I’ve been here twice in the last week and both times the customer service was absolutely outstanding! I wish I could remember her name, but there was a woman with shoulder length brown hair (possibly a manager?) who helped me. She was so incredibly personable and very knowledgeable on the products you sold. She suggested an antimicrobial ointment for my Chihuahua, to help relieve some inflammation until her vet appointment. Myself and Tinkerbell both thank you very much! 🐕

I like your products and shop there as needed, but… your website has pretty pictures but it’s not for shopping, listing products and pricing should be a goal, today’s marketing is basic to these needs. I’ve been to parties and gatherings and over in a corner is guys with hats and boots scouring the net, trading information on horses, cattle, feeds and many other arrays of products a guy could use 5 miles or 100 miles out of town, to make our lives easier and more productive.

Went here to get chicken feed & oats for goats a while back very small selection or variety for those I found. Staff were friendly once at the counter but not much help as I entered or walked around. Will be going here if & when I need to but found other options. Would recommend.

Went there to get milling for our pigs and it was very easy to do. Staff was very attentive and easy to deal with. Very friendly people. Would recommend their services.

I feel bad for the workers having to work for such a greedy corporate minded company. Please keep your business local and in the community. Don't support Olsens!Warren's or Pet Rite is local too and they actually care about their customer relationships, neighbors and community. Olsens, Kathy, you are fake, unprofessional, over priced, have poor quality products (Hay) and operate your business with GREED!! Shame on you!

Been going here for 17yrs. It's gotten worse over the yrs. Prices are nuts, product sketchy and inconsistent. This last delivery of Bermuda grass is loaded with dirt clods and not much green in it. The horses don't eat it very well. I took some clods into the store the said bring it back problem is there are20 + bails. Apparently good enough is.

Some people may think this store is just for horses and other livestock. But they have great quality food for dogs and cats as well. Come check it out. They also have a pretty good, I guess it be a rewards program with large bags of dog food. When you buy 12 bags, you get the 13th free, which, for me comes out to be around fifty bucks!

Wow! I moved to Arizona from CA, where everyone is rude and everything sucks, and this was such a breath of fresh air! Helpful, friendly staff, a nice selection of, well, just about everything lol, and the store is just neat. I've had nothing but good experiences there, and I've been several times. It’s definitely my go-to place for anything pets or ranch supplies. Check 'em out, you'll see what I mean! I needed a horse gate and wasn't sure exactly which type, and the gentleman in there took way, waaay too much time with me; it got to the point I was worried they'd think he quit LOL! Just a super great experience. Thanks, Olsen's.

Great service and selection. The people here will help make sure that you get what you need for your animals.My daughter got a bunny from here and its a great little rabbit.My son also got his checkens from here and he won a first place ribbon on them at the county fair.

It is nice to walk into a store and the staff knows your name. They always greet you ask if there is anything they can help you with. The staff is amazing. We are in Olsen's a minimum of once a week normally more for everything from hay to propane.. I highly recommend going to Olsen's you won't regret it.

I've been buying hay for over 20 years now from olsens grain and for the most part been fairly satisfied. Unfortunately over the last year the quality of the hay has gone down considerably. What used to be cattle hay is now being called #2 Alfalfa and sold for four more dollars a bale. The closest it gets to being alfalfa was maybe it was planted in the field next to some alfalfa. Its nothing but sticks and stems. It wouldn't even make good straw not to mention the complete lack of any nutritional value.Hey olsens here's a idea, hire me as your hay buyer because whomever is doing it now needs to find a new job! Or how about your price fluctuates reflecting the quality of the hay.Olsens you are pricing the small time horseman, small time cattleman, and hobby farmers right out of business. If you price all those guys out of business then guess what that means, no olsens either.

Olsen's is the best place to shop for all your loving animal needs. The staff is superior to other stores in the trip city area. Kathy and her staff are always willing to help with whatever you need and their information is top notch. All staff members including the men out back that help you load are always kind and considerate. I highly recommend this place of business. Been shopping here for 14 years. Kudos to Olsen's. Job well done
