavior and the manager was just as rude!Went to CVS in Camp Vde and they were awesome!

Used to do half my shopping with cvs for years but the rewards program isnt good anymore, and self checkout is cool but I have always enjoyed the pleasure of conversing with cvs staff in the past at checkout, so I find myself going here less and less.

These days the drive-thru line takes a ridiculously long amount of time. They have two lanes but they decided to just use one and it's for covid testing as well as prescription pickup.

They do not accept BCBS insurance and would not allow me to pay cash. Customer service really deserves a zero but that wasn’t an option. I would stay away from this place

I have to agree with others that there is room for improvement at this store. Routine business practices are often overly complicated and some staff have condescending approaches. I like the variety of products and some staff are friendly and helpful...'hope we see improvement in the other areas.

Will not return. I went here for handicap accessible window service. The rude man in the window refused to take my insurance card unless I went inside. Just had to transfer all my meds to another pharmacy
