I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the return policy enforced on 4/2/2024 at 2:00pm by the manager, Dagmar, at the Cave Creek, AZ Walmart location. My recent experience at the store left me feeling misled and unfairly treated.Despite the clear signage displayed at the counter, which states that items without a receipt can be returned for store credit, with the requirement of presenting ID for transactions over $10, Manager Dagmar insisted that anything over $25 cannot be returned without a receipt under any circumstances. This directly contradicts the policy outlined on the sign and and Walmart’s website and left me unable to return an item for store credit as indicated.As a loyal customer of Walmart, I expect consistency and fairness in the application of store policies across all locations. Manager Dagmar's refusal to adhere to the stated return policy not only resulted in inconvenience but also reflects poorly on the integrity of customer service at this particular establishment.I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to rectify the situation. It is essential for the reputation of Walmart to uphold its advertised policies and provide customers with a satisfactory shopping experience.Edit: 4/4/2024 The store General Manager just called me and said they have a set of return policy exceptions printed out in a binder, out of public eye. Yeah, ok. She never mentioned anything about items $25+ not being returnable without a receipt. Her and Dagmar are clearly not on the same page. The GM was polite but clearly did not have much passion about understanding the problem. Every other walmart store has no problem following their advertised return policies. Including the store in Phoenix that allowed me to process this return 30 minutes after my attempt at this location.

This location is a smaller store compared to other Supercenters but still has about everything you will need. Quick in and out shopping with Self Checkout available. There's plenty of available parking with Handicap spots and Online pickup spots.Curbside delivery is available and there's adequate Handicapped parking.

I enjoy shopping for everything all in one place rather than traveling from fishing 🎣 automotive, gardening, groceries, bakery, eye glasses, and even McDonald's, plus much more....the only reason I give this place four stars is because of the limited checkout time

1st time at this Walmart in Cave Creek AZ. It was very nice, clean, stocked and love that you sell beer, wine and liquor in the store. We don't have that in North Dakota. I love all the added security and cameras in the parking lot also. Everything we needed for our business trip was there and very close to our location.

This Walmart is nice and clean - staff is wonderful and very helpful. They have organic products and everything you will need for your summer trip and gift ideas. No overnight camping in parking lot. Great location

Very beautiful and clean store! The restroom 🚻 are beautiful and big. I almost got lost in it. Lol it goes in a big circle. 🤣 I almost went around a 2nd time. 💀🤣 they always have great deals.

I love Walmart it is my new favorite place to go to when I need some good drugstore skincare they have all of the great trendy skincare and makeup witch I love and appreciateThe hair section is great as well.Walmart is always dependable and reliable when coming to meet my beauty needs as a lady.The self checkout is very smooth and straightforward to get what you need fast and efficiently. Still waiting for the time when they are going to add Apple Pay to their registers though.

This is the best Walmart ever. So clean, fully stocked, friendly workers and different products are offered than other Walmarts. I have another Walmart closer to home, but this is the only one I will be going to. Keep up the good work!!! Very appreciated.

This Walmart is very nice and clean and everything is well organized. Most of the staff is also friendly and I’ve had a few staff members ask if I needed help finding something which I think is rare to see nowadays.

This place has gone downhill since the manager left a couple years ago. Was a great place to shop for 10 years but not anymore. The employees used to be friendly and the management used to care. It is sad how it has changed since he left.Update: 3 months after my post, I'm adding pictures from a visit yesterday(4/25/23). Needless to say, I came home without lettuce, celery or cauliflower. I stand by my post from months ago. It continues to decline in every way.

Has a tyrant for a manager here. Makes adults line up outside just so they don't come within 6ft while walking in. It's not to benefit anyone (otherwise they'd do it inside too). It's not to track how many inside (they don't count the people leaving). It's solely for the theater of tyranny. Treat people like animals, and maybe you can control them like ones too. No other store or business does this. Not only should these people not have power, they should be banned for wielding it in a way that is corrupt. The test of true leadership is in how you love those whom you have authority over. This isn't love, it's lordship.

I have NEVER been in a Walmart that I absolutely loved! The food choices, the selection of everything was an overflow. I am still in awe, from the food, meat, produce, etc. I will definitely go back! I don't care about the drive. Sad, I will probably pass 10 Walmarts before this location. All I can say is, WOW!

At best a necessary evil. I never look forward to going there and actively seek alternatives. The place is so much worse since they spent a bunch of money on a renovation that I didn't ask for nor want. Now I can't seem to find anything. Everything about the place screams low quality.

This used to be my favorite place to shop. now it is an experience in frustration. the staff used to be very friendly and helpful. You can now look forward to being stopped to have your receipt checked on your way out to make sure you paid for everything. Nothing is easy to find and is being constantly moved. The organization of items (if that is what you call it) leaves much to be desired. You will find yourself backtracking constantly. The person responsible for this should be fired! So sad to see our home town walmart being turned into another corporate mess.

Always easy to shop at. They have a Wonderful employee named Michelle (sorry I didn't grab her last name). She was the one that makes Facebook posts that are funny. She is also the Employee that ran a garden shop show that the kids could plant a flower. She is a tremendous asset to your company as she is always smiling,really, I have never seen a frown or a discussed look on her face. Wonderful woman, great person. I shop at the Anthem Arizona location (I've been a customer for 7 years and always look forward to seeing her smiling face.

We have been doing grocery pickup for the past 6 months and have been really impressed with food quality and selection. During that time I think we only got one bad yellow onion. We made the switch from sprouts to Walmart due to sprouts produce quality issues.
