I visited the pharmacy on a Saturday 1 hour before close. They were very busy, drive through, customers for pick up and myself waiting for a vaccine I needed. The pharmacist Cecilia P. Was very kind to all customers and worked quickly to help everyone in a timely manner. She should be recognized for how well she handled a busy day and did it with a smile and kindness. Thank you.

My wife and I have been customers of CVS at 990 E. Pecos Rd., Chandler, AZ. (Store #5849) for 14 years. We have found the staff at this location to be the best we have ever encountered! The store is always clean and maintained. The shelves are always well stocked and organized. We are always greeted by the staff as soon as we enter the store. Whenever we are trying to find a product, a staff member will personally walk us to the item on the shelf! Amazing!! Very big kudos to Sophi Joseph RPh. She always greets my wife and I by name. She is always very pleasant, and very helpful, whether explaining a medication or answering our insurance questions. Amazing! The other pharmacy staff members are also excellent at customer service. Also, Victoria and Shauna(?) in the store are fantastic at making us feel welcomed and important! They are excellent at their jobs, and are always willing to help us find products and accurately and quickly check us out. We live nearby, but would gladly travel to visit this store! Thanks to the Team at 990 E. Pecos Rd.!!!

I don't normally give reviews but I had such a wonderful experience at this CVS I thought I would share my experience. Not only is the store well stocked and laid out and employees friendly and helpful but I also was able to get everything on my list plus more! I have been a Extracare care holder since the program came out and I just love it! I save money everytime I shop CVS! Think I just found my knew CVS store!

Yesterday I arrived at CVS on Pecos & McQueen to pick up pain meds for my son who just had surgeryI was told ready in 1 hour. Had some left over from another surgery few months ago. But not a lot. Returned next day to find out it require authorization which they only told me after I asked why the insurance did nit cover. And I asked why did they not attempt to get or let me know about nor did they contact my surgeon. They said it would take 3 days for authorization and most people just prefer to pay cash. I contacted my surgeon's office and he said no problem we'll take care of it post haste. Within 1 hour I had a call from my surgeon stating it was approved. I went back and the cost was no longer $54 it was only $3.72. The woman, I am assuming was the pharmacist, I believe her name was Mitita or something sounding like that, told me she had to redo the count even though the script had not changed. Also, my surgeon stated that she told him when he called it was time for her lunch 5 times. My surgeon's office also over heard another tech in the background state they should start ignoring the phones for at least 1 hour daily. Will start using Walgreens!

The redheaded manager that always has flawless curls is consistently welcoming and generous! There's another employee that sometimes has either braids or wears her beautiful curls and does the same. Both of them ensure you feel welcomed and are patient. Truly feel as if they care about customers.

This facility is running on a shoestring staff, the pharmacy techs look completely overworked every time I come in. Yet, they still manage to get my prescriptions filled and ready in a timely manner. I only wish they had more staff to keep up with the demand.

Switched to CVS from Frys for my medications & already it’s so much better. The pharmacist was SO nice both times, over the phone when I called & in person when I went to pick up my prescription. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. So glad I switched over!

Worst drive through to deal with. So slow and they wouldn't sell me mucus expectorant(generic mucinex) through the drive through. I have never heard of this before and I see no regulations requiring this absurdity. CVS will ship it so why not drive through? I think she was just being lazy.

Got (thankfully negative!) COVID-19 tested here — fast & easy. “Israa”(?) at the drive-thru was friendly & helpful. Pharmacist “CJ”(?) at another CVS on Dobson & Germann took time from her busy schedule to carefully explain how the various antigen/antibody tests work (I’m a scientist always trying to learn!), so I could decide the best for me. Would definitely do business here again!!

Super friendly and wonderful staff, including the manager. I have gone to several CVS stores to find a particular item on sale and he called another CVS store a few miles away to see if they had it (they did) and told them to keep 4 on hold for me and my friend. :) I have gone to this store for many, many years and this is the first time they have been so helpful. (Although pharamacy is a 4/5 stars, just letting y'all know because it has its downs sometimes with particular people)

Been going here for years, everyone is always so nice and pleasant, and helpful. Pharmacists, clerks, managers, etc, all are great. Clean store and usually very well stocked, thank you for your hard work!

This Pharmacy is like every other Pharmacy. If it does not bite you in the fingers for this price is going to bite you in the nose with its price. The thing that makes this CVS about the other two that are close to my residence are the people. Always have a smile always have an answer to my questions. The pharmacist and the assistance have been around you long enough to learn the respect enough to say This Is My Hometown Pharmacy.

This is THE WORST PHARMACY EVER! They treat you like a pile of trash. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription and called my doctor and told her that she is calling the board of physicians and filing a complaint against her. My medication is a controlled substance that I have taken for years and she believed I shouldn't be on it and would not fill it and proceeded to lie to me. She told me my doctor decided cancel it and that I need to see a neuropsychologist. My doctor was dismayed at how I was treated and could not believe that a pharmacist would be so vindictive and cruel. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

This is a general review for CVS, I was trying to speak to someone at the store but CVS automated phone system is simply the worst. The company should team up with customers and work to improve this terrible system.

The pharmacy is quick and painless. I'm always greeted by the cashier when I walk in. Seems like a friendly place. The prices here are a bit high compared to other places though.
