Destiny, a tech in the pharmacy is constantly rude. That is unless other co-workers are within ear shot. Even the others that work the front of store agree that she is ridiculous & rude. She goes the extra mile to inconvenience customers. Terrible bedside manner as well. Most of us don't feel well when in the store; she makes things worse by being curt and condescending. Worst service ever at Walgreens. I've switched to Safeway and much happier there!

I know I got lucky with no people in line, but it was the last hour of the day and they helped me fill a new prescription within 5 minutes. They were very friendly and treated me very well.I regularly fill prescriptions for my family here and it is usually very easy and simple to pick up at their drive up window.Need a pharmacy? I left there crying. If your old and STILL don’t understand the concept of customer service what are you doing with your life? I had the unfortunate luck of getting Bill to be the one to take my babies passport picture. I mentioned to bill that I needed the picture done asap to get an emergency passport to go to my moms funeral. And my baby just like any other baby was crying. As he stood there looking so annoyed after the third try he repeatedly kept mentioning to come back another day I walk around to let her calm down I come back to him and again after a few tries and looking irritated he said to just come back another day. I left crying because I’ve already went through a bunch of obstacles trying to make sure I can make it to my mothers funeral I didn’t think that an employee at Walgreens would make it even harder for me. I have never worked at a place where I was allowed to tell a customer to come back another day because I was inconvenienced as the employee. I come back the next day and after we were able to successfully take her picture he made me wait until he helped out every customer in the entire store before he rang me up. It was like a joke almost so I got in line after about 8 min of waiting for the other customers he helped someone else came behind me in line (I’ve already been waiting 15min at this point if not more) and he tells me that he’s going to help out the person behind me so I’m just standing there like an idiot with a crying child idk how or in what way that was ok.

App say my medicine was to be filled by 0945 am on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022. I was needing to get back to work as an OTR Truck Driver. I go in at 1720, after them telling me it was going to be brought to them at 1600, to pick up the medication and they tell me it is not going to be ready until tomorrow. I can't wait any longer and had it transferred closer to my jobs office in Utah and they said they would have it filled before I came in. A little more care needs to be taken when involved with patients that have time and temperature sensitive medications. Also, the customer service from the am and pm pharmacy techs is extremely lacking the bedside manners, when it comes to their jobs.

Wanted to FedEx a package while I was in the area. Woman that "helped" me had a difficult time with the QRC scanner and began helping another customer without so much as word to me, not a sorry or let me find someone else to help you, she just ignored me completely. Such blantanly rude customer service. I would give zero stars for her if I could.

This place had the opportunity to literally save a life yesterday but instead they chose policy and money. My family member with sugar levels exceeding 500 went last night to pick up their life-saving insulin prescription. They were granted the prescription but not granted the syringes. Because the health insurance plan didn't cover syringes, the Walgreens Pharmacist didn't provide the syringes that are necessary to insert the life-saving medicine into the human body. I can understand issues giving to customers without a prescription but to have just picked up a prescription, and have no flexibility to provide syringes is inhumane, under the current circumstances. With blood sugar levels nearly doubling the 300-danger-level and pleading for a single syringe, my family member was turned away rudely, aggressively and without a shred of compassion to the current situation. The repeated saying "it's not covered in your plan" could've been a deathsentence to someone who is literally experiencing hyperglycemia. There couldn't have been less sympathy and care in their eyes or actions. Zero sympathy. Zero assistance. Pure aggression and frustation. I see why people want single payer healthcare. If it cuts through the BS of saving $ by not providing syringes, I support single payer. I pray no one has to ever encounter this type of situation.To any future customers, if you're in a tough spot, I'd suggest CVS. Walgreens will stick to protocol even if you're on deaths doorstep.

WOW!!! THIS COOLIDGE WALGREENS PHARMACYIS EXTRA SPECIAL. I CAN'T EVER GET SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. ITS A WONDER WHY THEY HAVE BAD REVEIWS.... This Walgreens is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. The hold the waiting is very annoying. I should have looked at the reviews before I chose this location for my prescription.

After moving to Arizona from NE, where I had several poor experiences with Walgreens, I decided to try the Walgreens in Coolidge AZ. The same type of experiences continued. Getting a flu shot seemed simple enough, until the paperwork was sent to Medicare instead of my United Healthcare plan. I got the shot in September 2017 and gave Walgreens my United Healthcare card to process and didn't think any more about it until Jan 2018 when I got a notice from Medicare that they couldn't process my claim. Then it was followed by a bill from Walgreens for $40.57. I called United Healthcare who were extremely helpful and resolved the issue. Why would Walgreens send the bill to Medicare instead of my insurance, good question? It just shows their lack of attention to details! As the other review from my location indicated, Walmart or Safeway are better choices for prescriptions!! 2 stars is giving Walgreens the benefit of the doubt.

This store closes at 7pm Instead of 8pm due to issues with their lights outside.. I called and spoke with Judy who advised they are not "temporarily closed" as suggested when googling. So the information is incorrect as shown.

Its been a year and i at first gave them one star but over the year its been imrpoving.In store is always a plesant experience pharmacy has improved drastically. I will say a year ago was horrible service happy they have improved there medicine is way cheaper the. San tan walgreens.
