They have been just the best store since we got into reptiles we got our first snake here and have just kept going. Whenever we need help Nick, Jake, and Spencer have always helped with info and the one snake who got sick. He is doing better too!We are planning to get another soon from here.Idk about any other LLL reptiles or reptile stores but this is our go to place! For prices and help.

This store is excellent. I'm a first time snake owner and bought my first snake from them. They answered all my questions and suggested some additional items I might need. They had an amazing selection of reptiles and supplies and are so helpful I highly reccomend this store.

My go to place for tarantula and spider stuff. Nick is incredibly helpful when it comes tarantulas. I originally went in looking for jumping spiders and eventually purchased two from them. The first one I purchased from them they extended their 3 day policy to a week since I was a beginner and I thought that was very generous of them. I later went back and got my first tarantula sling (a tliltoctl verdezi) from them a few weeks ago. I still frequent the place for feeders and to check out their spider and tarantula inventory. I really appreciate the advice given and how knowledgeable they are when it comes to arachnid care, and I definitely plan on getting more tarantulas from them!

I got a Cuban false chameleon from this store at the Tucson Reptile show last year and he is doing wonderful so I decided to go check out the store myself. And was utterly disappointed and upset with the care of the animals. When I went today, I saw a Jackson’s chameleon on the bottom rack, passed away on the branch. One reptile passed away isn’t a huge deal. It happens but not even a few tanks over was a dead red tree boa… I unfortunately won’t be coming back after seeing something so saddening, at a store that’s supposed to care for reptiles.

This place is the go to for your reptile needs. We've been going there for at least a couple of years now and have purchased spiders, geckos snakes, and several other animals. They're really knowledgeable and I feel they have your best interest in mind.

Really enjoyed the customer service here and all the animals to look at. Everything was clean, the animals looked so very well cared for, and the employees were very knowledgeable about what they had.I absolutely love that this store has a wide variety of all things that reptile keeping entails and it comes at a fairly decent price. The only thing that bugged me was that a lot of stuff didn't have a sticker price on it or any indication at all of what the item cost was, so you have to ask someone. A few things had stickers but a good 2/3 of the items did not so I had no idea what to expect unless I talked to someone. And as someone who just wants to get in and out, I didn't like this.

These guys always ask me how my frogs are doing when I stop by! Everyone is helpful and kind, they really take their time to help with any questions you have about your animal- whether it’s a health concern or simply how to best meet you pet’s needs. I’ve been coming here since 2022, and can’t think of a time where I left feeling unsatisfied with the store or staff:)

Every person on staff here is exceptional. The owner is top notch, knows his stuff. This is my go-to place for all things reptile. But I'd call first to check on their live mouse rat supply. They always answer the phone. I recommend this place if you live in the area and have reptiles.

I feel LLL gets a bit of a bad rap because they are a larger cooperation and they do sell imports. Here’s the thing though I have 3 imported animals from them as well as 1 captive bred animal from them and all of them are alive and well. They do try and help you get imports and captive bred animals up to par and help you with acclimation. The biggest thing is patience and know what you are buying and doing your research and allowing good quarentine procedures. Management and staff are deffiently rebranding their image and I’m very willing to help them with that with this review. They are a very communicative company and they do keep their shop clean. The animals looked good as display animals. Prices are fair as well and when you’re in a pinch they will help you out!

When we walked in, we were greeted right away! The staff is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice regarding our scaly friend. After we paid, I noticed a sign that they will even pet sit your reptiles for you! They promised good care and cuddles!

Customer service was incredible. Everyone was so kind and helped me with getting my sand boa. Absolutely recommend coming here over any big brand pet stores such as PetSmart and Petco. They let me hold the snakes and check out each one I was interested in. Definitely worth driving as far as we did!!

LLL is our go to for all of our reptile needs! The whole crew (Jakob, Bri, Nick, Noah, etc.) are always so helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to our animals and their needs. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking to get a reptile or needing a store to get all the supplies you need. Nick helped us build a whole bio-active vivarium for our crested gecko. His knowledge and excitement made it such an amazing experience. Definitely helpful in education!

We have bought a few reptiles here at this location. Something that stands out the me is how they are willing to take in sick and injured reptiles, and spend the money and time to nurse them back to health. The manager has a ton of knowledge. Her are two reptiles we bought at LLL

I visited this store for the first time today and it exceeded all of my expectations! The store is clean and well organized. Nick B. is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to balance his' time with all the customers and check in his' co-workers. I plan on buying a bearded dragon here in the next 90 days. I can't wait!

Shouts out to Nick at the chandler location came to get some things for the red eyed croc skink I got from them at the expo and he shared nothing but hospitality and knowledge! This place was awesome! Luke was incredibly helpful and spent the better part of an hour answering questions and getting us all set up! We bought 3 poison dart frogs and are pleased with their health and quality.

I really like this shop! They’ve got an incredible selection of live animals and any accessory you could imagine or need. They set me up with a complete vivarium at a fantastic price. I purchased 2 dart frogs, Luna and Luca. Luca unfortunately didn’t make it through the first 24 hours but they made it right for me.

Amazing job! Everyone was so nice. HUGE shout out to Nick! I came in looking for my husband's gift for Christmas. Nick was there to help with all questions and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. He is very knowledgeable and didnt try and BS his way around the questions nor did he try and sale me stuff I didnt need or want. I told Nick I can't lift or bend do to a resent surgery I had. Not only did Nick sent up/decorate the terranium for me he moved a few things in my car and carried it out for me. Great customer service and all around just an amazing person. Thank you so much for going above and beyond when you didn't have to Nick. I will be back in on Friday for some more geckos!
