Ace always has the most helpful, kind people. DJ said he would show us where we could find what we needed and didn't hesitate to show kindness to our son who grabbed his hand to follow. He went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience and I feel good about giving my business to good people who care. Thank you DJ for your warmth and kindness. Our son would like to come back soon to see his new friend!

Great selection and nice staff but closes way too early on weekdays. Closes at 4 on Sundays which is even more ridiculous. This is hard on people that live in Coolidge and work a 9-5 as this is the only place in town where you can get alot of things. There is always a line of people on Sundays at 4 trying to get in.

Love this store, esp. all the help & their good attitude. For those who have trouble walking, it is VERY DIFFICULT to walk back and forth to read the isle labels only located in the front of each isle.

Do not get your keys duplicated here. It took them 3 times and they still dont work well. The manager was rude and he certainly does not understand customer service. The second time I was there, the young man told me that they never clean the key machine and so it does not cut deep enough. We used to love this hardware store and drove from Florence, but not anymore. The new owner need to train their staff and hold them responsible for service. This is a perfect example why small businesses are failing!

Younger gal at register was a bit rude in arguing with me about the price of a few items and I took the initiative and went back to where I got it from and took pictures of the prices. She continued to argue with me even after I showed her the item #'s matched the product. What a great way to drive the customers out of your store for good!On a positive note, all the gentlemen staff were very friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for.

Ace may be a little pricier than some, but when you need some piece of hardware that is unusual, they are the place to get it.This one in Coolidge was no exception. The gentleman looked until he found the clip I needed.Friendly and efficient.I highly recommend this Ace!!

Need more selection on dresser handle sizes but otherwise very nice men that helped me with what I was looking for. The lady cashier tried charging me more than what the ticketed price said and I even pointed it out to her and she still refused that it was right. She ruined your 5 star rating for sure!

Very helpful employees. Helped us find what we needed. Well laid out. Good selection of products, especially in the household section. They had kerosene, paraffin oil and citronella oil which is hard to find these days. We will be back when we move into our home.All of the employees are super helpful and knowledgable. They have expanded their inventory and reconfigured the store layout. Really nice.

I find that if I go to Ace for a specialty item 90% of the time I will find what I am looking for the big Box stores you have to purchase packages of one or more whereas Ace you can just purchase 1 And I find that the staff is very helpful very knowledgeable definitely would go back to purchase more items in the future

For being an Ace hardware in a very small town they do very well the employees are trained well and they treat you with respect they know what they're looking for when you ask for a certain product and they know where it's at the store was recently remodeled and upgraded so it tells you they take pride and their store. I'm in here at least once a week and I love this little hardware store

Price gaugeing, even lowes and home depot is cheaper than everything here, people go to ace for the prices, except this one!Update, found out from another ace hardware that they are paying for the remodel and that's why there are price gauging.

I'm not a frequent shopper here. Went in about a year ago and couldn't find anyone to help me so I left. Tried again today and as I looked for one of my items one of the managers was literally begging a group of employees to do their jobs. When I did find an employee just standing in an aisle doing nothing - probably hiding from the manager - she gave me a choice of two aisles to look for another item. Didn't want to help me find it, just "I know it's in one of those 2 aisles." I didn't find it in either aisle and complained about it at the checkout. The lady there started yelling at me and said, "We deal with people like you every day." Well, duh! Of course you do and it's very clear why. Your so-called "help" isn't helpful and your manager can't get them to do better.

would be nicer if everyone wore masks but not enough people in the store to actually worry about it. never seen this place packed, its always quiet. makes for fast shopping wich is good.
