Good luck speaking with anyone in the pharmacy, they don't answer the phone and the automated system is a pro at the run around game. Consistently difficult to contact the pharmacy! Best bet go in and sit in front of pharmacy or use another.

Mainly issues than none when it comes to dealing with this pharmacy. Real slow, never have the medication I need in stock so I get partial then have to wait to fill it by use do consumption date (basically gave me 20 day supply when I had 30. Have to wait the whole 20 before I can pick up the last 10. I should of just waited to have it all filled). Staff are nice enough, at least for me. They always seems to have some sort of issue though like gate busted so have to use other window, short staff so closing early.I may just switch to Safeway pharmacy

Every single thing in this store is locked down and requires an associate to come unlock it for you. If stores are going to do this, then you guys need to at least hire enough people to where I don’t have to try hunting someone down for five minutes just to give you my money. Or maybe stop putting your corporate dollars behind liberal leaders that encourage retail theft with lenient policies.

After waiting 1.5 hrs in the drive up COVID testing lane, yes I was on time for my appointment, they told me that the tech went on break and it would be another 30 mins. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! With an average of 6 other cars waiting for their appointment, make other plans for employee breaks or reschedule appointments. I should have read the reviews first. There are other options, go to them before coming here.

I have had the most absolutely awful experience here! Not once, not even twice, not even five times, but over SIX times in just one week!!!! They are always understaffed and hold up the line for prescription pick up for COVID testing. The staff that is there is rude every single time and I'm tired of our prescriptions getting messed up!

I made three appointments for flu shots on 9/12/2020 at 2:00, 2:15 & 2:30. When we arrived at 1:55pm there were no employees available in the pharmacy. At 2:00 the tech came out to ask what we needed. When I told her we made appointments on line she replied that they don’t make appointments and that there were ten people coming for flu shots this afternoon. I explained that we did make online appointments and she checked on her computer and found the first one I had made. The Pharmacist came out at about this point and went to work. After much discussion with the tech I told her to forget the appointments; we would go somewhere else. I asked when the ten people were coming. She said she didn’t know. I told her that we’d just pick up a prescription that was ready and leave. It was to difficult to work with her. At that point the Pharmacist jumped in to explain they were “too busy”. He did say he was sorry. Don’t bother yourself trying to get immunizations at 1015 E Ray Rd in Chandler, Az. Evidently they don’t want to deal with immunizations or customer service. Not to mention, the tech doesn’t know what she’s talking about.

Came here for a flu shot and waited for 45 minutes, even though we had made appointments. If this is any indication of how they operate and their service, I would go somewhere else.

Used to be good now they take FOREVER to fill a prescription. Do yourself a favor and transfer to Fry's on Warner.
