I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the grooming experience my dog recently had at your establishment. As a loyal customer, I have always trusted PetSmart to provide quality grooming services for my beloved pet. However, my most recent visit has left me extremely dissatisfied and concerned.During my appointment with Chante, my pomski received a haircut that was significantly shorter than I had expected or desired. What troubles me the most is that this drastic change was made without any consultation or prior approval from me as the pet owner. The lack of communication and consideration for my preferences was both unprofessional and distressing.Given the unique nature of my dog's coat and the uncertainty surrounding whether it will grow back as it was, I am left feeling anxious about the long-term effects of this grooming session. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe it is essential for grooming professionals to prioritize open communication and collaboration with pet owners to ensure the best outcome for our furry companions.I kindly request that you investigate this matter further and take appropriate steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate any information or assistance you can provide regarding potential remedies or solutions to help my dog's coat recover and ensure his well-being.I value the services PetSmart provides and hope that my feedback will contribute to the continuous improvement of your grooming practices. I would give them a 0 star review if I could. It's not the first time I buy supplies or pets from this business or business chain. There is what happened. We went inside the store about 30min before close and were looking at hamsters and were deciding wich to buy and his habitat.To make it short no one offered help. So 10min before close my sonwent to look for help and they told him they will not sell him any pet 15min before close. I asked a store associate to please sell us one because we drove 35 from were we live to buy a hamster here. Plus no one told us that they would not sell us a pet 15min before close. They do not have any signs anywhere of no one helps to make sure you leave happy with your kids. Store manager just said that's our policy we will not sell it to you.Even though I told her no one told us and no one assisted me.She did not care. NO SIGNS ANYWERE SAYING WE WILL REFUSE SERVICE 15MIN BEFORE CLOSE

This is my go to store for all things dog oriented. It is a large spacious store with massive variety. My pups food is often on sale. The rewards program is a welcome addition. The treats and toys are fun and my dog loves them. It’s a great easy location with plenty of parking. There are other stores in my area, but I do prefer PetSmart over then all.

Being a huge aquatic person I don't even bother with Petco. This store always has a variety of thriving fish or whatever else aquatic. The person in the department was knowledgeable, friendly. I got exactly what I needed quickly( and I thought my dog smiled!)

Normal pet smart, employees always greet me as I walk in the door and always helpfull. We buy our cat food here. I have not had Any issues here.

Good and clean pets mart. They offer obedience classes for dogs. Kittens to adopt and loads of fish. All the mice and guinea pigs and rabbits are not on display. You have to wear a mask when you walk in they also have a table with hand sanitizer at the front.They offer curbside pick up and Salon Curbside. See pictures below.

I'm always welcomed as I walk into the store. I went in to get cat litter, which they almost always have the kind that I like. And they had a couple of nice cats for adoption. Their cats are always very cute and needing forever homes. Has a foster cat parent I can appreciate their willingness to and display them and find homes for them.

Banfield vet seems like they can't keep up with clients, waited almost an hour to even see reception to get checked in for my appointment. They had many vet techs and one vet? The techs didn't tell me if they found anything or didn't after my appointment.. then called me later after I had left saying vet needed to talk to me about my pet.. why didn't the techs tell me when they gave my dog back.. 😤

Cymone is literally the best groomer we have ever come in contact with for our pups! She is sweet, gentle, understanding and goes the extra mile with our sweet pup and her two sisters. We take all three of our babies to see her and will see no one else or go anywhere else. Thank you for having a groomer like Cymone in your facility! Leia, Lady and Eva all love her and so do we!

Took my dog to a grooming appointment at this location and the lady that took him back had no etiquette when it came to meeting a new dog. She immediately put the leash around his neck and dragged him back she didn’t even let him sniff her. She had a pretty bad attitude throughout all the interactions we had with her and I was nervous to leave him behind with her because of it. I later get a call saying my pet had “walked off the table” so he had to go to the vet. When I came to pick him up she acted like everything is fine, nothing unusual happened and continued with her attitude. Obviously my pet was stressed after he had the groomer that give no care and “walked off the table” that once he saw me he wanted to go home. Groomers recommendation was next time try CBD treats. It’s funny how every time we took him to the groomer before he was just fine without the CBD treats, he just needed the groomer to have patience. I also want to take a moment to say that both Jenna and jade were always nice and patience with him. If you use pet smart for grooming ask for them.

Couldn't place an online pickup order because of website issues, and when I tried to call the 1-800 number I just got disconnected. So when I went by the store planning to just pick up the items that showed in stock, I couldn't find them. Laura walked the entire store trying to find them for me - and at last found where just a couple of the items remained which unfortunately wouldn't let me take advantage of the quantity discount. But despite that, Laura's positive attitude and tenacity in trying to help me left me with a thankful attitude and a bit more positive perspective. She also jumped into help another customer while we were searching for my items without any sign of frustration by multiple customers throwing requests at her. Thanks Laura :)

Customer service was fantastic. I washed my dog here during which time i had nothing to do for 2 hours. so i loitered basically in my car and whatnot and every single person was super helpful. If anything i wished their restroom had a hook installed for hanging bags and kept cleaner.

We went to petsmart to visit the adoption center so that my daughter could find a kitten. They worked with us to make sure we got a cat that was the right cat for us and even gave us a free bag of food when we adopted. They were awesome

The store is clean and organized. Great customer service. It was refreshing to be taken care of right away.We had just come from their competitor store up the street, which had no good customer service. It was chaotic. At petsmart we were treated great, and the young lady helped us find what we needed. Easy peasy process.

Such amazing groomers my Sandra Dee groomer is Jennifer she did such an amazing job washing cutting sandra dees hair. She has patience and love for my Sandra dee she's has love companionship and such patience and she talks to her as she Grooms her and when I bring her in she treats her like she her own I highly recommended salon where your pets are treated like their their own such great staff they do and excellent job . Sandra Dee and I say thank you PetSmart and double thanks to her groomer Jennifer thank you for love you Sandra making her look and feel amazing you're also awesome..

Worst grooming job that’s ever been done on my dog. I had a picture of her past haircuts and was pretty detailed to be helpful. This is just weirdly mis-shapen lengths and ears not properly shaped/trimmed with the face way too short. If you’ve seen that meme that was circulating on the internet of the dog’s hair that was absolutely ruined and how goofy the cut was Petsmart/Petco- this is that. Definitely will never take my dog here again. Astounded at how bad it is. Photo in sweater is what I showed the groomer. Photo on kitchen floor is what I got…..Also, my dog is running around acting like she’s in pain….
