Hands down, one of the busiest Pharmacys. I've never had a problem getting my prescriptions filled,I don't get rude Pharmacists or Pharmaceutical Techs. They have to be dealing with hundreds of prescriptions everyday. I feel they match energy with whatever energy you bring!! If you're nice and patient, trust me you'll get the same. They're filling your prescriptions!! Why on earth would you want to get rude with them? Be kind! They're doing their best!

Im 4 months pregnant and I swear I was just followed through the store to make sure my fiance and I weren’t stealing. We were in the hair care isle looking for a good product since pregnancy has made my hair crazy frizzy. Staff is usually nice though just a weird experience

Wonderful experience with pharmacy and prescription delivery. Alia from the pharmacy was professional and considerate. She let me know my prescriptions could be delivered today. I was beyond grateful! The delivery was prompt and courteous.CVS, thank you for having such a great employee like Alia!

I always come into this location and only ever have an unpleasant experience with one employee Sherry. While purchasing age restricted items, the employee themselves needs to enter the customers date of birth as well check on what the item is to see if they need assistance with security caps. Treated very poorly and made to feel like a complete burden. I will not return as long as this employee is still working here. Multiple unfriendly visits. Never have an issue at other locations. Terrible.

Never had a problem in the past but like similar recent reviewers I came to pick up a lifesaving medication that was filled at this location to be met with a sign on the front door that the in-store pharmacy was closed and to use the drive though. Pulled around and drive through had a sign saying it closed early. If this is going to be the case this location should either borrow staff from others or make it clear on the website that you may not be able to access your prescriptions. I understand staffing issues but this is dangerous, and unacceptable .

Went in to get something to drink and I noticed the orange juice was expired.. several brands not just one. Problem is when I brought it to the 2 males attention at the counter instead of saying “sorry” or “I’ll get them off the shelf” they sarcastically stated “gross” and “that’s disgusting can’t believe it” not the customer service anyone wants.

The absolute worst service, hours are never as stated, always out of medications, in the off chance someone is in the drive through odds are the wait will be substantially longer than if you go in. No recourse with ongoing issues with the district leaders. All around disappointing.

Highly disappointed in the pharmacy staff when I go to pick up a medication and the tech behind the counter says "finger's crossed" when it comes to getting my rx actually filled. Mind you they've had the prescription for over 24 hours and did nothing with it.Completely unprofessional.

Nothing against the staff themselves, but CVS appears to have an extreme staffing issue at both locations near me which have caused me to have to miss doses of medication on multiple occasions. I cannot recommend CVS to anybody who needs consistent care or medication.

Was waiting in the drive thru line at 3:15 for my prescription that was already filled and after they helped the car in front of me, they pulled down their curtain with a sign saying they're closed for the day. Now I can't have my medication tonight without going through the effort of calling a different CVS, having them get the prescription, and go there to get it. What an absolute joke. Been coming here for years, and this is unacceptable

Normally have a decent experience here. But everytime the older lady with short white hair is working she will hover over you! Constantly asking you if you need something, need help finding something, need help with the check out machine, and makes it very apparent that she’s watching you as if she’s going to catch you stealing, even one time when it was closer to closing I went in to buy some makeup and she stood in front of the door with her arms crossed still loudly across the store asking me if I need help with anything. today me and my boyfriend were checking out at self check out and used the wrong PIN number so the machine said out loud our payment didn’t process so the older lady ran over and hovered over our shoulders while we were trying to pay again. She even verbally said “go ahead and put in your PIN number again” while staring directly at the pin pad hovering over my shoulder even after me and my boyfriend stopped and looked back at her to sort of tell her we got it. We then proceeded to tell her we got it now and she walked to the other side of my boyfriend and kept staring at us as if we were going to steal something. I just want to peacefully be able to shop without someone’s eyes following my every move. She’s seen us there a million times and we’ve never stolen anything or acted suspicious so I’m not too sure why she feels the need to watch us.

The worst pharmacy ever! Unfortunately, we are stuck with CVS because of our insurance but if it were my choice I'd go anywhere else before dealing with CVS!Amongst other problems, their system canceled 2 of our 4 Covid test appointments, just got a text that it was cancelled, no option to reschedule. You call them and they say there is nothing they can do even though all the info is still in the system!!!! It's up to the facility if they're gonna do a 30 second swab in the alloted 20 min appointment time. No, they can't call the facility to confirm. No, they can't make another appointment. No, they don't have access to scheduling accept for what YOU see online. It is literally the stupidest conversation I had in my entire life!!!

Great customer service by everyone at this pharmacy every time! They are so friendly and helpful. I like all of the staff in the pharmacy, but Alia (not sure I spelled her name correctly), comes to mind as someone who is particularly friendly yet always professional. Though they are all outstanding there. There is another CVS and two Wagreens that are closer to where I live, but having tried them, I always go back to this pharmacy due to the constant courtesy, and friendliness I receive here. I like the rest of the staff in the store too, though I usually only come to the pharmacy.

These people flat out refuse to process my prescriptions. This is the second time a prescription was sent to them and it just stays stuck "in process." I call and they say it will be ready at a certain time, but it still stays "in process." Last time, it stayed in process for a week and I just gave up and never got my medication. If you want to walk in, wait in line, and refuse to leave until they take 30 mins to fill it while you stand there, this is your place. Otherwise, stay away!

The pharmacy staff at this CVS are THE BEST! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and they go out of their way to find you the best prices for your prescriptions, many times for a much lower price than your insurance co-pay, which I think is fantastic and contributes to their already outstanding customer service!

This is such a great pharmacy. I been coming in once a month for a few months now and most of the staff knows my name and address me by it when i walk up. It may seem like a little thing but it is huge to me. Today the pharmacist helped me out when I had a problem in the drive through with my vehicle. He did not have to help me but he ran out and helped me push my Jeep out of the way anyway. I was able to fix it right away but it showed how he cared for his customers. I will not go anywhere else.

The pharmacy staff is really good however there this lady with short brown hair glasses who works at front who i noticed constantly checks peoples money when its 20 dollars. Very unprofessional. 20dollars must be alot to her. I feel she is also very rude unfriendly. The rest of the staff is really good its unfortunate they have her working there makes company look bad

Was in there tonight and was rushed to leave. I was so surprised by the way the employee rudely asked my sisters and I if we were buying anything (we had our items in hand) and proceeded to say “well are you gonna check out?” I didn’t know we were on her time! We were there two hours before closing so she had no reason to rush us out like that. My sister even put her items back because she didn’t want to bother her. So disappointing that CVS hires people like that.

Love the pharmacy. I was so happy to be able to come back to this CVS Pharmacy after my awful experience with Walgreens Pharmacy on Warner and Cooper. They were terrible. The staff at this pharmacy are always friendly, patient and very helpful.

There was a system issue that led to the computer not crediting my coupon, the manager refused to override. Wouldn't honor my $2 coupon That was printed on my receipt from Yesterday! Wasteful use of two feet of receipt paper for literally useless coupons.
