Beware! Every time I come here I leave with a new family member! All my dogs are rescues from the AAWL, 2 of which are from the Chandler mall location. They always provide pets as healthy as possible, putting donations to good use, providing vital surgeries for the pets in their care. I am happy to provide a forever home to these lovely animals. Please Adopt! Don't Shop.

My partner and I adopted a kitten from here a little over a month ago. The staff was super friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. It was an amazing experience adopting chop :)

Rude, unprofessional employees. When asked a question about the form that we needed to fill out for possible adoption, she avoided answering any questions and read the form word for word. If we asked for her to clarify a question she had asked us, she would just repeat it.Decided not to show us a dog putting words in my mouth saying that I said that he would be outside 24/7. All I said was when we're outside he would be outside and vice versa. Don't go here. The employees jump to all kinds of conclusions, talk over you, and immediately get hostile without even trying to have a calm conversation.

Recently adopted a pup here and the staff was great. It was late and they were able to help me adopt a new member of the family. They were able to answer all the questions I had and were very knowledgeable.

It was a great place but my kitten after 3 weeks has been diagnosed with FIP. Loverboy was a great kitten and the help here was great I'm just saddened this little dude isnt going to make it. Apart of me want to blame this shop but from what I've learned FIP is common and could of been contracted at any point. Hes been at my place since the adoption so I dont see how he could of caught it here. I'm still heart broken hes a amazing kitten. The vet said hes prob only got a few nk nights before I need to put him down... super sad and venting

Very friendly and helpful staff, we adopted a dog here over a year ago and it was quick and easy. I feel like the prices weren't that bad, we got our little guy for 350 or so, but I'm not usually in the dog market so I can't say for sure. They'd also taken care of his shots and everything already, so we didn't need to do anything. Our dog had just had surgery to get an ulcer removed and had also had some teeth taken out too, so he had stitches and needed a special soft diet for a few weeks, all already included at no additional charge. They also provided us with a small bag or regular food as well, for when he was ready. Great experience. We stopped by today and (fortunately) all their animals had been adopted so there were none there but they still had tons of things like toys, treats and beds to look at.

We adopted a wonderful little pup from this boutique style store in the mall. They have everything you need here from animal adoptions to cellars, leashes and crates. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is a play area that you can bring your current dog into to meet and greet the new pup. This place is great!

This is Buddy. I did get a full bred Cocker Spaniel, he is absolutely the best pet. He is Lovable and is a Socialite, he gets along with all other pets including cats and he didnt cost me anything. Everyone adores him and so do I.

They are way too WOKE still they are the ONLY store in the entire mall that will not let you enter without a mask on. Off to the puppy mill I go. I have found most of theses people that work for adoption centers are very damaged individuals.

I got a senior dog from there. I believe the girl that helped was kendall. Super helpful. I recommend checking it out. Please adopt dont shop. Sir luke Hawkfire Baker is doing great.

For $10 you can have 30 minutes of snuggle time with a pup or a kitty. The money goes to the AAWL to help continue rescuing and providing for these animals. Fun time playing with the pups while supporting a good cause! What a way to spend half an hour!! And these puppies were such smugglers!! Hope they get adopted soon!

We adopted our dog over a year ago and we are so grateful for this rescue! Couldn't imagine life without him. We definitely LOVE that these are rescues and not breeders.When we went the staff was nice and even offered resources since a new puppy can be frustrating. We visit ever so often when we go to Chandler mall and they are always clean but never really interact with them anymore since we are just looking. Their prices are definitely reasonable considering you pay around $300+ for the dog, shots, spay/neutering, and a microchip. When bought our other dog, her shot package alone was $150 and spaying was another $75 with medication so it seems pricey but you get all you need.

Got my new puppy this week and I'm so happy. They made sure he was healthy and already neutered. I almost took a little female but I'm glad I adopted Demetre he is now Sammy and he is so adorable and loved.

I got my dog about a month ago and I love him to death! (Was Jwoww if any of the staff are curious) Now I'm not sure what is his doing and what is the aawl but he came basically potty trained which was so amazing. He he got the hang of a doggie door in minutes and at age 13w hasn't ever had a #2in the house and the #1s were all over night. ♥️

We had a great experience here adopting a puppy. Everyone working and volunteering were kind and knowledgeable. They were up front about any issues and made sure we were prepared to take on our new fur baby. I highly recommend adopting your next fur baby from them!

All the girls were helpful & informative. And answered all the questions we had. The store was clean. As well as the glass cubicles for the dogs & cats. We were given lots of time to visit with the dog we went there to see. Unfortunately there had been a website mix-up with his adoption fee. And we decided to pass on him. But I can't get him out of my mind. Several times a day I check the website to see if he's been adopted. Not yet. We may go back for him yet.
