First time ever using these people. Both ladies were very friendly polite and just in all good people. Did an amazing job with my dog who has extreme anxiety and is very hyper. My dog literally barks at everyone who comes to my door but this time only barked a couple times and once I handed her to them she was calm and fine. I was shocked. Words can't express how happy and grateful i am for these people. True dog lovers. This place is amazing. Will definitely be my new groomer always. Thanks again ladies.

I loved this grooming place. This spa was very effective on my dog and his fur was very soft and smooth after the visit. The staff was very friendly to us and it was a lot cheaper than most dog grooming shops and it was also an amazing service. My dog smelled very fresh and clean and his skin was very shiny after. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been to several groomers in the past. All of them make excuses why they couldn’t finish why it’s a little uneven in some places. I’ve never had an issue with this place. They’ve always given 110%. The price is affordable. I’ve been to places that do less work and have charged way more! All of the girls that were here do you fabulous job. I have one who absolutely hates getting groomed. And she hates the kennel. And they always make her feel loved and welcomed.

From the initial DM to the completion of services, La Bella Paw Spa exceeded our expectations! Beau was long overdue for an appointment because of our previous experience with a local “big name” store.I appreciated completing everything via Facebook DM followed up with text message reminders and ETA before the mobile appointment. During the appointment, I was updated about Beau’s progress and how well he was doing. I was given instructions for maintenance between visits and even set up my next appointment. My boy loved his experienced groomer and made sure to give her plenty of love!

We've been bringing our dogs here for over a year and they do a fabulous job!My wife made an appt yesterday to bring our poodle and two bernadoodles to be groomed. As usual, they reminded us to give them their calming treats. That's all.Today when our daughter dropped them off, they said they added a bunch of additional charges, for everything including difficult dogs charge, anal gland charge & tooth brushing.When I picked them up, it was over $100 more then I paid a little over a month ago, Why this wasn't explained when we made the appt, I don't know. They do a good job but their comes a point when you feel your being taken advantage of.

We used their mobile service for the first time, kelley did an amazing job. Our dogs have never been so clean! Our dog really took a liking to her as if he had known her his whole life.

We've tried different groomers around town and quickly became frustrated with them all. Our dog would always leave smelling good, but we were being charged for subpar services. We took a chance and gave La Bella Paw Spa a call and we are beyond happy we did! They meet and exceed all of our expectations. Our large breed puppy blows his coat twice a year so it's important for us to have groomers that use great products and truly groom. Groomer Jessica, is by far the best groomer we've ever had. She's patient, kind, thorough, and great with both small and large breeds. After our first visit to La Bella we knew we done looking. Thx Jessica!

I have now tried their mobile services twice and have been very happy with the toenail trims for my 2 dogs. My pittie mix is not an easy customer and has required 5 people in the past to get his nails trimmed, but Kelli does great all on her own!! It's obvious she loves working with dogs and takes pride in her work. I will continue using their services, although the price seems a little high.

Kelly did an amazing job!! We picked up a stray pup that had been out in the desert for a few weeks. When we decided to keep her, we contacted La Bella for grooming. We wanted the option of mobile grooming, since we did not know how our pup would react.Kelly arrived up today ahead of schedule and was so knowledgable and sweet! She made sure Ghost was safe and comfortable and her love for animals really shines through! The cost of service was very reasonable, especially for mobile service. We will be using Kelly again!

Absolutely terrible customer service from their mobile groomer. The groomer looked at our dog and proceeded to tell us how she has other appointments and she would only have time to shave our dog rather then cut our dog the way we want because it’s too much work and she has other appointments. We haven’t even discussed a price yet which I was ok with paying more if that’s what it took. I refuse to do business with a business that cares zero about their customer and is only interested in over booking and trying to do the easiest job even if the customer doesn’t even want it . I’ve never been to the store front they have so the customer service my be better in person but the mobile side of it is pure trash and avoid at all cost. I’m sure the owner will come back with some non sense about the dog is super matted which is a lie check out my yelp review which has pictures of the dog. Once again of they were actual groomers they would have gave me a price rather just I’m only willing to cut the dog one way because the groomer said she too many appointments. I mean watch how nasty her response will be this a terrible business let’s get the word out so ppl don’t waste their time or money

After trying 4 different groomers, I am so delighted to say we have found the one. From the moment we walk in, not only are WE greeted so kindly, but our pup as well :) They treat our dog with such kindness, compassion, and patience which is why I will be coming back, specifically with Jessica. She was so sweet to our dog and left her looking cuter than when we dropped her off. Thank you to all the staff here as there is not an ounce of anxiety leaving my dog with you.

My baby has been going to La Bella for a little while now, and I’m so impressed on the staff and the quick scheduling. They are currently working on getting a mobile service, but I might still go into the facility as it’s just 7 min away from me. I have a very old poodle and is very sensitive with his joints due to his arthritis. At other facilities I had to medicate him after due to soreness post the grooming process. He has never acted sore or seemed painful after being groomed by La Bella Spa. They take the time and is very sensitive to his needs. Also at other facilities I waited all day to pick him up, and by that time for pick up he is so stressed and tired. La Bella has always had him done in a timely manner and he not wiped out physically or mentally. I would recommend this grooming facility!

It’s been 4 months now with La Bella Paw Spa for their Mobile Services on our 2 pitbulls. It’s been a pleasure handing the pups off with Kelley. We love her energy and when she hands the kids back to us, they come back happy. Easy transaction! Thanks Kelley!

I definitely went with high hopes given the reviews. When I entered I saw other doodles so that was affirming. The staff was kind. I was hoping they didn't have to go to short but they let me know she was too matted on her legs, ok I understand that. But the top of her hair is obviously uneven and her long hair tail is now cut uneven too. :(

I’m so satisfied with how my girl turned out after her groom! She looked amazing! They got me in the next day after exchanging some texts which was convenient for me. I also appreciate that they dry their pets in a different but safe approach, as safety is my biggest concern when trusting someone with my pet. The set up is super cute as well which you will notice as you walk in. As a vet tech i Can appreciate their work and kindness towards my girl. We will be back again and i recommend them!
