I worked with Scott to make a custom order for a 75 gallon acrylic aquarium. I am in PA so we had to work over the phone. Customer service was above and beyond. Scott answered my myriad of questions. He was patient and kind, I felt valued as a customer. He also spoke with my installer to make sure we were ordering the correct tank. Scott kept me in the loop when the tank was shipped. The shipping company that TruVu used was terrific and I was able to follow the tank travels from Arizona to Pennsylvania! The tank and canopy arrived packaged on a skid and reinforced with wooden boards, wrapped in strong plastic. Very well prepared for shipping. The tank and canopy were in perfect condition. The corners in the front of the tank were rounded just as I requested. The tank was installed two weeks ago and it's beautiful. The quality and the design of this tank is outstanding. See pictures. Ordering a custom 12 gallon was much more simple and affordable than expected.The photos I shared do not do justice for how beautiful it looks from all angles.The clarity is unbelievable for an acrylic tank and cannot be compared to mass produced tanks found in big box stores. I would even go as far as saying TruVu tanks are in their own league when it comes to acrylic aquariums.I made this purchase because I have 3 very curious cats and having a glass tank made me anxious every day. Even with all the swatting they do on the exterior walls, there are no obvious scratches.Scott is VERY responsive and provided a great customer experience. The product exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to make this purchase again.Stop wasting time searching for alternatives and buy a TruVu tank already.Please note: I am NOT being paid to say this or in any way affiliated with TruVu. Scott at TRUVU Aquariums built us a beautiful self-contained 65gal salt-water reef aquarium for our home. He created what we asked for, on-time and put up with our numerous questions as we were getting it all setup, as this is our first salt-water aquarium. He was very responsive and always there when needed.Would definitely recommend TRUVU.

I looked at several manufactures, mostly around So Cal. Advanced Acrylics replied to my first email then went dark, Cal Aquaria, did reply but their prices were twice as high as ALL the other quotes.Seemed like a good outfit but you'd think their tanks were made of gold...he also initially didn't want to send a quote because I told him a was looking at other manufactures. Guess they think they shouldn't have to be competitive. Tsunami did give quote but didn't communicate well and felt like they couldn't be bothered with my 125 gal custom tank....contacted a few others and much of the same...prices were all within $500. I didn't go with the cheapest...I went with Scott from Tru Vu because he made an effort to answer my questions and gave me confidence in this company. As a nurse and small bushiness owner I know communication is key. So far Scott has done a great job and I'm hoping ill be happy with my tank as much as i am with his customer service. Randy C

I purchased a Tru Vu aquarium for my home. They were amazing, they were so incredibly helpful!! It was the first aquarium I ever purchased, and they educated me and helped me step by step in building the aquarium of my dreams. Incredible quality, reasonable prices and fantastic customer service.
