I have been going to this vet for years and I can’t express how grateful I am for them. They are always so eager to aid, answer any questions and ensure the wellness they promise, is met!A couple days ago I took in a pregnant sick cat and they spent HOURS aiding me, talking with me, showing me medical techniques, answering all of my questions, printing me reading material etc to ensure I am well prepared for the cats delivery. I can’t believe the customer care offered today, I mean, they have always been great attendees but today they went above and beyond for me as their client and I am so very thankful for the staff here. You won’t go wrong choosing this place for your little hearts care! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I LOVE that you have kitty boarding options with extras!! We recently went on a trip that was a little longer than usual and were happy you had larger “suites” with windows, levels, and walk around time for our little buddy. We have always had an amazing experience at Ocotillo Animal Clinic! They take such good care of our fur child.. Dr Piper always takes the time to explain any questions we have . Dr Piper took such good care of our Simon when he had his teeth cleaned and saved all of his teeth. All the staff treat us and Simon like he was theirs. They also suggest options and are clear on pricing & priority of suggestions because sometimes it’s expensive to take care of our pets.. thank you to your amazing staff .. we depend on your care of our fur family.. i am so glad we found your practice! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for good care for their fur family members :)

This was Orion’s second grooming appointment and once again we are so pleased with how well he was treated and the beautiful grooming that he had done.I love this clinic . It is clean, staff are friendly and still maintain professionalism. He receives awesome attention and we will continue to use Ocotillo Animal Clinic for his regular visits and his grooming appointments. They told me over the phone how much it would cost to put my kid’s hamster to sleep. Showed up and it was more than twice as much. I would have appreciated greater transparency/accuracy, and I had to find tactful way to voice my concern about the pricing in front of my son, who is about to lose his best friend.After that, though, they handled the procedure with dignity and grace.

My cat Sita has been given excellent care from the vet doctors and techs, and the boarding staff and their services have been exceptional. They love spending time with her and have helped her feel very comfortable whenever I'm out of town. I highly recommend this clinic for medical/dental services and for boarding your cat when needed.

We have been taking our dog here for years and have loved the way they treated him and us but this time was different, the vet we saw ( Sheri Beck) treated her assistant with such disrespect it was unbelievable. The dirty looks and the tone of her voice made me uncomfortable. Then she ( vet ) turned her disrespect on me and my dog. My dog is very vocal and moaned during his exam and she muzzled him! This is a dog that has never shown any aggression towards anyone ever but he took the muzzle and stayed calm. Then the vet came with a bill of over $800 for tests after I told her I didn’t have the money and wanted to see if the antibiotics would first help him with his infection. I told her and the assistant I cannot do this, the vet came back in the room very aggressive starting me down stating this is unacceptable and she had to run the tests! I told her again no I want to see if the antibiotics help him and I would bring him back after the new year if he wasn’t better, she ( Dr ) starred at me then stated to me “ well I’m not refilling his RX if you don’t bring him back” and walked out of the exam room. This whole experience has made me think twice of taking my dog back there. Is it about only making money a week before Christmas? What about making your clients feel comfortable with bringing their fur babies for help? Walking out of this vet office made me feel so uncomfortable and upset. To see how not only how I was being treated but to see how the Dr treated the people working there and were being treated was so upsetting. On a positive note the front desk and assistant was amazing and I truly feel sorry for them to have to work there.

This is the only vet that my 11 year old chocolate lab went to her whole life. She has been in and out off the office over the past several years due to our concerns over her heavy breathing, even when resting in a cool environment. During visits we have shown many videos and discussed symptoms with doctors. After running many tests all they could diagnose was chronic bronchitis. We were just told to give her Zyrtec everyday.Four weeks ago, she stopped breathing for a few moments and became extremely weak. We tried to take her to Ocotillo but could not see her in a timely manner because of how busy they were and told us to go to the emergency vet.After going to the emergency vet (the only time she has been seen by a doctor outside of Ocotillo), they quickly diagnosed her with Laryngeal Paralysis. This has been something that she has been living with for years and if diagnosed earlier we would have had more options to extend her life. After taking our dog to her scheduled visit at Ocotillo two weeks ago, after being notified about the emergency vet's diagnosis, we were given a generic print out of her condition and information about it.All of our experiences at Ocotillo have always been great. The office staff is kind and the doctors were always gentle with our dog. Getting this diagnosis from the emergency vet was frustrating after the trust we had established with Ocotillo. Based on the information from the printouts given to us, the emergency vets and our own research she should have been diagnosed years ago.Our dog just passed away and we feel saddened by the missed diagnosis of our dog after so many years. It will be hard to trust Ocotillo with any future pets based on our experience.

This place is amazing!! Clean as a whistle and well managed- with an amazing team that gives so much love and attention to my pup when he stays here. They send pictures and keep me updated during his stay. He is happy and healthy on his “go home” day! I know he misses me while I’m gone - but I know he misses them when he leaves! 🐾💕🐾💕

Dr Beck and her vet tech took wonderful care of my 2 senior dogs and of me. I had to put my dog down d/t tumors and I couldn’t fail my other who showed signs of dental pain. I’m in such agony over the loss of my sweet baby and feel so grateful to them for the way they handled things there. I highly recommend.

My cat boarded at Ocotillo Animal Clinic for a week, and she came back home calm and healthy. Because she's a senior cat and required daily meds, I needed to board her somewhere that would take excellent care of her. OAC did that, and I would bring my cat back for another boarding any time. Their facility is clean, and their staff is professional and considerate. The intake personnel listened to my concerns and my cats needs. I felt comfortable leaving her in their care.

Ocotillo is the BEST! Dr. Beck has been our veterinarian for years (about 20 years) and we followed her to Ocotillo not because it is close to our house (we drive 40 miles round trip), but because of her love and devotion to our animals is so apparent. She is always kind, caring, thorough, and compassionate. She take the time to explain what is going on and to answer all of your questions. You feel like family and that your companion animal is in the best hands. They always do a follow-up call to see how we are doing with the treatment/medicine.The technicians and staff are awesome. We are always greeted by friendly faces that make us feel welcome. When you call for an appointment they do their best to get you in as quickly as possible.My husband and I do rescue so we have a number of animals in our household and occasionally we have had to release one of our precious babies due to failing health or a medical issue. The support my family received through that difficult time from them went above and beyond. When we had to take our Sonny to the emergency due to constant seizures, Dr. Beck came the next morning to make sure everything had been done that could be done for him. She even sit with me while I released him and drove me home afterwards. I will never forget the love and compassion she showed that day to me.We want the best care for our babies and we receive it at Ocotillo. If I could give this clinic and Dr. Beck more than five stars I would do it.

So I would really give it 4 1/2 stars, just due to how hard it is to get in if there's an emergency. We stopped going there a few years ago due to that. However, we love the place! They're amazing with our pets. We recently started going back to them after we lost one of our fur babies, and we ended up getting 2 new pups. We never could find a place that we felt comfortable with and constantly comparing the new places to Ocotillo. So we are back with them and couldn't be happier.

Great visit with my cat's annual exam. I was checked in for my appointment on time. My girl, GG is sweet but Sassy. The Staff had the right mix of patience and respecting her limitations. Dr. Beck also shared with me a medication to ease my cat's stress level for our next visit. Also advice on a good feline walking jacket. I enjoyed seeing some of the faithful Staff that have helped me with my animals over the years like Lori and Renee. The visit was efficient and check out went smoothly.

The staff is warm and personable and makes us feel confident and comfortable boarding him there! It’s also a veterinary practice which is great if our dog experiences any issues that need attending to.

Friendly with animals and helpful owners. We drive from 40 miles away to use them. This time we needed to get a blood draw to send to Kansas State University for a rabies titer to be able to send a dog to Hawaii without quarantine. They were able to work us in within a few days for the blood draw which was important since the certificate from KSU rabies lab takes at least 30 days to process.
