2 workers there Monday 7,2024. One of the workers was totally drugged out or just retarted. All she kept doing was laying phone down in store and playing some rap music and trying to sing very loudly.

I found a dental brush for false teeth that we could not find in another place in town yea. But when we got to the counter we had to ring the bell twice and then look for a cashier.

They are a small business and they have great deals and even better store hours. It seems to me that when the other stores fall short Family Dollar has what we needed at that time. Dee the manager is an awesome leader and goes out of her way to make her customers happy and the employees work on shelving the products. It's a great store for Chino Valley to have.

I'm glad Family Dollar has the canned chicken bologna again! They stopped carrying it and now it's back under the Chestnut Hill brand. It's really good and keeps well on the shelf. I'm very pleased with the Chestnut Hill brand in general and find them every bit as good as the national brands at a Very Reasonable price!

The cashier was too busy talking to her coworker to come to the counter. They just stood there chatting while I placed my items on the counter. She continued her conversation as she waddled over and scanned my items. Never even made eye contact. VERY poor service!

Of course we all know Family Dollar is a good place to save 💰 but the 👭 who work @ this store really care about the customers. They actually get to know their regulars shoppers on a personal basis. Which is always REALLY nice feeling !!😉😊

This store is disgusting… every time I go in the store smells like air freshener cigarettes and cannabis. The last time I went in it was so strong I felt like vomiting… fyi

Not an 'actual dollar' store, just cheap-ish. Pretty good variety, little bit of everything. Customer service isn't great, often have to wait a while for someone to get to the register..

I used to shop at Family Dollar because it's convenient. It's not convenient enough to overcome the indifference to the health and safety of staff and customers. No masks anywhere.

What I like about the Family Dollar Store is it has really low-cost cat canned food and the people seem to be really nice there and they seem to have low prices
