I was there on Saturday morning and there was only two employees besides the people in the pharmacy and I only remember one of the person’s name. Her name was Gabby or something similar to that she was a horrible disrespectful and rude. I was just asking how to use the photo thing and she started being disrespectful saying just send it to us. You don’t have to use that and then she told the other employee not to take what I’m saying that they don’t have to take anything and I was telling her you know like I’m just asking you how do I use the printer for the pictures? I didn’t end up sending them. I just decided I’m just gonna go around and shop. I got some stuff and then she’s complaining saying that the store manager is fat she doesn’t do anything she’s lazy and she was saying it loud enough for the whole store to hear she was saying how she’s the only one who does stuff that some other girl only comes in every couple of days and works that she’s the only manager who ever does her job. I’m not trying to shame this girl or anything, but I will be calling corporate to complain because I know I just needed help and she was just disrespectful to me. I’m pretty sure she disrespectful to other customers as well. She just was disrespecting the company as well.

never go to this pharmacy, this is my second experience they never give your medication on time. I had medication send to this place at 3pm today and reached their at 5pm and it is not ready yet and as per the staff it is not going to be ready today as they are super backed up (it is not flu or covid season, I work in medical field and I know how busy all these places are). I had my provider redirect to safeway and it was ready in 30 minutes. Staff approches with attitude and they dont want you to go back in your life. CVS management if you cannot keep good staff please suttdown this place so people wont go this location even by mistake. It is not fun not getting your meds on time when you are super sick. Horrible place

The pharmacist with the pink/blonde hair should rethink her profession. She is rude and unfriendly. I understand being understaffed. Does that mean you are required to be thoroughly unpleasant? Is her smile is broken? I figured I'd try to kill her with kindness and smiles, but her scowl remained firmly in place. This isn't the first review commenting on her rudeness, so it isn't a case of having a bad day. Apparently every day is a bad day for her. I won't be back.

Don't order posters to be printed at this location. Cashier told me the poster printing machine wasn't set up and that they are also NOT trained to use it.

Drive thru pharmacy is basically never open anymore. First it was a cut in hours, then the drive thru was always closed on weekends when most people run errands and pick up prescriptions. Now the drive thru is closed on weekdays due to being understaffed. Must be a terrible pharmacy to work in or they are not paying enough because this has not been a temporary problem and keeps getting worse. Icing on the cake is the passive aggressive sign inside at the pharmacy asking people to be nice and patient since they are understaffed. Well patience has ran out. I'm tired of trying to pick up my prescriptions to only find the drive thru closed again unexpectedly and now even the inside pharmacy hours are being cut. I am in the process of switching all my prescriptions to another location where they have a functioning drive thru for even basic hours. If this store isnt closing CVS corporate should seriously intervene here.

Pharmacy working wS so rude Nd lazy. I wS told by my Pharmacy was to transfer the prescription transfer was a phone call. The lady had attitude and told me, we haven't had to fill our normal customers let alone stop to call and it will take 48 hours at least to get a transfer then they needed time to fill it. What? We are not waiting fora wagon train. This is easy just asking your doyour job. Needs a attitude adjustment. Walked out with out what I needed. Don't use this pharmay

Attn: Store Manager Lisa!I want highly recommend the outstanding customer services offered to me by Nancy. She was knowledgeable, Empathetic, courteous and demonstrated quality of service to resolve my issue. She is great asset.I say this as I work in the cooperate world in the domestic and international logistics industry. I would personally would like to see this is taken in to your consideration with the staff you have. Here is why ;10/05in the evening me and my family came to take pictures for biometric requirements and the gentleman who helped also was very professional and efficient. I took digital download pics in USB and when I got home the next day while I was using this picture it was rejecting on application prices due to various issues which final I was advise I need to take professional pics that require biometric standard facility. Since I had paid $73 on these pictures I came to your store on 10/07 and spoke to lady named TERESA. As I explained to her the situation she did not understand my concern but kept refusing to assist me stating that the I did not purchase those pics from your store and they don’t issue pics in USB. It was very frustrating and she told me I need to come the next morning and talk to the manager Lisa. Then NANCY walked in to the cashier who was observing this conversation asked me if I had the invoice with the barcode which at the time I didn’t. Teresa kept provoking me and then I asked her politely are you new here ? She mentioned yes and I even don’t know the store phone number. Then I asked her can I speak to someone who is experience that can understand my issue. She demanded that she is the manager. The. Since I was told that Lisa is the manager how did she change that statement. Then I told her if you are the manager I would like refund beam cause this is not working or defective. Then she stated that she is the supervisor and kept lying while the associate NANCY could not do anything. I work in the managerial position myself I would not put a Custer in distress like this. I finally walked away when Nancy told if you have a barcode receipt she could issue a refund. Then Teresa stayed I m new I have not handle a situation like this but I like handling things this I told her well you handled the situation very poorly. She accused me that I was coming I told that she is the one who lied and didn’t want to assist. Finally I walked to my card and I found the receipt in the floor and brought in where I spoke to NANCY and she was able to track my order and issue a refund. With this as a store manager I think you will have more positive reviews/ customers satisfaction if you encourage and have people like NANCY as store supervisor or a person with authority to make decision as I mentioned above. Thank you and im greatly appreciate the help again for NANCY’s level of problem solving skills.Why this mattered the most I had toddler in the car and was in a urgency going home it took 45 mins to resolve with unpleasant conversations with person (Teresa)who had no care towards what my situation. Again I’m thankful for NANCY who stepped in to help. Will I return to your store Maybe.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies in town. They take hours to fill basic scripts and then cut hours without notification so you can’t even get them filled when they’re done. We called another cvs to move a prescription and her answer was “yes, give us 15 mins”. This one store is the reason I moved me and my kids away from cvs

Customer service is horrible. Pharmacy manager is rude and does not know how to multitask. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes and there were 3 people behind me. She served drive through customer and completely ignored us. Then I left and came to the cashier to ask for help. I was waiting there for 5 minutes and nobody came. Then I went outside and 2 workers were smoking. I asked them if anyone is working on the register and I left. CVS, there is a lot of competition and I am surprised that you do not work on customer service. Pharmacy screwed up 2 of my orders after my surgery couple months ago and did not do anything. I have not received even a simple apology. This was my last time going to this store.

Was told I couldn't fill my medication today because they are too busy. Can't fill it for 2 days since they will be closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving. This lady is obviously too careless to realize what this medication is for and I am fortunate that I am not going to end up in treatment because of her laziness. I've had someone do the entire process start to finish in under ten minutes so this is pure laziness

I just called to try to find a prescription and the pharmacy Tech Loretta was incredibly rude and short with me. She tried to tell me that she wasn't able to do something that the previous representative in CVS was able to do. So it wasn't that she wasn't able to do it it's that she didn't want to. Employees like this need an awakening

I have always been treated respectfully at this CVS. From the front end people to the pharmacy. Loretta, Christina & Ryan are wonderful people. They may be busy yet they always have time to explain new RXs. Thank you, gang!!

Though I got an email that my photos were ready. They didn't have them. Then took 15 min to get new ones. When I checked put with other items she did not get my rewards number so I was charged more and no receipt. I called for help and the person was so rude. Didn't even say goodbye before hanging up.

Unfortunate customer service experience while trying to get my inhaler from the pharmacy. It took over 30 min for the lady to fix a mistake she caused w my account and after all said and done the pharmacist still had to get my prescription ready. I advised I had called ahead to avoid the wait and asked if it would take much longer my fiance is waiting in the car for me. The pharmacist says "the longer I stand here talking the longer it will take me to fill it". Not even an apology or any type of ownership for the issue that was created. Very disappointed.

Difficult store manager refused to help me with passport photo that the other store didn’t give me a receipt for even though I had the bar code scan. Ridiculously said I had to go back for the other store even though it was obvious that I bought product. The other location didn’t give me a receipt.

This location is awful. We had appointments for Covid tests so we could travel. When we arrived, they informed us they weren't doing them anymore! Nobody called or emailed us to cancel our appointments. The woman behind the pharmacy counter didn't care one bit about us or how this was affecting us. I will never deal with CVS again. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I never go to CVS but I recently moved by one and I needed to purchase an item. I received $10 off my next purchase and this was my closest CVS. I visited 2 days after i received the coupon and I tried to redeem it and it wasn’t scanning so the clerk called up the store manager Lisa for help. She was no help at all. Bad customer service. Coming to write the review I noticed this location has 2.5 stars average and am not one bit surprised. Lisa does not belong in her role. Unfortunately, this building is in a great location with a lot of traffic but after visiting I can see why the parking lot is always empty. I recommend driving up the street to the location on Warner and McQueen

Best of luck getting a prescription in a reasonable time. Plan 2-3 days best case. Dont even think about asking to wait for one..... And apparently now they have decided to close on Sat and Sun so now it can be 4-5 days..... Recommend other pharmacy if at all possible...... People not outwardly rude just profoundly slow.

can be very slow at times compared to my last pharmacy (walgreens) but it's fine. they seemed bothered when I said I wanted to wait inside for a much needed prescription after my child's emergency visit but they did try to fill it faster

Prescriptions take days at times. I have asked to wait and they will still say it won’t be until when they close or the next day. If you’re sick and need something quick or within a few days find somewhere else. This has been going on for a few years now. It’s nothing new and nothing has changed.

Just the worst! And not just this location but CVS in general!Waited on hold for 40!!!! minutes to talk to the pharmacist! Really?! No one bothered to answer phones I guess!If you wanna get covid tested don't even bother! They tell you to be 10 min early for your appointment or your appointment will be cancelled. It's meaningless. I was in the drive through line for HALF AN HOUR! My kids' appointments were cancelled the day of BY THE CVS SYSTEM, I only got a text! and I could not get them rescheduled even after spending 2 hours on the phone!Just go to the GCC embry testing! What a breeze! CVS is horrible!

The front store staff overall has been great. The pharmacy techs are overall are great as well. I feel awful for them though and I'm guessing the whole store would benefit from getting a new pharmacist. She is by far the worst employee I've encountered here in Chandler. Every time I've had to deal with her she has been rude and always seems to be way backed up. I understand things get busy but every single month it's the same story and the same nasty attitude.

This has to be the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They have on multiple occasions messed up on my prescription renewals. The last issue has taken almost 2 weeks. My doctors office sent a renewal to them that they cannot find and then after driving across town to get a hard copy of it the pharmacist says it's a copy and they can't refill it. The ink from the doctors signature is bleeding through the back of the paper! To be fair some of the staff are very friendly and helpful but I have had too many bad experiences and will be switching to another location.

Everyone here is so kind, helpful and hardworking. The Pharmacists Loretta and Ryan are both so awesome. Every technician is always so helpful and do whatever they can to accommodate your prescription needs. Love that they know me by name and always work so hard. Thank you!

I have been going to this pharmacy for about five years. It's in my neighborhood. The pharmacist I talked to about my prescription was rude. I asked her questions and she was irritated that I was asking about my prescription. I will continue going to this pharmacy and will continue giving them one star until the service improves. No reason to talk to a customer that way!

I cannot believe that I just got discharged from the EC center and they prescribed antibiotics and pain killers for my infected molar and they said I have to wait 24 to 48 hrs for my medication. This is ridiculous here waiting with my infection and pain worst service ever

It took a while to become used to this area. The pharmacist initially was rough around the edges. Instead of negative reviews try to find out why the staff is the way they are. Now I have a fantastic relationship with my pharm team ^_^

WANDERING but Never Lost

The rudest nastiest pharmisicts. I get called relentlessly to come pick something up and when I do its never ready ever. Have to turn around and go home then come back. Even when it's ready they never smile and are just miserable. I don't get it. I say thank you, they never show common courtesy and say your welcome.
