Was cashing out. CARD didnt work. Tries other card. Manager grabed my cards..was craming them into machine yelling They dont work! Pput your groceries away if you cant pay! I walked out without groceries...Went to my bank ...My cards were working just fine. She's tough on the disabIed . We are too slow for her.

This dollar general is a mess !!! The manager alice is verry rude and acts like she's on drugs talks bad about staff when they aren't in the store the other assistant manager boy doesn't do any work sits in the breakroom while I try and ring my stuff up took him 8 minutes to help me would not recommend this store !!!!!.

Great customer service, everyone's always real friendly. I shop here for a particular item that I can't find anywhere else. I went in a few times over a week and the shelf was empty, the manager of the store approached me and asked if he could help me find something. After I explained what I needed he looked it up, figured out why it wasn't being restocked at his store and corrected the systems issue and within 3 days the shelf was completely stocked again.

The older manager lady makes me not want to go into the store when she is working. She is mean and rude and talks badly about her customers. However the other 2 men employees are awesome and very nice.

Awesome customer service! I enjoy shopping here and the late hours are very helpful, maybe not towards the staff... but if I need cold medicine or a quick snack before 10pm, I can count on this store to be open.

This place has so many things in there. Anything from all types of food to cleaning things from soap floors to floor. And there food has any thing for snacks to full dinner.They are a great stop for almost any occasion.Also they have a great friendly service.

Always cluttered, but it has what I need usually without having to go to Walmart. Reasonable prices. Also has a few beer and wines, but not a good selection. Staff is always helpful and courteous.

I have always been greeted with a warm welcome every time I enter the store. It's kept clean and the sales personel are always helpful. Alice Pulita, the store manager is a very hard worker and treals her employees with respect, as well as her customers. She is top notch and a valuable asset to your company. She always puts the custmer first

Many times I have been here and am asked to let others in front of me. Sometimes that's whole lines of people due to a number of items in my basket. Well when I have children and would like to be done soon as well and go home too plus could have been done by then too it really makes me think about even going back there because this happens literallyall the time. Plus they never answer their phone literally ever. Many times I've been charged duplicate times for the same items or I get home and do not have all that I've purchased. It should be a courtesy thing for the cashier to double check all bags are sent out.

After purchasing many items at this sty. 3 had the unfortunate experience of hearing the manager talk about one of her customers after the customer left the store. The elderly lady was wearing a face mask and the manager referred to her as being brainwashed. She later proceeds to slam Safeway for the stupefy they’re having designated entrance and exit and footprints marking the flow of traffic on the aisles. She called them stupid and stated loudly that she would never go there again.

I kid you not, this is absolutely the dirtiest most disarranged store I've ever been into and that goes for all Dollar generals. I don't know what is with you guys but it's ridiculous! Shopping shouldn't be so difficult, you can't get thru the isles. Remodels don't even help, in fact I think it made it worse.

Isles we full of stock making it hard to walk through the store. Couldn't reach the item I was in there for without having to move items. I like DG but this experience wasn't the best.

Best of the best; super nice staff on a roundabout between Jerome and Cottonwood that is very well stocked, cool layout, and easy parking. They even have their own local bus stop.

They have many everyday items although tp and paper towels were almost non existent. Lots of affordable holiday decorations.

Very nice very convenient and considerate of the customers and is alot nice than the one in Cottonwood plus has many better options to choose from than the other dollar general in Cottonwood also might I add that it was very easy to get what you need & get out

Probably one of the neatest Dollar Generals i've seen. Nice layout and a very good selection of products with good prices. The staff here are very nice and helpful as well.

They have a huge variety of everything..groceries,clothes,shoes,candles.rugs,paper goods,etc The employees are friendly and happy to assist you. It's just about anything you need all in one stop!

I'VE BEEN PERFORMING MAINTENANCE COMPLETE CLEAN UP SURROUNDING PROPERTY OF DOLLAR GENERAL THIS WEEK, AFTER REMOVING ALL THE WEEDS, AND PULLING ALL SPANISH BROOM TRIMMING/HEDGING/PRUNING ALL THE TREES AND SHRUBS, I WAS TOLD BY NEIGHBORS THAT IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, AND IT HADN'T BEEN TAKEN CARE OF FOR QUITE SOME TIME. I WAS VERY PLEASED TO GET COMPLIMENTS FROM QUITE A FEW CUSTOMERS,AND NEIGHBORS OF HOW NICE IT LOOKS.
