The absolute worst company anyone could hire. The owner will try to gaslight you in every conversation, they refuse to stand behind their work. Nothing but double speak from this place. Poor and shoddy workmanship, had them replace subfloors and have had nothing but trouble since, was told “The gaps are perfectly normal and that sometimes things just happen.” Professionalism at its finest. Do your self a favor and stay as far away from this place as you can !!

Had grizzle flooring install wood flooring and baseboards. They said they would cover furniture and do a complete clean up after completion. They were never on time and three hours late every day. When installing the baseboards they spilled paint and white silicone on the floor and wiped it up with a rag smearing it into the wood flooring. The day they finished they moved all the furniture back over the tile flooring debris and never swept up anything. I told them that day to hook back up our gas stove they removed and they left. It took two and a half days to get them back after calling them numerous times. They would not come back to clean the floors so we had to hire a company from Phoenix to do the clean up. They also scratched my metallic floor in my garage which I gave them no permission to put nothing in there. I forgot to mention the six holes they put in my walls that I had to patch. We went to small claims court to get our money back for the $1861.00 floor clean up. In court they lied about everything. If I could rate them I would I would give them a minus twenty stars for all that we went through.

-We hired Grizzley’s to replace our flooring and some of our sub floor.- The first day they started tearing up our floor, we were told the whole sub floor needs replacing, that they could not put flooring on top of “this”-Grizzley’s will not stand by the poor workmanship BECAUSE they say we hired a sub contractor on the side to do the job!!!Grizzley’s sent out the crew. They work for Grizzley’s. We hired Grizzley’s! I have never heard of something so ridiculous!!- We just wanted our flooring/sub flooring replaced.- We had our home leveled before Grizzley’s started their work.- This is so very frustrating!- Do yourself a favor, avoid the frustration and save your money!

Grizzly in Coolage, thay had all the right answers took the measurements, gave us a quote ! We went with the plank int whole house and carpet in the 3 bed rooms ! Putting in the plank thay were short on the plank , thay said it would cost 1400.00 more and thay will split it with it ! My wife agreed with it , but that left it with no carpet for the bedrooms. She didn't trust them for making another mistake ! Had another floor company come in and finish the job !! We lost a lot of money on the job! I feel thay should finish the job since thay made the mistake!! We just didn't trust them with the bedrooms!!

We went to Grizzly’s store in Casa Grande, told the girl we wanted glued down LVT plank flooring for our motorhome. She was great showed us the product gave us a couple of samples, took them home, picked out one we wanted. Salesman? showed up the next day to measure and give up a price. We agreed to the installed price, the product came in it was what we wanted, they set up installation and the nightmare begins. Installer says what we ordered isn’t glue down, we got that issue resolved, he got almost all of the floor installed and he said I’ll be back Saturday morning to finish up. Did a terrible job of caulking around the edges, we have gaps that aren’t filled, installer bought some cheap edging for around the opening at our front door, did a really bad job of installing the edge trim. I will be tearing out the ill fitting edge trim and fitting in new trim properly. The flooring itself looks real nice but we are really upset with the installation!!!

I love my new floors! With a special needs child and a pet it was time to get rid of the carpet in our home, we went to Grizzly Flooring and we were helped right away by the owner's mother, she was just lovely. They had great options and just what I was looking for, took only a week for them to get my new Vinyl Plank flooring in and it looks so good, I'm very happy

I try to support small business any time I have modifications done to my condo, so I stopped at the Grizzly office in Coolidge to request a cost estimate for getting new ceramic tile installed. The owner showed up to make the estimate. I thought he was a most disagreeable man, and I almost sent him away. In hind sight, I wish I had. Next time, I will go to a big box store. I am sure they would write the correct cost for the floor tile on the work order. I am also sure they would honor everything they promised, in writing, on the work order.

We had a fantastic experience with Grizzly’s. Before listing our house for sale we re-carpetted 4 bedrooms and a hall. They came out to measure and discuss our options. We were given a $500 discount for choosing a carpet they had in stock. The cost was great and workers efficient. We even received a follow up call about a week later to make sure we were happy with our new carpet. Excellent customer service!

We recently had new carpet installed in a living room and two bedrooms. The crew of two, headed by Pablo, arrived earlier than expected. They worked non-stop until the job was complete. They moved all the heavy furniture, installed the pad and carpet, then returned the furniture. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.The carpet looks very nice, no seams observed. Job well done.

Horrible customer service!If I could only rate them negative stars. ( -5 Stars)Unfortunately I've dealt with this company before, but this review is pertaining my most recent experience.All I wanted was Grizzly to give me a quote to tile a 60sq ft shower. Sounds easy enough.They cancelled their visit to give me an estimate, instead quoted me $3000. Sight unseen over the phone.Real professional😵

I would prefer to rate this company negative. So I Made an appointment and waited for them to do the accessment but they never showed up. When I called them they gave a lame excuse that they couldn't find my address. Aren't you supposed to call if you have issue finding the address? It was a freaking lie. Bottom line that they never showed up. The man asked me to text him my address again so I did, but never returned my call. When I called him couple more times but no answer. When I called the woman at the office, she told me that her husband couldn't find my address so got frustrated and left. Where did he leave from? He told me that he couldn't even find my address. Lied again. I'm grateful it actually started like this. So I didn't need to deal with them more down the line. Shady people. Stay away!

Our flooring, they installed, has gaps in it. We've made several attempts to get in touch with them, to no avail. So, don't expect them to make repairs if needed. We would not recommend them to anyone!

Worst experience ever I picked a carpet that was 1.50 a foot installed 167 sq. Ft. 275.00 tried to charge me 587.00 said I had to pay for carpet strips what a joke please dont waist your time go with home depot or lows thanks for your time ken k.
