Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review. My dog was done wrong. I asked for a low cut and it was way too short . On top of the fact she cut him all up. I happen to spray him with a dog scent spray to eliminate the outside smell. And he started bleeding in many areas. Smh I am not pleased and do not like his hair cut. His tail is cut as well. This was an awful job and I feel like I should get a full refund ! The only thing I like is how well she trimmed down his nails.

Took my mixed pup Juniper to get a groom and nail trim and WOW! This is my second time going to them and again they did an amazing job! Very happy with the service they provided and how they have all my info in the system including what they previously did for her! Easy and smooth process!

Fantastic experience with Puff & Fluff in Chandler. We took our two large dogs - black lab mix & border collie / hound mix - in for a full groom/cut and they came out looking and feeling great. Their haircuts are short, stylish, and natural looking with a nice fade from the legs to the torso. Their facial hairs were even trimmed up. There were a couple of extra touches here I didn't even know I wanted. The groomers were also able to get their nails shorter than anyone else we've seen, which is a huge relief for the dogs. They seem much more stable on our wood floors. Both dogs were excited and happy when we picked them up and seemed to have a good experience. Our groomer Nikki was also totally cool, very reassuring especially for our older dog who had some special needs.Couldn't be happier with choosing this spot. Will definitely book again next time the pups need it.

I took my long hair, 4.5 lbs, Chihuahua to Puff & Fluff Grooming in Chandler. Kitty, or Kathryn, my dog needed it’s nails clipped and ground and also a bath. They charged $50, for that job. We thought it was excessive; we figured it would be somewhere between $30 and $40. They said my dog was a new, but we’ve taken her for nail clipping other times. They denied she had been there before. I don’t think I will be taking my dogs there again. Apparently this dog grooming place doesn’t care losing a customer . This unhappy customer will share this unhappy experience with other friends.

I have visited this place twice, and both times they did specifically what I asked them NOT to. His nails were not done right and they cut his pony tail off. I'm not happy with the service they provided. I could've done better myself.

I have been bringing my first dog here for almost a year and noticed the rate was always getting higher and higher. 65 00 to groom a dog I've never paid more than 40.00 for is ridiculous. I bring my new dog in and they charge me 80.00 and he's only 16 lbs.Plus he was done in less than two hours, Im so disappointed.Guess I'll be finding a new place because I'm very loyal.

Looking for a fantastic groomer? Look no further, try out Cuts for Pups! The ladies were absolutely wonderful with my Labrador retriever and my husky mix! They are so gentle, kind, and truly have a love for animals. My dogs were not kenneled at all, and had little anxiety from start to finish. my husky mix always "gets her revenge" after a trip to the groomers, and I am happy to report that she did not do this after being groomed. She even let them cut her nails without struggling and having to be restrained, which is not only a shock but very comforting to me. To add to my comfort, they texted me a video of her getting her nails clipped, and how comfortable she was during the process. I can say with confidence that we have found our official groomers!

First time going here and my dog gets very anxious at groomers. They noticed this immediately and did a good job talking me through how they will help her through her anxiety. I was a little nervous when they did not take notes when explaining the cut I wanted but they nailed it - Exactly what I wanted. The team is very friendly, very helpful and made me feel like I've been going there for years. We will definitely be going back

I absolutely love Nicole and her team at Puff & Fluff! My lhasa apso is the biggest baby. I've had other groomers tell me he should be sedated. He loves Nicole and he has come a very long way in the 3 years she has been grooming him! I can't recommend her enough!

Super sweet! Nicole came outside to do my dog's nails due to my dog having anxiety and seizures. I got to stay with my dog and comfort her while getting her nails done. Will definitely be going here again and again!

Our little dog is an older guy. He’s a Yorkie/Bishon mix. Having him groomed his whole life we know the process well. This place did not listen to what we asked for. His feet were not prepared right. They shaved his tale which we specifically asked them not to. Very poor follow thru. I would not recommend this place if you have a little dog.

Took my 13 year old fear biter dog here for her 1st groom since I couldn't clip her nails at home without her biting at me. Took some time but they were able to bathe and clip her nails. Staff was amazing! Cathy and Tamara did great

Called for a nail trim for my Chihuahua and they were able to get him in right away. Very friendly and considerate of the angry and old Chihuahua. Will be using this company for dogs future grooming needs. Happy dog happy life :-)

Best groomers in town! My dog is a older little girl and Kathy takes amazing care of her, even going out of her way to pose her carefully as to not bother her arthritis. Great grooming and great service!

I was very nervous after hearing various grooming nightmare stories (not for this place, just in general). I have a Mini Aussie and a Corgi and they both look perfect and so soft!Both had baths, brush, and teeth brushing. Aussie got sanitary trim and they trimmed her grinch feet, the "wings" on her legs, and around her collar. Corgi got her nails done.I used to take them both to Petco, but the prices went up again and I hate that you have to pick a package instead of telling them exactly what you want done. Never going back there after finding this place.

Been going here for years! They do a GREAT job every time...and we have a special needs dog that has seizures and is very difficult when he is groomed, but the ladies there take real good care of him. Dont know what we would do without them! They ROCK!
