We have been RV camping/traveling with our 2 small Japanese Chins for a month and they needed a bath real bad as well as toenail trims. Carla’s was the first place I called today and she was nice enough to offer to work them in if we brought them right away which of course we did. Carla took very good care of them and it was easy to see they had been treated well. She went above and beyond just a bath and advised us about a few things we need to watch out for. Cottonwood is blessed to have a groomer like Carla to take care of your beloved dogs. Thank you so much!

Carla is the only other human in charge of my Service Dog.... She does a great job at a decent cost... Thanks Carla..Carla has moved from A Cut Above to Carlas Dog Grooming. Her address is 470 S Main.. Can't miss it with the blue sign.. Service is still excellent and personal. Mac loves it here.Well, over a year later and there has been no change. Carla is still the only other person I trust with Mac.. And she does a great job.. I even had to book a year in advance cuz she is so busy..Fast forward another 5 years and Mac and I are still completely satisfied with Carla and her magic. Unfortunately for new customers, her book is full...Totally thank Carla for making my Mac a happy dog and partner.

Carla did a good job with one of my dogs nails so I took in my other dog for the works. She worked wonders with my nervous dog! She was so good and gentle with her. The whole grooming process, bath, cut, nails, brushing, and all went smoothly and turned out perfect. Her prices were great too. I will definitely be going back when either one of my dogs need anything done.

I've been taking my wonderful dogs to her for about 20 years. She's moved around a few times but I've always followed her and always will. She treats them like they were her own. They've always come back to me looking so clean and smelling so fresh. She is also observant of any problems the dog may be having. She picked up on a tumorous growth on one of my dogs which resulted in needed surgery. Thanks for everything, Carla. Molly my present furry child just loves her.

I called Carla this morning around 12. I'd been calling around for the last hour or so trying to find a good groomer for my lab/husky mix and trying to find affordable prices and good service. When she answered the phone she was courteous, on the ball and to the point. She gave me an estimate of around $40. Once I arrived the wonderful service continued and she took care of my dog with an experienced hand. Couldn't be more pleased with the results, customer service and pricing. 5/5

Our older Collie, Murphy, used to hate going to the groomer and would limp every time we brought him home from being groomed. Then we met Carla. Carla is so gentle and caring with our dogs. She grooms Murphy on the floor instead of putting him up on a table, so he is steady and not afraid. Murphy now LOVES to be groomed by Carla.
