Our babygirl has been goi g here since she was only 8 weeks old. Santina is amazing. She treats our babygirl with so much and tender care. Every time we pick her up she is wagging her tail. She's so happy she takes such good care of her. She comes out of her grooming, With her for so soft she gets her nails Very short "safe short" And she put these little cute bows on her. She looks darling every time I'm so satisfied and not even just this , . She let's us know what she needs. We had no idea her anal glands needed to be drained so often, and she takes care of all of this. I will be a valued customer for all of our fur babies life 💘💕

There was a mishap with customer service the first time I called and the owner called back to apologize and I gave them a chance and she surpassed my expectations! My Persian cat is very happy and so am I- she brushed out and conditioned his coat and he is a brand new cat now- we will continue to be their customer. 😀

I arrived 10 min. early for my 9am grooming appointment. 1st time here. 4 dogs already in crates. 1st impression was a crowded kennel that needed cleaning. Jennifer turned us away. She did not call or text me the cancelation. My business will be taken elsewhere.RUN don't WALK your fur babies away from here!
