Excellent quality service, first time here, she went the extra mile. Friendly, helpful with all my questions as a new pet owner, quick appointment. Will for sure go back.Second visit did not go well, kept dog in kennel couple hours past appointment time, causing my dog too much anxiety and she couldn’t complete the grooming at all . It was a different person doing the grooming. Haven’t been back.

While trimming my dogs nail with a dremel, I'm sure it was accidental, slipped and went across my dogs paw grinding it open. Then calls me in and says, did you notice your dog has a cut on her paw ? My dog was perfectly fine b4 she came in.No responsibility here. My dog was crying something fierce !!!!Never will EVER go to this place again.

I’m really disappointed in this place. I hardly ever leave reviews but my dog came back looking so butchered. You could see the lines where they used the razor to trim his hair. He’s a pretty calm dog and every other groomer he has gone to has loved him and said how easy he was, so I can’t imagine that him squirming was cause for the terrible cut job he received. For $120 I will not be going back. Giving three stars because they did get me in the day of and were decently nice.

We've been taking our papillion mix dog Daisy here for many years. Our Daisy is very protective, timid, and scared of strangers so it took time for her to build trust with the groomers here. Each groomer found a way to make Daisy comfortable and safe during her visits and now she loves her time at Dogs Day Out! We couldn't imagine taking our dog anywhere else.

This is our first visit. Our Welsh Terrier is always a handful. No problem for Diane. She scooped him up and groomed him to a full treatment. When he was done he was absolutely stunning! Shampoo, nails, glands and full show cut. He never looked better. Great job Dogs Day Out!

Great deal on nail trim. We were in and out very fast. I really like that the mail trimming and grooming area have open glass windows to see into so you can see how they are handling your dog. Great service! Thanks!

I’ve been taking my dog here for about 2 years now and have always had such a good experience. Angie is the groomer who usually takes care of my husky Koda, she’s always been so thorough with him, leaves him looking like a brand new dog every time! Would highly recommend this groomer to anyone looking for a groomer!

We just got our dog, Argos, groomed here for the first time today! He is sometimes scared of the groomers, but today he felt right at home. The outside of this business is simple but inside smells good and the owners are friendly and did an excellent job on him. All of the dogs inside looked very happy to be at the doggy spa. Argos came home fluffy and smelling like roses. We don’t live in the area but if we are ever back, we would definitely take Argos here again. Thank you!

Excellent service. Have always taken care of my dogs. Tried taking mom's dog somewhere else for the same price and the gal never gave her dog a haircut. Mom lives in South Chandler so will definitely come back to take care of her dogs needs here.

I’m not sure what someone was requiring for their Aussie but mine looked great! Just what I asked for. I do agree that my dog still smelled, well, doggy! I’ll have to ask next time if they can spray her with something. The price was excellent, just a little long wait time for an appt., but that’s everywhere these days,

We've been taking our dog here for years. We absolutely love it and so does she. They are so caring and kind, which makes it a great place for the dogs - and they do a wonderful job grooming! I can't say enough good things about Dogs Day Out!

These guys work miracles! My dog is a butt and doesn’t let me brush him so he always goes in for grooming with more hair than anyone would want. When I pick him up, he looks like an entirely new dog, smells and looks great. I honestly don’t know how they do it! I’m always in awe. 👍🏼👍🏼

Gone to Nicky for 5 years with my Chow chow for his “Lion cut”and Nicky always did a reallywonderful groom on my dog. She is very sweetand great with my dog she has 11 plus years of experience. Nicky is extremely knowledgeable as well. I first moved to Chandler 5 years ago. I saw a hot spot on my dog. He had just been overnight at a big pet store hotel and groomed on the big moving day. I saw a bug on my dog when we got in our new home. I thought it was a flee. I took a picture and it was a tick! I put the tick in a ziplock freezer bag and I looked online for a groomer the tick escaped from the sealed bag! I took my doggie into Dogs Day Out it. They referred me to a local vet. He was treated they all went to her with their dogs. Diane{the owner} and Nicky came right over to help me when I walked in there grooming salon. I love the care they gave my dog. I live 45 minutes away and Nicky groomed my dog today. He looks so handsome! I think it’s a great staff & salon and not a ripoff. Nicky always answered my questions and referred me to a groomer near my new home she worked with Nicky and will be closer for me.Dane’ G.

I have been several times for grooming as well as just nails. I have 4 Chihuahua's and when I try to do their nails they holler like I'm trying to kill them. I have one who runs and hides when she sees human nail clippers.The ladies at this establishment take excellent care of my babies, and they are so quick and safe with the nail clippings the dogs don't even have a chance to whine and it's over. No distress for them or their mama, and everyone there has always been super nice!

AVOID this place if you don't want your dog gets hurt. We had really bad experiences and we have been giving chances to this place. They did good the first time until they messed up by cutting off my babe's right front duo claw. My husband and I spent about 2 weeks to take care of it for the wound to heal. The claw was completely cut off so it doesn't grow out anymore. Yesterday we brought our dog to their place again, we notified the staff about the duo claw incidents and they said they will be careful. When we got our dog back they didn't address anything to us. On our way back we found there was a wound under her left ear. It was obviously a straight cut. We went back and they denied it saying my dog might of scratching it herself. They claimed it as the allergy seasons and lots of dogs stratches under their ears. Firstly It was obviously a clean cut by the razors. Secondly my dog is a toy poodle and her ears was full of hair that it's almost impossible to scratch an open wound to that extend. Thirdly my dog just scratched and buzzed open the wound today and the blood flows out and we saw her ears was dripping blood. There is no way if my dog did that previously and we won't be able to notice. The owner and the staff seems nice but to us these kind of accidents are absolutely unacceptable. We are done with this place.

I love my dog more than anything but he’s definitely my problem child. Getting him groomed is always a fiasco and so stressful for me, but these ladies were affirming, comforting, and kind and made me and Tyson as comfortable as possible and did a great job. Thank you!

Not great or good or even average. Wait the extra 3-4 weeks and book with another groomer. Guess I should have realized why their booking time is so short.
