Got the dog food I have on repeat delivery and it hasn't been coming in a box and because of that the dog food has more powder in it from the dog food being destroyed! The one bag was open and the other bag wasn't even the right food. I'm going to cancel my subscription oh oh I just found out I'm being charged full price vs the discount price for having the subscription. That adds up. So much for trust.

I was referred here from my dog groomers. So glad we came. Great people and nice selection of dog accessories and treats. Will definitely be back again soon....my dog loved his first visit ❤️ 🐶

Very unprofessional and rude, especially with one employee name Hannah she was very aggressive like she wasn’t happy helping or wanted to to her job also the other employee especially the ladies there, they act like they are ignoring you, not trying to help you or bother asking. Very bad experience at this tractor supply would not recommend at all to wasn’t your time and money here

Came to fill my propane for my RV, I need 9 gallons of propane. Man says they only have 20 left and refused sale. UHaul down the street is more reliable, if you have an RV and need propane in the area I say go there as they have no discriminatory issues selling propane to RV folx.

Clean store, very friendly help. I'm sure if you're a serious farmer there are items here you can't get elsewhere. For non-farmers, though, I found prices on pet supplies (dog/cat food and toys) and outdoor items to be higher than other nearby stores (eg Walmart, Home Depot). Seeing the live chicks in the store was fun. Probably won't be back unless I'm looking for a specialty farm item.

Stopped here on my way to work to fill my rv propane tanks as they're a different size than a gas grill tank. They said they couldn't fill them because of how hot it is outside and to come back after the sun goes down. Came back the next day after the sun went down and this time they said because there was heat lightning off in the distance they wouldn't fill them. I guess they just don't fill propane tanks during the summer in arizona. Never had a problem at Ace hardware so I'll continue to use them for my propane needs.

Bought shots for puppies and they did not have ice. Shots are bad off ice 10 minutes and I have a 30 minute drive home. Was told they don’t have to provide ice. I bought 4 and I’m total around $65 for shots to go bad. Told they are out of ice.

1st time in tractor supply company! We had a lot of fun. Saturday is onsite veterinarian service day, lots of people had their dogs and cats there getting cared for. We took this picture, they have chicks and ducks there every Thursday, but they were all sold out by Saturday afternoon when we got there. Looking forward to going again!

I live near this store and have had to run in for many items from supplies to take care of baby ducks that we found one night at 8pm (mama duck had been hit by a car. Ducks were taken to Liberty Wildlife who took great care of them) to car detailing items. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. It's a great little store that has a lot of items that you may not think they would carry. Today I went in and got a dog water bowl that refills itself.The items they have are great but what really makes this location special is that the people who work there are genuinely friendly and helpful. It's a great addition to the area and has gained a loyal customer in me.

Customer service is hit or miss. My wife has hearing problems and can't get someone to stay on the phone with her. Deaf is not overcome by yelling or speaking quickly. Patience and listening are key factors. Having up on a customer is never the answer.

I’m looking for this part SKU: 18952999. I talked with local stores in the area they said the only store that had this was in Chandler a Arizona and Riggs.So I decided to make the drive to the store when I walked in there were a few employees up front chatting and one of them turned and asked if they could help me. I said yes and proceeded to give her the sku number. She said she had the part and showed me where it was located. Unfortunately it wasn’t stocked on the shelf.She said it was in the back room and that they would have to dig to find it. She came out and told me sorry can’t find it. I insisted because I drove here specifically for this part and she then again turn me down.This is poor customer service. I’ve worked in retail for 11 years, I understand the holiday stresses and inconveniences. She sure didn’t seem like she was very busy when I walked in the store I know it’s not that hard to go find stuff in the back room if you put your mind to it. I even offered to go find it. Needless to say he left me pretty irritated.

Don’t bring your propane tank here for a refill. They overfilled the tank and then a couple days later we could hear it leaking because it was too full. Every time we try to use it the tank freezes up because it is too full. My husband brought it back to them to have them regulate it and they told him there is nothing they can do about it. Didn’t apologize and wouldn’t give him a refund for the propane. He explained that we’d have to get a new tank with propane before Christmas and the manager just kept saying there was nothing she could do. Overfilling a propane tank is dangerous and neglectful. Obviously the person who overfilled it wasn’t paying attention or didn’t know what they were doing. What a waste of time and money and horrible customer service. We won’t be going here again.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly sales associates! This was an extremely positive experience. I've never had a real problem with anyone at any tractor supply company but, this experience was exceptional. The staff called around to help me find what I needed at other locations as far away is California!

Came in at 6:30 on the dot with 3k cash ready to grab a trailer. Employe at the cash register and whoever talked to said it was too late and that they were "closing down". It's 30 minutes to closing time, and the transaction should take 10 minutes. Bringing my business elsewhere. Kids just don't want to work anymore...

I went here to find a new food for my dog who has been sick. We've been working with our vet who thinks allergies (and potentially cancer) could be the cause. It's been a long journey. One of the workers helped me pick a food to try with him. She was really helpful and kind. I just wanted to thank tractor supply for having such great and helpful people. We will be shopping here more often because her kindness in that moment touched my heart. Thank you again. ❤

No longer a big fan of tractor supply. It seems like the employees like to cancel orders and purchase the items for themselves. Every time I go in, item is in stock. This place is notorious for this, good luck and purchase elsewhere!!! Shame.....

Sold us dog food, few days later opened it up, and had worms in it. Looks to be moth worms.Wouldn’t exchange food with out receipt. There’s more lenient places to shop with better return policies then this establishment.

I was only there for LP gas, but the front counter young lady had someone out very quickly. The youg lady who pumped the fuel was very good as well. Great customer service.

If you are shopping for boots go somewhere else. They have destroyed them all by punching anti theft devices through the leather on both boots. This creates a weak spot which could result in a tear.

Great place for things like water tanks that you otherwise would have to order online sight unseen. They have all the fittings and adapters you could need to hook up various items to the tanks as well. Also have pumps and sprayers too. Many other items as well. Good prices on top of it all. I didn't know they carried western and work boots as well. Great for any ranch supplies needed especially if you cant wait for delivery. I've also bought stock tanks to use as fish and turtle ponds there. They have a wide variety of sizes, more than the local feed store had in stock and for less than I could find elsewhere. Staff was very helpful as well.

Everyone who works here is so friendly, and they all just have great, positive attitudes. Albert has gone above and beyond to help me out with materials (and expert knowledge!) for various projects. Prices on feed and fencing are great. They even started carrying a new brand of horse pellets upon request. Thank you :)
