Honestly one of the best places to stay on our national parks road trip. Such a unique concept and everything is pleasantly remodeled and new. There is heating in the bathrooms and complementary ingredients for sauces and cooking. Some other items are paid but relies on the honor system and I love that! There were cows in the morning and added to the immersed in nature feel. The owners really thought of everything, we just wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the place.Also the bed mattresses were HEAVEN. They are such good material and super great for back support. It felt so good to lie down after a long day with the comfy and warm blankets.

Favorite play to stay on my cross country road trip! Sunset over canyons and an open field with light sounds of cows mooing! The bathrooms and showers were extremely clean and right by our tent. The tent was protected at the bottom so bugs couldn’t get in. The bed and bedding were all comfortable and the blanket was so cute! We were given towels and the lifesaver — a cooler! Ice was available a mile down the road and our drinks were cold in less than an hour and other food stayed good overnight. Thanks so much for the stay!!

We did our family reunion here and it was awesome. We stayed in one of the wagons with our 3 kids and our other family members loved the tents. The king bed was super comfortable and the wagon was large enough to fit our pack n play and baby bassinet. My favorite part is having an air conditioner and heater while still getting to enjoy the camping experience and great view. There are plenty of bathrooms, showers and twinkle lights that come on in the evening. We all had clean towels and a cooler in every unit. Everything was clean and management is awesome. Excited to come back!

OMG! This place is amazing. This was my first ever glamping experience with my wife and 3 year old. We all had a great time. The bathrooms are super neat and close by. They have showers, and toiletries supplied. The tent is covered from all sides and you can lock and zip it from inside so you can feel completely safe. In the morning, we could hear a rooster crowing was so amazing. Best for stargazing. Thank you Danny and team for such a lovely experience. We will visit again.Rooms: The tents are spacious and equipped with both AC and heater. The beds are really comfortable. The tents get locked and zipped from inside so you can feel safe and secure.

We had an amazing time staying here with our family. The covered wagon is big and comfortable and everything about this place is super nice. I loved playing lawn games in the grass area, and our whole family slept great in the wagon. Beautiful views on all sides and a super pretty field next to the property. It was nice to have the outdoors/camping experience while being comfortable and able to sleep well. I’d even recommend this place to southern utah residents who want to get out of the heat and stay in a peaceful place. That’s what we did and we loved it!

It completely exceeded our expectations!The grounds are beautiful and well kept, everything is clean and organised.You get to enjoy quietness, amazing views and the starry sky and yet sleep comfortably and with access to a grill and kitchen appliances.Definitely recommend and hope others will experience the beauty of this place.Rooms: Clean and comfortable with heating and air conditioningFood & drinks: They have a whole kitchen area with some small things you can buy, a coffee machine, kitchen appliances and grilling tools

What a hidden gem! We stayed 2 nights in the covered wagon with our 2 dogs and had su h a blast! The property is clean, well maintained, and tucked away. Perfect for star gazing!I recommend this place 1000%!Amazing!

arrival. Thank you for the extra blanket too, as it got chilly at night. They even had cooking spices and utensils available for us in the clubhouse when it was time to grill. The bathrooms and showers were close. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available for us in the clubhouse as well which was a nice touch. Overall it was a great experience!

This is literally the best place I have ever stayed in! Danny, the host, is the kindest person ever! Each unit is perfectly equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The bathrooms also have toiletries and everything is clean! In the office they also have all the supplies you could need to cook your food and snacks! The view is beautiful.

We LOVED our February stay.The tent was so well appointed. Two heaters worked hard to keep us warm and did great most of the time. The extra blankets the host provided were enough to make for cozy nights. Power right by the bed with USB C and A ports for device charging. Even a cooler for your leftovers from the cool little cafes in town.The bathrooms were clean and spacious with extra nice touches like wall hooks and a tray so you actually have somewhere to organize and place items. The water was always hot when we needed it, and basics like shampoo and body wash were provided.There was lots of room to play with our dog outside and the sunrises and sunset are among the most incredible we’ve seen. This is a dark sky location too, so the night sky lights up with stars and constellations.There are so many other thoughtful provided additions. For a few bucks you can have s’mores kits and firewood, basic breakfast foods and snacks. Extra heaters for the winter, and more. To top it all off, there’s a Tesla Destination Charger on-site.They’re close enough to Zion to make park entrance from the east gate, but far enough away to have near solitude if you wish. You could go to the closer, busier and much more expensive places, but we never will.

I stayed in a covered wagon for a few nights while venturing through Zion, and I’d highly recommend! The wagon was clean, had everything I needed, and the bed was SO comfortable. There’s a lovely cow field behind the wagons, and it’s also a great spot to watch the sunset. Bathrooms were close by/short walk. Customer service was also excellent - the guy who was running the place was very responsive and helpful!

My friend and I stayed in the covered wagon overnight before hiking the Narrows in Zion. It was an hour away from the park. Self check in was great. The host was friendly and helpful. It had everything we could possibly need in the office including extra towels. We will definitely be back :)

We went as a quick trip to stay in the covered wagons after seeing other wagons at a different location driving by. The kids were so excited to sleep in a wagon. They were larger than expected and felt roomy inside. Facilities were clean and close. Our family really enjoyed the outdoor area and fire pit. Perfect for eating s’mores and talking the night away. We will go back soon.Nearby activities: Local day hiking and Zion National Park. Also available, scorpion hunting!

Nice experience.The location is great but not in this period: too cold and the tent was not equipped enough for this condition.We did a self check in very easy , beds are very comfortable but unfortunately the bathrooms were not clean.They provide you only one towel per person.

Absolutely love this unique location + stay, definitely an experience worth doing! I visited while on a road trip and it was the perfect stop. Close to Zion National Park, an amazing coffee place near by (SistaBrew), clean + cozy and lovely hosts. Highly recommend checking it out!

Glad we were able to get a last minute spot for the night. These tents are brand new, clean and well equipped (heater, AC, cooler, plugs). Bathrooms are clean and smell good. The kitchenet has all you need. Hosts are quick to answer too. Would definitely come back 🙂

amazing location! we stayed in a wagon and woke up to the most dreamy, stunning mountain range view! it was peaceful and perfect! water trail canyon head hike is 10 mins from this campsite! its the backside of Zion, and it’s one of the prettiest hikes i’ve done! this campsite thought of everything!! couldn’t recommend it more
