They desperately need a new manager, what is this joke of a ring bell waiting for 10 minutes for me to pay for my stuff and the lady was walking around the store having me wait on purpose , this people need be replaced. Like someone can steal and the lady wouldn’t even care I bet they loose hundreds on merchandise because they just don’t care.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service from Juanita. She stood up in front of the store on the phone for about 10-15 minutes.When leaving we smiled and said have a nice day and neither employee spoke back.When we repeated it Juanita frowned and my wife and the other young girl behind the counter laughed.My wife said she remembers her from a past visit her customer service was horrible then too.

I was there at this store today and bought my son a toy. He opened and we wanted an exchange and April the manager she treated my son and I with no respect. And had no empathy to see a 3 year old crying. Please close down this family dollar it’s the worst. I have never been in a store we’re they would tell me I can’t do an exchange. I hope the owner hired people that don’t look they came out of jail or are in rehab. The Getto for sure!!!!!!

I only go here a couple times a month because its walking distance . This store has been ripping people off for over 3 yrs I've been going . Prices are not in the computer $1-$2 more then marked . No its not in wrong place ! Things are expired . Please pay attention at register !:( Cashiers seem ok but they are thiefts the owner and managers not putting real prices up and not taking 2 month food items expired off shelf's . Also shelf stalkers are on their phones cussinging and talking loud on phone while working . A lot of red flags . Very dissapointimg . Id love to turn this store around and work here but not under these conditions :(

Store opens at 9am right? Why is someone(management ?) pulling in at 2 mins before, parking in handicap and doesn’t have a parking sticker and then, hasn’t opened the store yet.. it’s 9:10am now. People are waiting outside. Then she says system is down, but has no accountability for being late and uses “system” down as excuse to tell people why she hasn’t opened up. This person is rude. No wonder there’s poor reviews.

I only go here because its walking distance . Sad depressing place only reason stays open its because a third of store is. Less then $2 rest up to $15 most items priced over $1 then price marked register has no correct shelf prices . No training or lazy to put in register !

I would rate this store a ZERO or below!Never shop at this Family Dollar. No customer service at all. You have to ask for a bag for yourpurchased items Not sure how the managerJuanita hasn't been fired! The dates on the foodare expired & if you realize it, Juanita will not make it right, etc. They lie to the customers.Shop at your own RISK!

I wish there was 0 stars to give. The “manager” Juanita was SO rude to my mom... when I confronted her she said she’d wondered where I got my nasty mouth from. The lady is so miserable. I slid the items I was gonna buy off the counter and and didn’t make a purchase after she started bad mouthing my mom who was already out of the store. As I walked out she called me a “Fat Bi**h”.... this is management... something needs to be done. I’ve read through reviews of this particular store and I’ve seen NO good ones about the cashier/manager who follows you around as if you’re stealing. I can not believe the service we received. Nor can I believe the woman providing this so called service is a MANAGER. Someone needs to take care of this.

0 stars if I could. The "manager" kept following me around the store from the moment I walked through the door and starring at me. It was really uncomfortable. I walked in with a wallet and my phone. Idk why she would do that but she should not be a manager if she's going to so unprofessional and make customers uncomfortable. What's wrong with You? I will never shop there again. I've been all across this country buying from family dollar and that was the worst experience I have ever had. This location is in desperate need of a new manager.

Friendly fast service. Electronics is no warranty or exchanges buy at your own risk. Not sure why that is. But I don't buy stuff like that there.

Should be named Dumpy Dollar! What a friggin mess this place is. Some of the aisles were so bad you couldn't even see what was on the shelves. If the place was cleaned and stuff put where it belonged it would be worth it. Not going back to this one.

Terrible place. I had just walked in from being in the heat. Set my purse in the cart and the so called manager “Juanita “said I needed to have my purse behind the counter because I looked familiar. This was my first time being in the for one and I felt applauded that she even accused me of being someone I’m not.who in their mind accuses people without even confirming who they are I even gave the manager my name that way she finds out she was wrong karma hits her.

If I could give zero stars id do it. My encounter was awful. First off the elderly cashier woman with Coke bottle glasses that appeared and smelled to be an alcoholic was incredibly rude. Didn't greet me upon entrance as she did the other customers. She followed me around the store (most likely insinuating that I'm a thief) and when I asked her if she was having a good day, she replied with a smart alek and rude remark. She threw my receipt and items on the counter in a clearly torn bag. She even let the customer ahead of me walk out the store with an security ink tag on their item and said not to worry about it? She didn't even try to get help with removing it. I'm completely disgusted by her and customer service and will never return. The general manager of the store needs to realize that Cashiers like this with poor bodily smells and customer service will cause them to lose revenue and potentially go out of business.

Showed up around 1pm to shop, door was locked, nobody inside??? Not even a note at the door as to what is going on. Today is Wednesday 1/12 /22. This is totally ridiculous, drove several miles for no reason. I heard some stores are short of staff due to corvid, No problem, just put a note on the door if that is the case. Bad way to treat customers!

I am very upset with my local Family Dollar.. I carry coupons in a small bag with me everywhere I go. I have never had an issue but today I went into your store in Chandler, AZ.. And walked straight to the back like I always do to see what sales were going on. I then walked over to beauty supplies to get the items I came after. While i was looking I had one of your employees come up and ask for my bag that I carry my coupons in. I showed her that the only thing in the bag was the binder and envelopes that I have my coupons in but she said that she had to take it. She insisted that I take my coupons out of the bag so that she could take the bag to put behind the counter. This made me feel as though I was being treated as a thief. I have never stolen any thing in my life and have shopped in this same store for a long time. I will not return to this store. This was uncalled for. You have lost a customer. I will take my business to stores that do not treat their customers this way.

Went for the first time this year. Got some good deals and excited until I got to the register. The cashier was so rude when I asked her a question about something in the ad. Left the store vowing not to ever return! Not good customer service!!

Just left out of here. Usually I don't shop family dollars but dollar general didn't have what I was looking for. Female in the snack section on her phone having a conversation with someone about a relationship by speaker I can hear the entire conversation......after the second f-bomb the person on the phone talking I got off the aisle went to the next, slim guy listening to music by headphones, neither one of them ask if I needed help or said anything. I went to the front of the store with a small item, I stood there for a probably 1 to 2 minutes, looking around for someone, no one was around. I finally went back to the aisle and asked if anyone was the cashier. She says I asked if you needed help, girl please. If you ask if I needed help once the sky was still blue outside at the time.

We just moved here and me and my boyfriend stopped thier to shop. She fallowed me around running from isle to isle i guess to catch me shopplifting or something. Then asked to see in my bag wich is illegal but let the b$!c!. Then called to complain she pretend ed to be someone else and laughed when i told the story. Family dollar you lost a good wealthy customer !

Went in with my grandson. I asked the manager where the bathroom was my grandson had to go. She said NO we do not let customers use the bathroom. I said since when I use to manage a family dollar and we always had bathrooms for customers. She then yelled I said NO. She is so rude has no business being a manager or even working there.

Worst Customer service and Discrimination,I live close to this family dollar so I go there a lot. The manger here is very rude should not be representing the store. She makes you feel very uncomfortable like your stealing. Always behind you..I will be filing a complaint

Am very upset with this family dollar. Cashier just ask me for my diaper bag to put it behind counter. Who does this??????????? This made me feel i was being treated as a thief. I will not return to this store and i will tell everybody what you guys are doing this is so unprofessional. You have lost a costumer.

I thought this place was someone to feel like family and not miserable. The manager "Juanita" is ass like the one she wished she had. I highly recommend going here if you wish to get treated like nothing.

I wish that there was a rating of 0 because this women with blond and pink hair was following my younger sisters for not reason ...just because she thought that they were going to shoplift things from her store ...and I think it was the manager Juanita i guess ...she was rude,racist, and when we got mad we left all the things back where they belong and then when we left she laughed when we left... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS FAMILY DOLLAR IN CHANDLER .... because they don't know how to treat people correctly😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡

Maybe try another location if you want to shop family dollar stores, this place was so cluttered and stunk!! Worker carts parked in the hardly existing walk ways, with workers no where to be seen. I couldn’t even stand being in here longer than 5 minutes.

#racialprofiling.I'm not sure what it is about me that they require me to leave my book bag at the front of the store when I come in why do you think I trust you with my bag if you don't trust me in the store you can watch me in the store but I can't watch you around my bag..# why do we have all these cameras in the store if you're going to stereotype me and require that I leave my bag just because I came in the store with a bag or is it because I'm black.
