Cell one y'all need to give her more things then a free lunch, more like a raise getting back breaking boxes everyday is no joke. Very satisfied on getting my package when she working.

Very quick and fast service. Had problems with my new phone but the sales rep, Wanya was patient and knowledgeable about the services and helped me update and worked out the issues. Also very nice which is uncommon at most cell one offices. But overall very good service.

They have the best cosumer service when I go into the store. I enjoy the company of the employees (2 in particular K.Grey & Aaron). They are all very delightful and humorous. There were multiple reps working so service was pretty quick. They were very helpful and friendly at this location. The store was clean and had multiple sanitizing stations throughout the store. I would come back to this location and recommend other do as well.

I have been a customer for a long time with cellone . Chinle has one of the nicest customer service. Never had no problems with the customer service. Yes days are busy and it does take time to take care all the customer that come , but they do still get the work done soon as they can and make sure you leave a happy customer. Love my LG Joy phone. Maybe it gives me hell at times but it still does what it does! The screen has not cracked yet from dropping it so many times..HahahaThe people working at the store are very nice an very helpful to find out what's up with them phones..I'd refer my friends to go to cellular one to get a phone. Cellular One, in Chinle and across the reservation have great customer service. I've been with them quite some time. I'm from Chinle so I know a couple of employees and ex-employees thru my transactions there. Kevin has always been helpful and a has had a good sense of humor. But, Everytime I had a problem which wasn't always I found it to be of human (owner) or company (salesperson, technicians or equipment) error. I've referred multiple family and friends to this company whom came back to the reservation with their big companies and their dead spots here and there.

Not to mention but the place was nice n clean I felt good being in the store today knowing it was sanitized before & after me... Awesome place, everyone there is helpful and well experienced, I worked for a cellphone company for 2 years and trust me it’s not easy, you deal with customers 24/7 and hard part is the customers are always right even when their wrong, most are there to make your life difficult but their not the ones on the other side of the table, kevin, Ramos, William and the ladies there are doing a great job. I switch from Verizon to cellular one because cell one is great, fast and reliable. I travel most of the time and even Verizon in its own home coverage was a waste but not with cellone. Works better and the couldn’t have happen with the team there also Kevin who was the sales rep that help me.

Hey now!! Chinle Cellularone is the place for services for your phone and also knowing what is new!! They have an employee, William Pioche who is very knowledgeable about iphones and the latest phones to help support your every day phone use. This cellularone store always finds ways of getting their customers to know that they are there to help, for instance, they set up the canopy outside and still support if lines are down, and they, have the dancing balloon out when they are in business.I really admire the cleanliness of the store and the set up for COVID-19 precautions with masks worn by customers and staff.They always have coverage within their hours and they communicate openly with the community and customers.Thank you so much for your services and keeping the surrounding communities connected.
