When I walked into the office, one of the workers was on the phone, never said anything to me. She was on the for about 15 minutes.No welcome, nor never give her name. "No welcome hi I'll be with u in a bit I'm taken a call from my boss." I would have understood. After she assist me she never told me her name..Older lady walked in asked if I'd been help.The first women needs to be retrain, on helping customers.Thank you for asking me how was my service with choice wireless.

I ordered their internet service March of 2020. After almost 2 months of waiting and not able to have my calls returned. I canceled it. It’s March 2021 and I still haven’t received a call, or email, and definitely haven’t received a refund! This company took my money and has NOT refunded it. I would say that qualifies as theft, they have literally stole my money.There is absolutely no excuse for not refunding my money! I will never ever recommend this company!! I would give ZERO on stars if I could!

I did not like the way I was treated today by the retail sales manager Ms. Begay. I was just there to ask a simple question,if I had a package. But was spoken to "you can't just come in here, you guys just do that". Being in that position, customer service should always be presented at all times. Regardless of it being a customer or coworker for the company. You stress the importance of customer service. Then stress it. Thank you.

The internet isn’t great but that’s all the Navajo nation has. The bad part is they really don’t have competition. They don’t care for their customers.They rudely shut off my service without notification. I had to call them to see what’s going on. They told me they were doing away with the indoor routers. They’ll send someone out to install in outdoor unit. So I agreed.First tech comes by and quickly finds out the outdoor unit doesn’t have great reception. Then tells us they’ll send out another person to figure out what’s going on.This person has the GPS coordinates to the house but went to my cousin’s house. Turns around, doesn’t ask questions (I get it, we’re in a pandemic), and leaves. While my mom notices someone leaving my cousin’s house and the gate was locked. I never mentioned a gate around our house. He went to the wrong house. I’m pretty sure when you use GPS coordinates, it leads you right to the persons house.So then I call back. They said no one was home. We tried to call 2 numbers. No one answered! I told them to call my mom’s number. I was at work and I can’t have my phone on me while I’m working. They never called my mom’s number. Just mine. I didn’t get to answer them until 2pm. They called at 8.Now the want $99 for them to come out to figure out what’s going on!I don’t recommend them! If you want to deal with that headache, GOOD LUCK! Also, they won’t give me my money back. They shut off my service about half way through the month! Also, they have me blocked!

Early October, Choice did an equipment upgrade. Ever since then I have been having issues with losing connection all the time. I called support several times all they did was reset my modem.When I told that was not the issue, please have a tech come fix the issue.I visited the Choice office in Chinle. They told me "you are under a plan that doesn't exist you need change the plan". Thanks for caring btw.So I did, to the $65 plan, issues never change. So far all they did was take $40 for October and $65 for November with no resolve.Early November I called again. They said would only send a tech with supervisor authorization and they would call me back. That was almost 3 weeks ago.As of this writing its the the day before Thanksgiving so I highly doubt they'll do anything.I only highly recommend Choice internet if you like having your money taken.

I went with Choice Wireless because of a promotion they had going on. All went well for about 30 mins after installation then my internet shut off. It became a constant thing throughout the whole month. It will work then it will suddenly turn off again. It can range from 1 min to more then 30 mins to turn on. It's very annoying especially when you're paying for the highest package they have. It's not even worth the price! I quit them for a few months then decided to return to them again for service. I was lucky enough to only pay a small amount and have services turned back on. As of right now it's playing movies from Disney+ but it still turns on and off. ROUND ROCK, AZ needs to get upgrades on the tower or install another one on the EAST SIDE to have decent service IMO.

***** Been calling them all week..... I wish I never signed a contract with them. Internet isn'treliable even half the time.Absolutely the slowest internet!!!! Why is it slower than my phone data when they are coming from the same source!?? A cell tower.Also, I pay my bill every month but their statement doesn't show my last payment and I'm getting charged double. DO NOT SIGN UP!!! USE THE HOTSPOT ON YOUR PHONES!!Update: I called them to resolve the dou le charge, which was partially resolved. Had to call them today, they disconnected my internet because they didn't show that my payment was processed for the regular month. They reinstated my service but, its been over half an hour and still no service. So, gotta call back again. Definitely don't recommend for anyone who doesn't have the time to keep monitoring their account and service only to have to call back numerous times to resove this daisy chain of problems.

My internet keeps going off as the complaint of another customer. I'm just getting so frustrated. I complain & just get the run around such as, "did you contact tech services?" The most recent one was, I was still on the phone trying to respond and got disconnected. I'm trying to be supportive of "Navajo owned" but if I can't get this issue resolved, I may just have to go back with Hughsnet.

Had it for 7 months and it’s not reliable it disconnects every 15 minutes or so and have to reboot the router constantly. It says packet dropped and flood attack. I call the costumer service and they just tell me to u plug it and they say it’s because you have a lot of devices connected to it but it’s just my tablet and phone. I can’t deal with this for 2 years.

I drive from Ft. Defiance area to pay my light & phone bills at NTUA in Chinle. The staff there are easy to work with and their ability to handle Customer Services far exceeds the rest of the other offices. They don't roll their eyes when you begin speaking Navajo and they don't make you feel as if you're interfering with their "job". I especially like the Choice Wireless staff because they take the extra effort to explain to the Elderly the services they are paying for...

Over 60$ for cheap and poor internet. Ripping off customers. 9 to 12 mbps... you're actually getting 1 to 3 mbps..Also they installed the satellite internet. I just live 100 yards from their tower and yet it keeps turning off and internet won't work!!!!!...... so I'm paying 130 to 150$ a month! I keep calling and calling. But i guess they don't care about their customers.

The young lady was very helpful. My WiFi was off. Bill was paid before disconnecting. I was informed there was a error. It was quickly resolved, the account was credit ...WiFi was turn back on . I was satisfied and thankful.

My husband said my voice sounds like I am inside a well. There is a lot of background noise. I checked the Internet connection and it had an old one we had the past year. I do not know why the old one interferes with the new one. The password of the new Internet connection is similar to the old one but shorter. Then I changed it. I hope this time it works better.

Make sure the person helping you knows what they are doing.. I experience false advertise an traveled a long ways to find out the wifi device only works within one mile radius from the tower.. They wouldn't even let me do the 3 days trial.. Totally just got denied..
