We stopped here to get a wind spinner and Fred’s customer service was above and beyond. We loved this store too. Their garden decor section was awesome and offered so many cute items. Definitely stop by and check them out. We were inspired by their DIY cactus out front made out of pipes. What a great idea for a Christmas tree in your front yard.

Most of the time I’ve been in this store friendly staff greet you at door or offer you assistance in isles. However tonight I was insulted by a dimwit staff member who went out of his way to be a jerk for no reason. Disappointed!

Kim was a really big help today. Suggesting a different product to me to help with a problem I was having. It was slightly more expensive but it is going to work better than my idea.I also met a staff member that I believe his name was Padmay? Very nice young man and he was also a very big help. Employees like this young man make me want to return to your store rather the going to that large Orange store in town.

Although you are guaranteed to pay more than you would at the big box stores - It is entirely worth the price. Selection is good. What makes Ace "the place" is the customer service. You can walk in, immediately be greeted and have an individual ready to answer any questions you may have. Unlike the box stores where you have to beg for help.

Great staff, but management does not honor their return policy. They even denied that I purchased what I purchased there, there.And that's ok. For me now, there is no there there at Cottonwood Ace. There's always Home Depot, and Sedona Ace.

Excellent customer service. Everyone greets you and asks if you need help. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Clean, well stocked. If they don't have something, they will order it or help you find out where to get it.

Do not know how to greet customers and for your information I have a knee that was causing me excruciating pain that’s why I chose to visit your store at exactly 7 AM so I could park my truck and trailer close to the door but you wear that badge and you refuse me service next time you’re very disrespectful and rude I probably won’t be back to this ace hardware because of this gentleman.

I have over many years been to a number of ACE Hardware stores from NY & CT to AZ. This place was fantastic. Like visiting a museum. You can spend 30 mins. just checking out the huge inventory. Very helpful staff as well.

I needed an off the wall size bolt to finish repairs on my car. I was amazed at the selection of fasteners that this store carries! Also, it seemed that everyone there, (employees), we're very well trained, highly personable, and even anxious to please. Will be my hardware store of choice while in Cottonwood, from now on.

Ace hands down is far better than Lowe's and Home Depot simply because they have knowledgeable employees that actually care. This Ace in particular has a top tier staff, is well stocked, and priced competitively. They even have an ample supply of snacks and drinks. Best place in Cottonwood to buy hardware and supplies.
