Me and my dogs LOVE Debbie and Pets First Grooming. The first thing we loved was they don't crate the pups while they wait for grooming, they have a safe area they can run around in. Second they absolutely LOVE the dogs they groom and thirdly just look at these adorable pic they took, they painted her nails and gave her earrings!

Amazing service! I picked my dog up from a pet sitter, and he was covered in burs and stickers. I know how fussy my 5 month old labradoodle puppy is, and I had no idea how I'd get everything out of his fur. He needed help badly. We called out of desperation, and they got us in straight away. He came back to us looking and smelling wonderful! I am so happy they were able to help him, and they did a PHENOMINAL job. They even took halloween photos for us, which we can't wait to see! Such good women who work there. They were so friendly and sweet! You can feel the dog love in the air. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will use them from now on for every groom.The cost was $70 for full service grooming, and it was worth it! I tipped extra because they deserved it! Love, love, love them. Couldn't recommend them more.

What a wonderful place to take my 16 year old Zeke. A great family atmosphere who seemed to really care. Zeke looked great and almost didn't want to leave. Thank you for such a caring and friendly place to take my pup! You all are great!

Ok I've got this small problem child dog. He is almost 5 and sweet in all the right ways, ACCEPT when it's time to have some grooming done. With that being said I checked them out read the reviews and took my small boy in for an appointment. I loved that the small dogs are allowed to roam around and greet each other. I believe it helped my dog. After trying everything including myself to groom him and failed. These guys totally handled him. Even called someone in to assist. I love the outcome. My boys name is Jimmy choo and he looks great! He had a full service and a great great job was doneand Thank you so much ♥️ for your service and being here. All of you.

So the first time I went there it was great! Everyone was nice, the dogs (3 small) were done in a few hours, and the price was reasonable. This time, unfortunately, they had an employee just walk out as we were talking to them and filling out the paperwork, but the women helping us seemed to be ok made us feel like everything was going to be ok and it wasn't a problem she was very nice and friendly, so we finished and went home to wait on the call to pick them up but 3hrs go by and no call so I called and made sure to mention I wasn't trying to rush I just wanted to make sure everything was ok because I am overly concerned and protective of my babies 😄 but the lady on the phone was a little rude and seemed upset. Now keep in mind these ppl are working there butts off to try and deal with the workload that was left after the lady walked out the only thing I would recommend them doing is not taking so many jobs on and make your customers aware that it's going to take 6hr if it's going to take 6hr and be nicer especially if they are being nice to you I know it's hard when your having that kind of day trust me I've been there. I wouldn't have added to there work load if they had said something I would have rescheduled if I had known it was going to make things harder. Anyway, they are usually nice and reasonably priced and fast they also put the cute touches like bows or bandana and little ear bling 😄

I really wish I could give this place ZERO stars for the way the "staff" treated us today!! Shame on them. Where do I even begin? We dropped our dog off at 9am today by appointment and by 2pm he still wasn't ready!!! I have never experienced this in my life along with the rudest staff member named Deb who was so rude.. She was aweful! Who takes that long to groom a small breed dog? I've been to petsmart multiple times and never had my dog there longer than 2 hours and they are a chain store. This was the worst experience not to mention the dog urine all over the floor of the lobby and loose dogs running around. What kind of operation is this? And then they go on to take a picture of my dog with a cowboy hat on which I will report to the BBB. Horrible experience don't go there. It is not worth the money or the quality! Zero stars. Lastly they quoted me a different price than what I was charged when I left and mentioned it to the staff who in return exploded with anger and frustration and gave us the right amount that was quoted. Wont return ever!

They take good care of your dog's grooming needs. My dog is long haired & his fur cut is always great! The cut is always symmetrical from side to side. And the cut is consistent with the breed of my dog. Fair pricing for a beautiful grooming.

They fit me in on a busy day when they didn't have to because our shih tzu really needed it. I picked him up and he looked so much happier and so much better than when I dropped him off. These women are caring and knowledgeable about their clients, clean facility and all around a super sweet place! I will continue to go back for service!

First time here and we will be regulars. Radar, my Carin terrier mix, looked so cute when I picked him up. They listened to my crazy directions on how to cut his hair and it was perfect! Thank you!

The staff here are very wonderful and great with the dogs. Prices are great and affordable. And the pictures that they take are so adorable! Overall good (the wait times are long but understandable)

They are the best....you don't need an appointment for nail cuts and they do a great job grooming my Pomeranian....always friendly and super reasonable!! Great people working there and they take great care of all my dogs!!

This is my new groomer!!! I brought in my miniature yorkie and she came out beautiful ! They put a little rhinestone on each ear (looks like earings), trimmed AND painted her little toe nails, and topped it off with the cutest little bow you've ever seen !

Disappointed. Was not told they keep food down all day and dogs are allowed to roam free, the dogs have access to the food. My dog got very sick as he was allowed to gorge himself on the food. I believe that should be disclosed before you leave your dog.

Best pet groomers in Yavapai County the groomers are so good with my animal caring loving and the bathers just do an amazing job of getting them clean and so patient I love the fact that my dog gets to run around and not be kenneled and there's a spot for them to go outside and play and go to the bathroom the pictures are absolutely amazing Melody and Debbie and the rest of the crew at pets First Choice are absolutely miracle workers.....Thanks to the whole crew @ ## PEST1STCHOICEGROOMING##
