Got the dog all ready to get her nails done, gave her calming medicine got in the truck headed to the store. Got to the store stood at the door and rang the bell as the store didn't open till 9. A nice man and gal opened the door and asked if I had an appointment said no I called and the person said to come in. They said they were the only ones at the store and grooming doesn't have an appointment till 9. Hours online said grooming was open at 8 on Sundays!Well, that's I get for trusting the internet, also I even called bizarre!

This review is based on their horrible customer service, although from reading the reviews below, it sounds like not only are they rude and unpleasant, they also are not good at grooming animals. Yikes.I took my dog in for an appointment, and right off the bat I had a bad feeling. The two employees saw how excitable she was, how big and energetic she is, and seemed annoyed. Weird behavior for people who are in the business of grooming dogs of all personalities. I talked to two employees about my dog’s hip dysplasia, that she has no mobility restrictions, she just needs extra time to get up. She sees a vet regularly and is approved for running, jumping, anything.The employees reassured me that they use “team lift” to get big dogs on the table, and if they can’t, they groom them on the floor. My dog happily walked back with the employee.I get a call ten minutes later. A woman said “we can’t groom your dog, she can’t even stand up”. I was concerned, my dog was standing and walking ten minutes ago. Did something happen to her? No she’s fine, we just can’t get her to stand up. What about the team lift you were planning on doing? What about grooming her or at LEAST de-shedding her on the floor? This woman said “just come and get this dog” and hung up on me.So bizarre, disrespectful, rude to hang up on a customer. I could see doing that to someone who is yelling, or cussing, or being abusive on the phone. But to hang up on me because I was asking if there were any solutions they could come up with …really terrible business.I wish I had read the reviews before booking here. Will NEVER try any Petsmart grooming ever again. I don’t shop there for anything already.Save yourself some stress, and save your dog a bad haircut or injury. This location is not only rude and clearly hate their jobs, they are also bad at their jobs and dangerous to animals.

Unfortunately my dog was badly razor burned. I have used them in the past for many years but will no longer. I phoned the salon manager and she said I was negative after a horrible grooming job on my 15 year old peke. Never an apology or anything.

I didn't use the grooming, but the store personnel were friendly and helpful setting us up for our new puppy. Sadly, this store doesn't carry as much as some of their larger locations
