I went to Albertsons on Riggs and Gilbert on 12/17/23 about 12:40pm. I bought a bag of 5lb potatoes and a bag of 3lb onions. I went to the self checkout. I paid with a credit card . Later i have noticed that I was charged regular price for the 3lb onions. Supposed to be $0.67 with digital coupon but i was charged $2.99. I went to customer service and I talked to an employee supposedly she was the employee of the month on her name tag. So I explained to her the issue she said it was my fault and stated that I may have not clicked the digital coupon. I said I did and showed her a copy of the ad and I explained that I got charged accordingly for the Potatoes but not for the onions. Add states $0.67 for each. The employee asked me to open my phone and showed her the app and proof that I clipped the digital coupon. I explained that after the coupon is used it would disappear from the app. The employee took my phone and start going through the app.That she said that I will give you the money back as a courtesy. I said I am not here looking for charity or donation. I said there was a mistake and would like to address it and have it corrected. The employee gave me my receipt back. I asked for a manger and was told manager not available she is on the register helping. Then the employee who was trying to help me approached me and said “ you are not a gentleman or you are the most rude person I have ever met” in a loud voice in front of customers and associates and threw the receipt at me. I waited like 10 minutes and was told to either come back later to talk to a manger or leave your phone number and a manager will call you.Imagine being yelled at by an employee of the month and basically insulted by an employee in front of customers and associated.My expectations was just to have the association sorry about the error and here is the difference in price. Did not get an apology nor was able to speak to a supervisor to express my concerns.Customer of Safeway and Albertsons' for years.

Almost every time there is a sale on beef especially on Fridays there is no stock and I have to ask the butcher to replenish the stock.All the expensive cuts are in stock but very rarely the beef items that are on sale. I asked the manager to rectify this problem about 2 weeks ago and she hasn't.I don't care for their attitude and I'm disappointed by their terrible customer appreciation.When there is a sale from here on out if there is no stock,I go STRAIGHT to CORPORATE for help.In the meantime , Fry's is awesome as well as Winco's.

Fairlife Milk is on sale $4.99, but it didn't scan at the cashier. Cashier girl made me go all the way back to the milk section an take a photo of the price tag. Obviously, the discounts are not entered into the system so you need to be alert.

Too many overcharges on receipt. Always have a ridiculous excuse. Once was told to use my camera to take pictures of the clipped coupons, not to use a computer to click the digital coupons.

I don't usually write reviews but this is the second time at this Starbucks and second bad experience..If you can't wait til you're done with my transaction to look at your phone there is definitely a problem..I finally walked away after standing there for a minute waiting for my recipe while she looked at her phone..will not be coming back here there's a frys the same distance for me that as way better customer service.

Loved the Custom Bakery Cake we picked up on 09/29/2923. It worked great for our large party. It was decorated beautifully and tasted great! It was a marble cake with strawberry filling. It was delicious!

I just had the worst experience with a cashier and a manager. My loyalty card would not scan and I asked for help. That should have been a quick fix and their response was "I'm quitting and so is everyone else. Call corporate." I've had the same card for 15+ years. Unbelievable that they treat people this way. I used to come frequently, but I won't be back.

Great grocery store. One of my favorites because it’s never busy. The fried chicken in the deli rocks. Pressure cooked and fried. They seem to always have a special too.

I miss having this store in Casa Grande area. I didn't want to leave the store. Super clean. All smiles and friendly faces. Who could ask for anything more. I have a big family always buying groceries. Their prices are the Best. Fresh produce meats. A one stop shop. Thanks to all staff . You guy's are awesome. I must return. Yesterday, I came home from shopping at Albertsons. At first, I didn’t realize I didn’t have my phone. After my friend came home, he tried calling me. Albertsons answered. The young woman bringing in the carts found it in a cart in a cart area in the lot. I hurried to the store to get my which is in a wallet case that contained money and bank cards. Everything was there. I was lucky no one found it before the employee. Wonderful customer service. They even verified it was my phone before giving it to me.

This location is a good location because it is rarely busy and it's clean, employees are friendly and helpful and they are always stocked up on items

Went here to get a booster corvid shot and was impressed. No waiting, no lines. The pharmacist was very professional and cheerful. He was the only person in the pharmacy area and able to handle the customers waiting for prescriptions and of course those like me showing up for shots. I shopped after the shot and really liked the friendly atmosphere. My first time visiting the store and will be back.

I go to Albertsons probably once a week for groceries. If you have never used their app for coupons and rewards, I would suggest you do! I have saved so much money and it is very easy to use! I wish more stores would use this coupon system. Staff is always friendly!

Best part of this store is the friendly managers and the friendly Starbucks employees.... who also make a really great specialty drink for me. Customer service and positive attitude is everything to some people. And I am one of them. Wide aisles are nice too (:

I walked into Albertsons looking for money service area which was in the middle of the store very little sign you really don't notice it I asked an employee there where do I get a money order he pointed over there not showing me where it is I get there I'm standing I noticed a young lady who's working the self-checkout Lane I noticed she looked over where I was and then turned her head quickly when she seen me looking I waited for her to look again I waved her over she said in a soft voice with a mean look on her face I can't leave from where I'm at she began to walk closer about 40 ft away I asked her is there anybody that can help me she states that the person that works there is busy and walked away she was very nasty and rude I waited for nearly 20 minutes for someone to come and help me after 20 minutes then there was a another lady that assisted me thank you Albertsons for the wait but no thanks

I like the store layout. However, the seafood counter had very old and poorly looking product on display, and the counter person didn't even seem to know anything was wrong. The butcher department was much better, as was the fresh vegetable department. In the whole, I still prefer Safeway's Bakery department. Store was tidy and neat, and the staff was friendly. Albertsons new store layout makes it easier to find what you're looking for with relative ease. If I lived closer I would shop there more often.

This is a nice Albertsons, it has a Starbucks and Wells Fargo inside. The store is clean & very well stocked. The deli has a lot of options besides the meat they have plenty of sides & salads. Their fried chicken, chicken strips, wings & rotisserie chicken all really good!! The bakery also has great options in several sizes. The store & bathrooms are clean & wheelchair accessible, the employees are helpful and really nice.

Clean, well stocked grocery store. The parking lot is large, plenty of room for large cars. This location has exceptional bathrooms. They are on top of having the carts returned to the front of the store.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was at register 4 a few days ago and the manager with black hair was very rude. She didn’t greet me or anything. I handed her my coupons before the transaction was finished, at the end of my transaction I looked at my receipt and I notice she didn’t apply my coupons. I asked if she could help me that’s when she said I’d have to go to customer service. She is a manager I know she is because her name tag said so. My sister works as a manager at Bashas so I know she could have helped me on a regular register. She then walked off and rolled her eyes at me Like I gave her such a hard time! BULL. I believe her name is Nicole.

Their store brand items are almost always comparable to the big name brands. Great way to save a few dollars. Their digital coupons are also for things I commonly purchase. Very happy to either shop in-store or online with their curbside pickup

I like this store but boy is it expensive. Everything is marked up 20 to 30 % over other stores. If it wasn't local to me, I'd avoid it.

This store is sloppy at every level. Management walks right by customers and doesn’t greet them. Cashier training is poor. I paid triple for .77 Gatorade today. Bathroom Cleanliness is unheard of. Employees smoke in front of main store doors. I’ll take my business elsewhere after today.
