I was nervous bringing my new puppy into a groomer as there are many stories you hear of. My new 13 week old miniature Schnauzer was due for a cut and I wanted this to be a great experience and not traumatic so it wasn't an issue or hassle down the road. Pin up pets had good reviews and some photos that were the decision maker. I scheduled the appt and it was definitely worth it. My pup was happy and looked so cute.

I took my dog to Pin Up Pets as per my neighbors suggestion. I am so pleased I did. The women who work there are wonderful. My dog was very matted as you can see from the before picture and they took care to make him look his best knowing he was going to be very short (see after picture). When I picked him up he was like a new dog but still had his Sheepadoodle qualities. I can’t recommend them enough. If you are looking for groomers who care and are knowledge look no further.

My dog is a rescue dog and has very bad. Anxiety does not like people touching the back of him. Pen up pets have boys been very professional and patient and working with him. Just as last time, they have worked up to being able to brush. His teeth have tried other groomers. None of them are as successful at keeping his anxiety down and having such a great cut as pen up pets. 1000% recommend.

I recently took my mini schnauzer for a grooming. The groomer did a nice job with our dog and gave him a schnauzer cut. She asked questions and explained the cut. It was done in a timely manner and I also liked that he didn’t smell of some strong scents like previous places we have been to.I do want to mention here though that when I picked up my dog, I was charged $97 instead of the quoted $57 and was also told my dog is not a mini schnauzer which was really absurd! (I pointed out that my dog is evidently not a large dog nor is he a giant schnauzer and they could check with the vet if needed that he is indeed a mini schnauzer. )Whatever the reason may be for a price change… in case of such a price change, I wish that I had been called and asked if this $40 hike was alright. That’s quite a price difference… I paid the $97 at pick up because I did not have a choice at that point but was not okay with it and felt it was not right. I explained this to the front desk staff who was helpful and understanding of my concerns. She adjusted the price to $62 which is apparently the charge for a standard schnauzer grooming (my dog is actually a mini schnauzer :), but I agreed to the $62 over paying $97). So I really have no idea why I was being charged $97.I was told the grooming charge for my dog would be $62 going forward.Thanks for resolving the issue and crediting me. I hope this doesn’t happen to me or others in the future.I gave 3 stars only because of this issue.

I have brought my maltipoo pup here for his regular grooming and I have not been disappointed. The groomers work with the style of haircut you want for your fur baby. They are super affordable grooming salon and the groomers are very patient and polite. The front desk people are also very friendly!

We use them when in AZ for the winter. We have a mini golden doodle. Their recent price increase is well worth it, as they do a fantastic job and they always are done in a very reasonable time.

This is way overdue for a review. When I relocated back to Arizona. I was seeking a groomer for my teacup yorkies. They tend to have major separation anxiety. Most groomers will have your pet for hours. I love the fact that they are usually done within 30 mins. Annie is amazing and so kind and professional. They always come but clean and well groomed, with little bandannas or flowers on them. My Gizmo and Ewok love Annie and I wanted to thank Erin who works there for referring me. You all are amazing! I would highly recommend them and wish there was a way to vote for them as best groomers in the valley!

Great place to get your fur babies groomed!I have a German Shepard, a dwarf pug and a Great Pyrenees\Anatolian Shepard. Pin Up Pets always makes my babies look and smell their best.From the moment I drop them of until the moment I pick them up, they are loved and cared for like their own. Plenty of kennel space so they have their own space to dry and wait for me. I absolutely love this place and will not go to another groomer.

This is the first place that didn’t charge me a fortune to shave my cat and actually got her completely shaved. Amazing experience she was in and out in less than an hour with a full lion cut and nail trim. I will definitely be bring her back next summer.

This place is amazing! I take my dog there every other week and I’m always pleased! They are always happy and welcoming and not to mention that my dog just about jumps out of the car when I pull up. I highly recommend pin up pets to everyone!

I am BLOWN AWAY!!! This was the BEST experience I have ever had at a groomer. I called and Erin answered and told me about how they can take care of my pup pup, who is now a senior, but will always be a pup to me. She has super long nails and I couldn't bear to trim them. I came in at 2 on a Saturday and they took her back immediately and offered no judgement on her nails, no scolding. Just advised best treatment at $15 -- a steal. My vet charges $18 and requires an appt. Before I could even finish filling out the paperwork and paying, she was done! Nails were perfect, and she came with a fall pumpkin bandana?? Oh, and to boot they gave her a gumball capsule of treats, and she got to pick out a toy from a treasure box AND she smells like pumpkin spice! I will be making this a monthly appt and I am so so pleased with the staff. 5 STARS!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! 👍👍👍

Gus was amazing! He was kind and honest about what he could do with my pup! Her undercoat was matted, but he was able to work wonders! She came out looking like a princess! I would definitely recommend their services!!!

Took in our 2 year old pomeranian to get a nice birthday trim and came back to find him SHAVED. He was not in need of a full shave (which is unadvised to 2 coat dogs unless absolutly needed in surgery) and was freezing. Pomeranians need their 1st coat to keep body temperature and if its cut into risks never coming back the same. This is irriversable damage and honestly should be grounds of FIRING. His first cut done by another lady was fine, but the 2nd done by a younger girl or man did this to him. I will be looking for other groomers in Az for our poms. This is common knowledge groomers know of.

This is a great place to take your precious fur babies when they need a bath and haircut. They seem to really care about the pups and are pretty darn fast too. In and out in little over an hour. Highly recommended.

We took our three dogs there twice now. The first time the groomer was Denise and she did a wonderful job. I meant to leave a review then, glad now I didn't.Denise has left and who ever took care of them this time did a horrible job. All three dogs are poodle mixes and should have received the same hair cut. They got three different looks and one of them looks hacked at. They were not supposed to use scented products, my wife is allergic, my truck reeked of perfume by the time I was a few blocks down the road.My wife called them to have the dogs re-washed and we were told that there was no one there now to wash them. My wife and I are both disabled and now I had to wash them, with a neighbor's help, just to let them in the house.Not going back

I took my 2 furr babies early one Saturday morning for a quick nail trimming. We were greeted fairly quickly by a not so happy gentleman. He didn't smile or even attempt to be personable. He asked what I needed, then a nice young lady took my dogs to the back. A few moments later, the not so cheerful gentleman came back with one of my little ones. He then pointed to a machine, as though I knew it was for payments. At this moment the lovely lady had brought my second little one out to me, smiled and wished me a good day.It was easy, fast and they did a good job on my pups nails but they need to work on their customer service from beginning, middle to end.Take what you well from my story and atleast give them a try.
