Extremely disappointed with this location. I bought two energy drinks that were supposed to be 2 for $4, I go to the checkout. My total is $7.49. I then proceeded to tell the lady/owner at the register that this is not what is advertised over there. She says that’s not the case it’s what the price is. I proceeded to go and have her follow me to show her the price then she insisted to stay on the phone and completely ignore me. Worst 7-Eleven in the valley by far. DONT GO HERE. THEY RIP OFF.

The guy that works there is a thief!! He over charged me and doesn't give change back. The guys name is nasir and he charged me 6 dollars for a fountain drink and then told me a Reese's bar was a dollar and charged me 3. I do not recommend going to this store. I work right across the street and now I will rather drive somewhere to get drink! He is a thief

I came here to get one item. The cashier took forever to ring up the person before me. After that there were four of us waiting in line and then this guy starts making a burger or something and we are all waiting. Then there was a card read error I just left. This is a terrible place.

When to get a hot dog hot dog was like 6 hours old and the bun was rock hard when I asked the guy behind the counter if they had other buns he had no idea what I was saying

The clerk at the counter had no idea how to use his point of sale system. Specifically, he doesn’t understand how 7-eleven wallet transactions work or even what they are, despite the fact that his store is a Wallet store. I tried to help him out by calling my 7-eleven back home in Chicago and putting the owner on speaker phone to explain to the clerk what to do, and the clerk just got angrier and angrier, yelling at me. After 15 minutes of this, he eventually just yelled at me to leave.He needs to get educated. And I’ve seen this before—7-eleven corporate isn’t providing the proper training.

Stay away from this store, whenever you pay make sure they are not over charging you.The manager here, tries to steal extra money from people here who are new to the store. (By charging you extra, so always ask for receipts)They don't follow the proper policy of serving hot food, they don't cycle the foods and put newer ones. Instead they will give you ones that are hard as brick.I hope 7 eleven authority will checks this place, the franchise here is definitely ruining it's name.They even charge you plastic bags or water cups.

Cold Brew coffee taste like burnt mud, was charged double for using my own cup but only filled it with coffee with the plastic cup they had... and the rest of my container with ice. I don't think I'll come back to this location ever again.

I went to many 7-11's in the area and I was looking for a spicybite hotdog, and no one would sell me one because they don't keep them in stock in Arizona because they don't sell. The manager made it a personal task that I was a happy customer and ordered some just for me. I was so happy when I got a call telling me that he had spicybites now.

I wanted to fill my water bottle with water and was told to use the outside faucet. I then asked for a pack of rolling papers. He wanted $2.95 for them. I'll not be stopping here again.
