Customer service is great. Cleanliness is ok. Prices are ok. It's the advertising that gets me. I'm a bargain shopper. I would like to see the sales ads on a website so I know what's on sale. Oh the deli well they need work on that!! Everytime I ask for a burrito it's either the wrong thing or it's OLD. I do not want to have to come back to get the correct one or a fresher one. You should have a time on the freshness in the deli.

In comparison. It is like shopping at a mixture of Walmart and Safeway. Without the Hassell. Good prices and good stock. Missing some items but most covered.

I like to come here for their meat deals and raw milk. They carry the full gallon instead of half gallon. They offer veterans discount on Tuesdays and the downside about this grocery store is that the produce is on the higher side and their discounted produced that is hand selected is always showing signs of extreme rot that I can smell it from a far distance and some of them even had their fluids leaking into the bag. The customer service here is friendly and I soon to wish to try their hot food section.

It's not huge, but Shope's has a good selection at reasonable prices. A lot easier to visit than Wal-Mart. The size of the cheese in the photo just amazed me.

Been shopping here for years. Good hometown grocery store. Not like these fast place corporate places these days. The attitude and atmosphere seems to stay the same over the years. Friendly, polite, and willing to help. Always have what I need. They are also doing some remodeling

What a hidden gem! We live in Florence and I had heard they have raw milk. Not only do they have that, but they have amazing produce, meat and eggs. I got a ton of stuff, a lot on sale for under $100! I can’t remember the last time that happened at the grocery store. Clean store and very friendly employees. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful store, they even sell milk from a Mennonite farm that's raw and fresh. The personnel are super friendly and they have just about everything you'd need. Check out the spice rack, I bought some Jamaican Jerk seasoning and it is delicious!!

Small store.. was shocked at the mass selections they offered.. delivering down road.. glad this place is here.. grabbed few things needed for truck..ended up with way more than planned..as usual. Staff was great, shelves were stocked, and great selection of everything..just wish i had my small bbq pit.. would have made great weekend..lmao. great store..large next to it to fit semis and trailers easily

My first visit. Very clean store. Well stocked for a small store. Great selection of meats. Supplies were provided to clean carts. Good social distancing. Our cashier was very friendly and efficient. The lines in the parking lot need to be repainted. Will definitely be back !! Since moving here I shop at this store regularly. Good sales, the staff are awesome. Love supporting small local businesses.

Clean store BUT the (girls)need to be trained to treat the Elderly alot better. I watched how a man asked a question and was ignored he looked to have had head surgery. This was very hurtful to see. What if it was your elderly loved one?!

Nice, local store with lots of options, a great deli, with a little seating. Staff is helpful and always pleasant.Would be 5 stars but something is wrong in their meat dept. Sometimes there is a rotting smell back there. This last time I noticed a lot of blood pooling on some of the beef. Too much pooling blood can't be healthy or normal, and it's just not appetizing!

I'm always going to Shope's lol I love food and cooking. The staff is always friendly and careful with handling the customers & purchases. They have pre-seasoned chicken wings that are delicious and I love the fresh produce everytime I shop there! Thank you Shope's Staff!!

Nothing better then the neighborhood grocery store, especially when this store has a few hard to find items! Staff is top notch, beyond friendly. Very clean, produce always looks beautiful, very well faced.Definitely a wonderful hidden gem here in Coolidge

The produce manager, who has been there for years, is knowlegable and truly cares about freshness, cleanliness and the presentation of his produce. His different lettuces stay fresh way beyond those in plastic boxes!Shope's homemade deli lunches are a treat, low cost and offer large portions. I'm not sure what the specific daily menu's are and would stop more often if I did, but the meatloaf is excellent!

Shopped here many times this past year.I really enjoy it when they have steaks on sale.I buy either the porterhouse or T-bone.They are not big massive hunks of meat.They are about a pound each. And do they cook up nice on my grill? Yes they do!And that little deli on the side, they serve somereally good chicken.Nice friendly workers also.

It is a shame that Tom shopes decided to finally retire it was very nice to have a local grocer here in town and not a large corporation you'll be missed Tom!!!I guess we will have to wait and see how the new owners do with pricing and so forth moving forward

Omg the store smelled like a dead animal and we found rotten meat when trying to shop with a gift card we got in a contest. Honestly the "new management" needs to fix this hot mess store. Gift card was donated to a food bank for the holidays.

My first experience shopping at Shope's was great. The store was very clean and people were clearly working hard to keep it stocked during this crazy time. The meat and produce were of great quality and even better prices. The customer service was great. If every experience here is going to be this nice then I'll never go back to grocery shopping at Wal-Mart. I would much rather give my money to a deserving local business.

Can not say enough good things about this place. Always clean. Produce is amazingly fresh! Fresh ground chorizo. Deli & bakery is small but delicious. Owner is always there with a smile and working his tail off! Prices are great. Feels good to step into a true small town grocery store and pass up the "supermarket" most weeks.

If you are looking for a small, hometown grocery store, with a nostalgic feel. This is it. This is one of the oldest grocery stores in Coolidge. Prices are higher than the big box stores, but if you are into supporting local, it doesn't get more local than this.
