Amazing!! The staff is super friendly and sweet. This was my first time getting my dog groomed professionally and it was a really good experience. She smelled really good and was trimmed perfectly which I was nervous about because she is a Pomsky. I will definitely come back again! :) they even added this really cute fall bandana on her. She was super happy when I came and got her and when I brought her in as well. Thank you guys for making this experience really amazing for me and my fur baby. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their dog groomed.

Fancy Fur’n Purr always does an amazing job with my pups. They remember them each time and always verify if we want the same cut. My dogs love going there! I just wish I could better pictures to show how great they look.

I love this groomers! We've had some really bad experiences in the past that left my dog rather traumatized when it came to going to groomers. This place has been amazing in accommodating my dog and her needs. She's even beginning to build some trust with them and is not nearly as terrified of going in. Natasha is who we usually see and she always takes absolutely wonderful care of my dog. She deserves a raise! Highly recommend!

I took my Pug in this morning and noticed that on their schedule it said by appointment only. I have been taking my Pug and my rescue here ever since I first brought them both home. I generally go to them on an emergency situation and do not have an appointment. They have always been more than accommodating and that is what I love about them. Today I could’ve been turned away and rightly so, but instead the woman took about two minutes to address my concern and help my Pug. This place is so kind and amazing that five stars is not enough. I absolutely love the generosity always shown to me. Thank you! Thank you! No one will ever be disappointed with the lovely people who work here.

I wish I could give Fancy Fur n Purr more than 5 stars for my experience. I took my 3 large dogs in, each with their own little issues, and never felt more at ease living them with someone. Every groomer there welcomed my pups and in such a reassuring and comforting way. So reasonably priced for the care that they put in. Thank you everyone, especially Kim and Kelli!

Took my Cooper (toy poodle) here after being referred by my wonderful veterinarian, and Brittany did the best job ever! Cooper doesn’t like being groomed, and she did an amazing job! I can tell Cooper is feeling like a brand new dog, he sure looks like one! 1000 times better than Petco. Thank you so much!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I brought my 12 week old puppy here for his first nail trimming. He was very scared but the staff were experts and got the job done precisely and quickly. Buddy didn't have much time to object before all his nails were done.

My mix poodle is 13 years old and very calm. I have NEVER had someone say he wouldn't let them cut his body or his legs . she charged us $65 just for a wash and very bad face cleaning. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Fancy Fur n’ Purr always treats my babies with the upmost love and care! I have a Maltipoo, Golden Retriever and Olde English bulldog that we’ve taken there for years, and every time I pick them up, it’s like they don’t want to leave! The staff is super friendly, always communicative and very patient with me when I get the dog’s appointments mixed up. I couldn’t ask for better customer service!

Always do a great job with my dogs - no nicks, no razor burn. They offer special soaks if the dog is having issues with dry skin. They point out possible medical issues they spot, in case you haven't noticed them. (Most owners don't go over their baby with a fine toothed comb, Fancy Fur'n Purr does!)

Very shocked by the poor level of customer service I received here. Took my dog for a groom, and the groomer immediately had a poor attitude, and was being very negative throughout the entire intake process. It seemed like she was intentionally being argumentative about my dog’s “tangles”, which were VERY minimal and have easily been addressed by other groomers. Passive aggressively accused us of not brushing our dog, which is not true and quite frankly... inappropriate. I was so put off by the entire encounter that I decided to turn down the service and leave. This is extremely disappointing, as I love to support small businesses.

I scheduled an appt for my long haired cat. While scheduling, I was told there would be a $25 deposit - no problem. Somewhere along the way, there was a miscommunication. I called the salon the very next day to cancel the appt and requested my deposit back. The girl I spoke to was very rude when I stated I was not told the deposit was nonrefundable. She stated, "I know it was told to you b/c that's part of our spiel." She claimed she would have her manager (owner?) call me the next day to discuss the situation. It's almost been a week and nobody's returned my call.Had the nonrefundable deposit policy been clearly explained to me and/or had I not misunderstood, I would not have made the appt.According to a Yelp review of someone else who was scammed, the owner replied stating that the salon has been experiencing an "alarming rates of no-shows and last minute cancelations" as the reason for the nonrefundable deposit policy, which is totally understandable. However, my attempt to cancel was not at all last minute as my appt wasn't for another week nor was it a no-show.It's not the amount, but the principle of the fact that this business refuses to refund money for an appointment cancelled on a timely basis and is rude to new customers when a deposit refund is requested.For this reason, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Our anxious and scared Chow/Border Collie Martha had the 'early' appt this morning..owner Brittany was able to wash, clip and blow out our girl in less then an hour!! We picked Martha up and she was way calmer then when we left her and beautified 😊6 STARS for Fancy Furr and Purr..we plan on a groom every 6-8 weeks!

Our dog had been traumatized at Pets Smart, so my daughter suggested her groomer, FANCY Fur n Purr. Our dog is not an easy dog to deal with, but these gals do a great job and really try their best to do a good job on a difficult client. Can't say enough good things...

I wish I could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars. I took my dog Lulu in for a haircut and a bath and she left the salon limping. She has been limping ever since her appointment her and acting traumatized by hiding in my closet. I called the salon and they claim nothing happened. They were very unapologetic and did not offer to refund my money or pay for future vet costs. I know they abused her, she is the sweetest dog ever (10lb brussles griffon) and has never acted like this after grooming. Will never use again

Will not return! The staff is very friendly and the price was pretty average ($55 for my miniature poodle) but when I got home I noticed razor burn, a clipper scratch and a blood blister.
