Not my favorite PetSmart. I visited three days in a row to alert staff daily and I also kept going back to check on a very sick leopard gecko. The forth day I stopped in and he was gone. I asked if they had a vet check on him or if he just died. They told me that he was with an emergency vet so I’m 🙏🏼 he is. They’re the sweetest reptiles and he deserved a faster response for his agony. They could have simply given him and electrolyte soak and that would have helped him immensely. My second issue was purchasing fish. The employee who assisted me was very careless when trying to net the fish. Knocking over their devote and squishing to the tank to collect them. Obviously a few of them passed away the very next day and then when exchanging the dead ones for new ones the manager accused me of being the one who wasn’t properly caring for them. I explained the way the other employee handled them and while they eventually gave in and completed the exchange. But not without a few minutes of serious passive aggression from him towards me.

Drove 20 miles across the valley to this location since they had what I wanted in stock. This store was the cleanest and most organized store I have ever been to! Thank you Charlie for your help and kindness towards my son and myself!

Just came here today, i asked for 1 bag of 50 large crickets and another bag of 50 small crickets so i could feed my pets at home and they gave me super tiny crickets. I can’t even feed these to my pets because of how small they are. My fault that I didn’t check before I went to the register but I really did not expect that. However, staff is super kind and the store is easy to navigate for it being my first time going to this specific location. Also very clean. Just didn’t think they’d give me baby crickets.

Hands down the rudest service I have ever experienced. Not just here just period. Still quite speechless over the service provided. Go literally anywhere else and you will have a much better experience then what is being offered here.

Educate yourselves with pet food! We found only 1 brand of dog food that isn't "sprayed on carb rocks". BilJac is the only dog food that your doggo should be eating. And it happens to be a quarter of the cost compared to grain free (unhealthy) big name brands.

Super friendly and helpful staff.We went in to look around with no intentions of making a purchase and ended up leaving with a bearded dragon and $300 worth of accessories, mainly because of how wonderful the staff was.Very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything and be patient with us. We worked with 4 different staff members and everyone was wonderful.Highly recommend this PetSmart location!

The care for our dog was good but the girl at the counter, colorful hair, was playing on her phone when we walked up and it took her almost 3 minutes to acknowledge us. When she finally noticed us she didn't even greet us, no smile or hello. She just sort of looked at us with a weird look on her face like we were bothering her! We have been dealing with Pet Smart/Banfield for at least 14 years with all of our pets but the way it is now we are looking for a new vet. Someone that actually seems to care!

We foster cats and are also involved in wildlife rescue, so much of my existence is spent on animal related activities. I love that Petsmart will match prices because sometimes I need quite a bit before my monthly online order is due if I end up with extra animals. We had a Trojan cat that we discovered had 5 little Trojan kittens the day before we were to take her in for her spay, so this bowl was to slow down her eating so she wouldn't make herself sick.

Marisa the groomer is freaking amazing. I love going to her to get my babies all cleaned up! Huge shout out to her for giving my boy the best mullet ever.The Banfield hospital is also great here. Always friendly and helpful.

It is always a hit or miss if they have what I am looking for. This isn't the only PetSmart to be like that. But overall I do find what I need even if it is half of the items on my list.

Just left the grooming salon here. Took both of my dogs for a simple mail trim. I waited outside the salon and was watching through the windows, thank god.After about 5 or so minutes of trimming, one of my dogs who was originally scheduled with Amy, was I guess too much for her to handle (my dog is a 45 lb beagle mix who is wiggly and kinda dramatic about her nails which I mentioned to them) so she passed her on to a dark skinned woman (did not get her name unfortunately). Not even a minute after she took over, my dog slipped off the table and was hanging by the leads they had her tied to.I ran in at this moment and after they picked my dog up I said give them back we're not paying for this and never coming back.Highly suggest never using this locations grooming services (or any) as I will never step foot in a pet smart again. I cannot believe the negligence I saw today and I feel awful for putting my dog through this. I believe she is ok thankfully but will be checking with the vet to confirm.Pet smart- do better. No wonder all of your locations are 2 stars.

This location has staff that is always ready and willing to help. They actually take their time and guide you though things. They treat our pup as VIP's and us too for that matter. The grooming department SUCKS!! The "groomers" are bull dykes and mean to the dogs. Also, that place is filthy and STINKS!! I highly recommend you DO NOT take your dog here!!...BAD!

I've had some questionable grooming experiences at various places but Madison did an amazing job with my dog and did exactly what I wanted. She made him even cuter than I remembered when he has a fresh cut. Watch out ladies, Georgie is looking fresh!!
