My neighborhood Fry's has always gone above and beyond for me. One day I was sick and one of the employees brought me my groceries because I was unable to walk home. I save so much on my groceries. They send me coupons that I actually use every week. I really love this Fry's.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The store itself doesn’t quite have the inventory of other stores, so you might not be able to get all your groceries here. Otherwise, it’s more than adequate. There’s plenty of parking and though the store is a little claustrophobic (perhaps it’s in need of renovations) it is clean.

We shopped at Fry's at Elliot and Alma School yesterday morning and arrived at the front with a full cart to discover that not a single checkstand was occupied by a cashier. We checked out with $163 worth of groceries and bagged them ourselves. The self-checkout attendant was helpful, but not having one checkstand open is just wrong. That was the last time at this store.

I have always loved my local Fry’s. Clean, never had an issue with customer service, perfect; until tonight. Lady at self checkout giving a nasty attitude because our self checkout kept ringing “Help is on the way”. It’s your job, don’t like it quit and work somewhere that makes you happy.

Not my favorite Fry's, but works in a pinch. The layout of this store is funky and confusing. Pharmacy is consistently busy and backed up. Staff is accommodating and will do their best to assist. The one entrance is a pain with parking but not the worst. Prices are comparable to other places in the immediate area.

After a complete fiasco trying to get an rx filled at Walgreens for 2 days, I called the Fry's pharmacy. Not only did they answer their phone immediately, but they worked quickly with the provider to get the rx filled within an hour. They were amazing both on the phone and in person.I'm transferring all my rxs over to this location. Not only was the customer service top tier, but their prices were also unmatched.I only feel bad that I didn't use them to begin with.

This Fry's has been in my area since the 1980's and I enjoy the experience here. They don't try to make this store brand new because it's not. But it's really nice to shop at. There's a Wells Fargo ATM and other self serve machines like an ECO ATM that buys cellular devices and such. Even though the store may appear like it is small, they are great at keeping the store stocked and clean.

Visited here for just a few forgotten items. I found what I needed. The restroom requires a code from staff members to use. I understand why this might be necessary, but it's hard to find help when you need it.Not much change.

This is my main grocery store, because it’s so close, and I have to say that they have a great team of employees here! Everyone is always so kind and helpful, very friendly! And it feels genuine too! Really makes a difference in my comfort to know that when I go here every other day, that everyone I see and talk to doesn’t ever make me feel uncomfortable.I’ve seen how some of the customers act towards the employees, absolutely disgusting, and are probably the ones writing the poor reviews here. They better watch out for me next time I see someone being rude to an employee, seriously!

I ordered a Meat/Cheese Platter, Rolls Platter, and a Cookie Platter for a work function. I picked up everything 15 minutes early and it was all ready and the meat and cheese were separated like I asked. What a wonderful job! Thank you so much!

This fry’s is pretty whack compared to many others I’ve visited in the Valley. Tried to spend $12 on a whole pork roll but the deli manager claimed because it was pork she couldn’t slice it for me while she has bologna, salami, etc behind the case. Then they said it was because it wasn’t boar’s head, when they have private selection next to it. Then the store manager came to assist and told me they wouldn’t slice it dude to cross contamination which makes no sense as this product is sealed just like deli meats and they don’t sanitize after each slicing anyway. They could’ve sliced the whole bag of pork roll in half the time it took to try to make excuses why they couldn’t!

Stores on Elliot and Alma School. You can see it from the road. It has a Wells Fargo ATM and the SRP refill kiosks. Looks like there fixing up the building on the outside and inside.

I Don't know what happen with this store. Before was amazing now the customer service is decline.I don't know how is posible LINDA is a manager of the bakery with the horrible aptitude, waiting for more then 15 minutes to someone help me to order a cake, I when twice to customer service for call someone also the manager was with a face like "what".Really disappointed 😞

I used to go to this store often because it is less than a mile from my place . On 9/12 I was going through self checkout in my gym clothes and the old boomer working the self checkout line had the nerve to ask me “are you a nice man or a mean man?” I looked at her kinda funny and she said “because you have a lot of tattoos are you mean or do you just look mean?”She smoothed it all over by saying “I was just joking”1. Jokes are supposed to be funny.2. If employees are too old and out of touch to be working with the public , maybe they shouldn’t be working at that capacity anymore.3. This interaction was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.4. It’s 2023 get with the times boomer .

Nice local Fry's. Clean and well stocked. Pharmacy has not been great for a while now. Digital coupons are always a hassle. They don't load properly and the posted price signs are not clear enough regarding the steps necessary to receive the price. Its definitely tricky for some shoppers.

Been going here along time, have always loved it. A nice kid in produce named Caleb is nice and helpful when I ask him any questions.My friend and I went in the other day and went to self checkout with a guy named Mark. We clicked a wrong button during checkout and needed his help, and he made it seem like we were interrupting his conversation with another employee and didn'treally speak to us. I could hear him saying he was dating a manager, so maybe he doesn't care to treat customers well since he gets special treatment with a manager. I'd pick sweet Anita's checkout lanes over him anyday. Will still go here, but avoid Mark at all costs

This is quite possibly the worst Fry's I've ever been too. Its cramped. It's dirty. Small selection. Everything is overpriced. Employees are lifeless. This has got to be a management issue. I'll find something better even if I have to drive further. Fry's has really gone downhill since the pandemic started but this one takes the cake. I'll never shop here again.

First time visit. Ordered Chicken Breast and Thigh and potato wedges. Absolutely terrible! Wedges were dry, over cooked and sitting under hot lamps for hours it appeared. The chicken wasn't as bad, but not great. Most of my meal went out my car window to the birds. Won't recommend. Although the weather was perfect outside.

I usually don’t write reviews but this location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experience at a grocery store, I feel genuinely bad for the cashiers ladies because both of them had awful condescending attitude… I had to come twice in the same day to shop here and both times I spoke to a different cashier, when I asked “how’s your day going?” They both said “I’ve been better” or “not good” they were so freaking slow and I could just see they were dreading to be there… God bless them with a better job because they looks absolutely miserable working here :/ I don’t even wanna shop at this store anymore

I know that there are worse Fry's locations than this one - but the Elliot/Alma School store is still at the bottom of the barrel, in my view. Why do I feel that way? The hectic parking lot, for starters. This store seems to have the most people who pull right up to the front to drop off people, worsening that situation. The one-door entry/exit causes traffic jams when you go in and out, and be sure to look in all directions, or else you'll be colliding with someone. An unpleasant smell welcomes you into this dim, dingy, depressing, and cramped supermarket. Fry's "remodeled" this location about five years ago, but the decor they chose somehow makes the store look even older than it already is. Start shopping, and you'll notice that this location does not do a good job of keeping items in stock. Chances are they'll be out of your favorite items. And the overall selection of items is limited compared to other Fry's locations - the small size of the store is probably to blame. And to top it off, the customer service isn't even all that great. Overall, this store is a disappointment - enough for me to leave a review. Surely management is a big part of the problem, but it also seems like Fry's puts this location on the back burner because it's smaller, older and less glamorous. The Fry's location at Country Club/Baseline is worth the couple of minutes of extra driving; that store is at least larger, brighter, cleaner and has better selections. I say no to this particular Fry's, and I am unlikely to return because it just isn't worth the hassles or the poor shopping experience.

I come here because Fry's has great prices and I love their rotisserie chickens! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Specifically when they helped me at the self checkout lane. An employee went over to one of the aisles to find a price for me because the particular item I had didn't ring up on sale as advertised. So, she fixed it for me. Excellent customer service, thank you!

The commercials for Fry's always shows how fresh the fruits are and that's a far cry from the truth. The last 2 times Ive bought kiwi fruits Ive gotten sick and the Bartlett Pears are a far cry from being anywhere near fresh. If you pick them up they are very soft and almost spoiled. We bought some chicken strips from the bakery and it didn't taste anything even close to chicken and I had to throw it away. I will not be shopping with Kroger/Fry's after 37 years I'm going to start shopping elsewhere.

Lori in customer service needs to be retrained. Extremely rude attitude and refuses to do a return even with receipt! Lori was extremely rude and kept rolling her eyes. I wouldn't come back here just because of her!!
