Worst place…. I worked here and let me just tell you the experience I had…. I started out as a bagger and pushed carts etc… Then I moved to stocking in the dairy section I LOVED IT. Not shortly after moving departments was I harassed, aggressive behavior and comments were always being thrown my way. I never wanted to make it a big deal and tell management but it got to the point where I felt disgusting going into work. I told management and I knew there would be aggression from my coworkers. I was then asked what I had done to provoke them?? This situation tell this day is something that wasn’t solved and the issue/harassment is probably still happening. Management here SUCKS and that’s an understatement I don’t know how these people are getting hired yet promoted. I know a couple of really great managers that had worked here but the ones higher up were never properly doing their jobs and took advantage. When going into work you should never feel scared or nervous you should feel safe and like you’ve accomplished something. I really hope in the future our elderly can resolve this👍

I do like the convience and location of this Fry's. Their fruits and vegetables always look great and I can't think of a recent time when they were out of something I needed. The sushi bar is great as well as the deli. I do use the pharmacy from time to time, the staff is very friendly and my orders are completed in a timely manner.

I love grocery shopping here. It’s so neat and orderly. The signage is clear and the staff is helpful. They always seem to have specials for whatever holiday is upcoming. We took advantage of the end of the Cinco de Mayo promos. The prices were very fair. You will feel blessed if you are in store when the baguettes are fresh from the ovens.

For the second week the checkout line were backed up because there were only two checkers. They have 4 or five self checkout lines. As a Frys customer for 20+ years I'm not happy.

Monitor your reciepts closely. The past few months, they haven't been charging what they advertise. I have to take pictures of the prices and go back to customer service to get my money back. Will be talking to a manager today about it. I go here often.

Great clean store. Getting in and out can sometimes be a challenge when entry doors are closed and you have to dodge exiting customers going into the exit. I don’t recommend ordering online. They automatically will choose “like” items or not give you items you ordered. Last time I ordered online 2 of the items were not filled, but when I parked and went inside, the items were in the shelf and I was able to purchase the items.

Trying to use the automated system is THE WORST experience I've ever had with a store hands down. It constantly can't understand what you're saying. You say pharmacy, it says ok "meat department" or some other place that isn't even remotely close to what you're saying. Even when I choose the option to press numbers it STILL kept getting it incorrect over and over again. Put in a 2007 birth year it says "ok 1927". What???!! If you're not going to have an actual person answer the phone then at least make sure your automated system can do what it's supposed to do. I shouldn't have to waste a trip and drive all the way over just to request a refill.

The checkout line had over 20 people. Only one register was open and self checkout. The reason given was that employees who didn't show up for work and problems hiring.

Everyday way before the close time, the counters are closed with only the self checkout being open. Big inconvenience for elderly and those who need to checkout more than 15 items. So never ever I have seen more than 4 put of 10+ counters operate here. They must be better off clearing that lane space to extend starbucks

The staffs here are very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and organized. Self checkout and even regular cashier check out is fast. Reasonable price as well.This place deserve 5 stars

I really wanted to give this store 5 stars. I really did. But unfortunately the way their self check out is structured, it makes it feel like you are stealing, video tape comes on when it detects something out of the ordinary. It's a very odd system. Employees are all great, just this one issue of the self check out. Please fix your systems so it doesn't make me feel like a criminal when I am just trying to pay for my groceries.

Shelves are still constantly empty all over the store. They've taken to putting pallets of water in with the TP so it doesn't look se empty. Can't keep breakfast sandwiches in stock. Constantly changing store Managers.Plenty of hand sanitizer though!!

I’m a big fan of several Frys markets. I always enjoy looking at all the interesting items they sell . Their produce is usually pretty good. If not, I bring it back and I don’t get hassled. Especially when I carry in big watermelons. I am very particular about my watermelon and if it’s not right, I’ll take it back. Of course, It’s not really good for me to be schlepping around huge watermelons as I am an old crippled lady, but I set a high standard for watermelons. I won’t accept anything other than sweet flavor and crispy texture😀!!

I called the store and asked if they carry a tray of deviled eggs and the gentleman was nice on the phone he said he would transfer me to the deli department waited on the phone 20 minutes and he checked back and he transferred me again waited another 17 minutes and still no answer the store is 8 miles from me and it was just one simple question and it seems that the deli department does not want to answer the phone this is very bad business

They r worst for senior day....they have no baggers we bag most of the time...used to b my fave....I go back cause there a few peeps that work there an r sooo nice...fill like no one cares anymore... especially senior day...it's getting worst registered only 1 or 2... customer service not open until 11...doesn't help.. we need tim back sooo sad no one there anymore ..time to find a new store 😞 I only give it 1 star or it won't let me post...I have been going there for 20yrs now that they have those extra checkouts there you can't even have a real person check you out and it's so sad and then the lines go all the way down the aisles They need a new manager she's not very friendly either

Had a coupon thru PayPal Pal for,$15 cash back but no one knew anything about it so didn't get it. Digital coupons are still very time consuming. Otherwise, we love the store and people.

It was our first time here and we didn't get thru the whole store so we must come back. Store was Very Clean. Everyone was smiling and greeting or helping if you needed it or in our case we asked for help alot. Everyone was great. Thank you

I like Fry’s for shopping but this trip the produce section was so bare that I wish I had gone somewhere else. There were only a couple bags of red potatoes and just a few russet potatoes and no cilantro. Just two bunches of broccoli that looked terrible and just the whole section looked neglected. I will go back to Winco where they keep their produce section well stocked

Always so clean and staff are super friendly. Typically very few carts in parking lot - which seems silly. But means a lot to me. Keeps carts from hitting my car.

It has been a while since I was here at this Frys store. I went to cashier Ginny, she seemed a little frustrated. Maybe too many carts full of food coming to her for check out. She was obviously swearing under her breath. I hope she gets the help she needs.

I just spoke to the store. I have every item in my list except the Italian sausage. I called the store and they just stated sorry no one found it at their station. My cart was empty when I left. I searched my truck. Just an extremely unfortunate situation where there was absolutely no resolution

Great place to shop. I visited four businesses today, one after another for our family shopping. I ended our shopping at Fry's. I love Fry's Marketplace. Best Ever!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
