When I was shopping for my groceries I stopped at the deli.. the two Deli girls were so rude.. Barley addressing me and taking forever to take my order. I always order a kid's meal when I'm shopping.. they called a manager.. the manager told them to cook me a red chili burrito and how long it would take they said 5 to 10 minutes I went to the bathroom came back and they gave me some old kind of shriveled burrito that had been there for who knows how long.. I took it out and told them that was not nice of them they called another manager and he came and gave me a refund.. the whole process took about 45 minutes when a nice experience with take less than 5.. I love having a deli at Food City but if they can't have nice employees maybe they're going to lose lots of business there.. I told the manager to watch the video and see how long it took because it was ridiculous the attitude.. I think the employee number is 3368.. I should have just left the first couple minutes I was there.. but I come to Food City to have a wonderful experience and go to the deli and do my grocery shopping and there's no reason for an employee to be so mean and unfriendly to customers trying to shop.. I was the only customer in line at the time it was about 3:00 and they don't close until 5:00 they shouldn't have been out of any items and when I waited 10 minutes to have one prepared it should have been fresh.. absolutely appalling there's very many grocery stores and they should be doing the very best to keep the customers coming.. one employee said well I don't speak English that's okay I spoke Spanish to her both of them acted like I was a waste their time in an inconvenience. The manager was very nice and took time to listen to me I hope this situation is corrected.. because I love Food City and I hope to continue to shop there

The bakery here is 100/100 I absolutely LOVE the bakers... Lol because any bread you try is always excellent!! The rest of the store is good too, meats are good quality always stocked! But the baker is 100%

Good place to shop and great discounts. I give it 3 due to the lack of cashiers, and the self checkouts are very difficult to work. (I used to be a cashier myself) It took me quite some time to figure out how to use it. They are not regular self checkout stations.

Worst place ever . I had a big birthday party and I pre ordered food from the deli. $500 worth to feed my party. I placed the order a week and a half before I needed it and pre paid in full to have it done. Not only did they not have my order ready but they didn't even start it. They completely ruined my event. Whatever you do , do not shop here !!!! Service is terrible and the staff is rude.

This is store is rather big compared to most food cities. Able to get hatch chilies and its salsa fresh. Bought a bag of chips and their salsa. And the verdict was delicious for a small gathering.

Today I had to have the rudest girl in the store help us .and our food showed it too .I ordered chicken tacos and I think I hit her explode button omg !!! She said I can't read your mind ....I said ok ..she said we have several kinds of chicken in the hot area what do you want ...I said oh ok I'll just have three chkn tacos ...she exploded again which kinda chicken do you want I said wow I didn't know ordering chkn tacos was this hard .you look at those unattractive tacos she made me you guys come on I had to give them the dog I wouldn't eat something that she could have altered I didn't trust them .so food City good luck with her there .i believe she had wavey hair possible not fully Hispanic definitely not the politeness of a traditional Hispanic and surely not the hospitality of food City standards and i won't be back .thank you for allowing this post to better your business as im positive you don't want girls like that serving your customers or representing your name to that degree .thanks again for your time

Love getting Hispanic food and drinks from this store. Many employees are bilingual and ready to help customers get what they need. Great prices on tortas and fruit drinks. Bread is made fresh daily...so good!

Visiting here, from out of town. Came here on a recommendation, have to say, not impressed. Staff attitudes have a lot of weight on reasons. So we came in at 4:50 pm, deli counter, or hot food area, was closed, even though it's supposed to close at 5pm. Guy behind counter said: you should have gotten here earlier. Not very professional.So we went to the meat counter, which was out of a lot. Again, I asked if they had more stock in the back, guy didn't want to even check, he was like: no, sorry....My experience, as an out of town guest, was not a good one. I didn't feel welcome in this store at all, even though I spent a good amount of money, it didn't seem to matter.Can't say I'd recommend this place at all, not customer friendly

I went here to buy a shrimp burrito it was gross the shrimp had his intestines it wasn't clean it had no flavor for 11 dolars too expensive for that nasty burrito.

Well I got the nice head of lettuce I wanted some pork tamales and a cool hat for my cousin a case of 7 oz Bud Light beers,but no one could help me find the green chili sausages hatch that you had in the paper on sale or the green chili polos I was a bit disappointed I couldn't get those

I quite enjoy coming here to buy authentic mexican groceries at a great price. Even prices on some American goods are cheaper than other grocers. This is where the family buys Hatch Chili every year.

I use to go a few times a week a year ago since then just rude ladies flirty creepy produce guy rarely anyone at lotto customer service well today 6pm Tuesday im there for lotto 3 people are in the area behind counter with sign saying no lotto what a joke self checkout usually bites my finger spits out my money takes change asks for more after it has been paid in full . I really only go for the deli chips and would buy more yes I leave yelling mad because all the stores in area are so rude it gets old yeah I know move not that easy !

Very clean. Their chicken soup is excellent, so is the beef soup. The meat has been good quality and at reasonable prices. Great variety of fresh fruits and veggies. Also, great variety of dried herbs and teas. Worth a visit to check it out.

Most of these stores aren't too clean, especially Casa Grande, Az. And the cashiers are rude and usually only have 2 àvailable. Their self checkouts will mostly be card only and the scanners don't scan right away. You have to scan an item three or four times. They are a nuisance and take longer than a cashier to get you out of the store.
