Everyone at this pet store is so kind and extremely helpful! I’m always greeted and asked if I need anything, and my puppy loves the treats I get there(discounted on Thursdays)!! They are doing an awesome Black Friday sale right now, definitely recommend checking it out!

This is the least pet-friendly pet store I've ever been in. The first time we went there, my older dog was collapsing on the floor from the heat outside and the poor girl helping us had to get a large cup of water for the dogs because they don't put water out for them. The second time, a different woman was there who was completely clueless about basic pet care concepts (like not walking dogs on hot pavement and what a leash hook is). She was weirdly proud (?!) that she didn't know what I was talking about and delighted in the fact that I was flustered. It's a specialty store, so they don't carry any usual brands, even the high end ones, and they have very little selection at the store for anything other than food or treats. I ended up driving to the closest PetSmart and spending a bunch of money there. I wouldn't recommend this store unless you have very specific pet food needs.

The ladies are so great to work with. I will be back. FYI, they have a self wash room with all the necessities. $10 bucks for an adequate amount of time and just a bit more if your dog is super dirty or misbehaved, and it takes you longer.

This review is just for the condition of the self wash. The nozzle has been broken for months so there’s no way to not spray full blast; the water temperature is really hard to control-cold and very hot; the thing that’s supposed to put shampoo in through the water nozzle doesn’t work so you have to pump shampoo into your hand then onto the dog which is totally impractical if you have a large dog; the concentrator nozzle doesn’t stay attached to the dryer so it’s basically useless; no towels provided. The Pet Planet in Mesa is so much better and I wish the Chandler one was managed as well as that one. Two stars because it’s marginally preferable than washing my big dog at home. What a bummer.

I love this store! They have better alternative foods that are healthier than the regular store. My favorite part is that they offer specialty treats for pet's birthdays like cakes, cupcakes etc that have natural pet friendly ingredients. There's toys and yummy treats or chewing items as well. The staff is always helpful and friendly offering suggestions or expertise.

The staff at Pet Planet are wonderful. I've been in three times now and each time they want to know if I have questions and try to help me find the best food for my pet and budget. They are very knowledgeable in the products that they sell, mention ways I can save with loyalty programs and special discount days. Thursdays are 15% off all treats!

Pet Planet offers a wide variety of healthy food and supplements for dogs and cats. Here I buy all the food and other canine essentials for my beloved 4 yr old rescue pitbull, Juno.I am truly grateful to have access to human grade, high quality products for my sweet girl.

Had a great experience at Pet Planet. My new rescue, Bella, a Catahoula Leopard Dog is very picky with treats and Callie(apologize if I spelled your name incorrectly) helped me find some treats for her that she would eat. Nice selection of food so I will be buying my Orijen food from here. They also have a rewards points system for discounts.

Pet Planet on Girlbert and Ocotillo is a fantastic place to shop for your pets! My three year old cat recently lost her old broken collar, so I thought I'd buy her a new pretty one. I went to another pet needs store near my house and they did not have the type of collar I was looking for: a breakaway pretty collar for cats. I then came across Pet Planet and was amazed! I took my dog with me as well and she was allowed to go into the store! There, they gave her treats while we shopped for a new cat collar. They had a variety of kitty collars to pick from, including breakaway! I found a beautiful lilac breakaway collar with dark purple lotas flowers on it and my cat absolutely loves it! Thank you, Pet Planet, for being welcoming to my pets and have helpful, cheerful service! IMG_5291.PNG

Pet Planet stocks a wide variety of high quality food (dry, wet, and freeze dried), treats, vitamins & supplements, as well as jerky, greenies, and other food products, such as bones, that dogs can chew on for healthy teeth and gums.I have a dog and no cats, do I am not really familiar with their cat products.

Last week I popped into this store for the first time because I was in the area with my new dog from the pound to get him training treats and snacks. The next day I noticed a beetle crawling out of the pre made snack bags they sold me. I opened it up and found two more. I'll never be back...back to Pet Club I go!
