Throughly disappointed. Service sucked. Overpriced for what you get. DON'T EAT HERE!!! There may have been a pinch of cheese on my half covered small Navajo Taco lost in the tasteless beans, the one sliced olive and the one cut up slice of tomato. For $20. Two little packets of salt for our table of 4. Waitress came back once to leave the $100+ check. Never gave us water refills or ask if we wanted dessert. My meal was served 5 minutes after my three guests received and were eating their meals. Burgers are dry. Salmon decent. I was totally embarrassed in front of my guests. This place is a joke of a restaurant.

The food was good, the staff (who seemed short staffed) were very friendly and we got everything quickly. The only complaint is that I asked someone standing near the kitchen area, and as our waiter was super busy, I asked if we could get a few to go boxes. He gave me a weird look and was pretty rude about it. Our waiter was phenomenal and super nice, just overworked. Our waiter was so good that I'm giving this 5 stars instead of 3 for the rude interaction. We came in around October 7th in the evening, I can't remember the waiters name, but I hope he gets credit for being awesome. The hostess was very sweet as well. This was my dad's 2nd time here, and he got the Navajo Tacos both times. He loves them. Highly recommend!

Garcia’s is located inside the Holiday Inn lobby. One of the very few restaurants in the Chinle area. They aren’t open that late, they close around 8p.

There's not many choices to eat, if you find yourself in Chinle, AZ. One of the few is this eater in the lobby and gift shop of the Holiday Inn.Wait staff is pleasant and the prices were OK.

This is a restaurant in a Holiday Inn. There aren't many other options in Chinle. Some of the food is good, some is not. We ate here for dinner and breakfast, and had the same waitress for both.Good: Breakfast, which is included for two people when staying at the hotel. My wife and I had steak (medium-rare) and eggs (over-easy). Both were cooked perfectly, and I would absolutely order it again. My son got a pancake and he ate it all.Bad: Mac and cheese. My son got this for dinner, and it looked like they cooked it on one side, flipped the whole thing, and cooked it on the other side. Parts of it were nearly burned, and it looked chewy. I almost sent it back, but he thought it was OK.OK: Cheeseburger and quesadilla.Terrible: Broccoli. It was a sickly green, and it looked like it was canned or something.

The salad and the coleslaw came straight out of a bag. The salad dressing came out of a plastic pouch. The fry bread was greasy and tasted of old oil.The fish and chips were mediocre at best. The fish was definitely something breaded and frozen resembling a large cheap fish stick. Tartar sauce came out of a little squeeze pouch. No salt and pepper on the table. The chips that normally come with fish and chips are basically French fries, but these were homemade potato chips.They lacked salt and were poorly prepared.Extremely disappointed.

Restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Friendly staff. Seating area has an open atmosphere. We were seat right away with menus. Server/waiter was excellent. Food was served hot and fresh. He remain attentive throughout our dining. I recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends.

Waitstaff was polite and very prompt. The food portions were huge. But the fry bread was not freshly cooked, cold and a little stale, and the chili on the Navajo taco was bland and watery.

Food was really good, you could tell it was made fresh. Our service was also fantastic, there was one server and he took great care of us, checked in repeatedly and got us refills. Definitely recommend!

I always have a bad experience here. Tried numerous times to leave with a good review, but every visit gives me another reason not to eat here. A bit pricey on the limited menu they have. Waitresses are always rude. Wait times can be 30 mins or longer.
