Went here with my husband for dog food, but we love this store, so we browsed around first. The female tattooed Manger came up and asked if we needed any help, which we politely declined. About 5 min later, in another section, she approached and asked again, which we declined as well. This continued throughout the entire time there. Stalking us and asking if we needed help about 15 times. We finally had enough of it and checked out. I don't know if she thought we were stealing or something. Our total was over $100, which we had no problem paying. Unfortunately when we got home we realized that we were charged full price for the large sized Blue Buffalo dog food that had been discounted with a sticker almost 50% because it'd broken open on the front and had to be taped. So, in addition to being harassed by the manager, we lost out on a significant amount of money. Irritated.

Nicole in customer service was amazing. I called looking for a Black Stone Grill they had on sale. Nicole took the time to put my name on it so I didn't make a wasted trip. Absolutely great customer service from start to finish.

This this tractor supply in particular is my favorite to go to.Everybody is always helpful and friendly. I mean, all the other tractor supplies are nice and the people are nice but this one in particular the people seem just a bit more nice and a bit more helpful.

The manager went above and beyond to help me with my order. It was sent to the wrong house. He went out of his way to drive to that house to retrieve my order, and brought it back to the store. I appreciate his time and effort. He was wonderful to work with.

Ordered a safe for in store pickup. No one asked to verify who I was to make sure the order was picked up by the purchaser or pickup contact. The cashier asked if the safe was mine and I said yes. They put it on the pallet jack and I took it home. Anyone could have came in and picked up my order with this lack of verification. I am definitely going to be calling to make sure they follow online pick-up-in-store procedures for any future online orders as it would be extremely inconvenient for me to make the 25 mile drive and find out they gave my order to same random person. You can do better.

They ĥad everything in stock , it was a one stop shop , I went there to buy an outdoor trash can and was able to get cat litter and pet supplies as well. Super friendly and helpful staff .

As I said before in my review on Sunday 4/3, we truly appreciate the ANIMAL DOCTOR SERVICES at Tractor Supply. Our little German Short Hair Pointer got her vaccinations. She had a great time meeting the other animals in the line, as we did the people who brought in their animals! This Supply Co is a place we pick up plenty of items including dogfood for our girl, KayLaH! Thank you!

Cashiers are not very competent. If you buy shavings in bulk you get a 5% discount. I went in in August and my shavings were much cheaper than expected. Now 5 for $20 instead of only 5% off. I asked if this was a permanent new deal, and was told yes, but when I returned in September it was back to the old price and I was told it was only a temporary promotion. Had I known that I would have bought substantially more in August. That cashier cost me hundreds of dollars.

Went to Tractor Supply for the first time . I was looking for outdoor fishing equipment. Asked a lady that works there if they had fishing rods her answer was we got stuff that look like fishing roods. Not sure what she meant by that. My guess she was being sarcastic. ( they don’t carry fishing stuff there which I didn’t know) I still decided to buy couple pieces of outdoor clothing . Went to the register . Paid for my stuff and I’m waiting for paper receipt. Lady at the register tells me if I wan to get a receipt I have to go to customer service which is in the middle back part of the store to get it . I’m at the checkout at the entrance of the store with all stuff packed and ready to go. At that point I didn’t know what to say so I was like can I leave. I was so uncomfortable. They never gave me a receipt for my items I paid for. Not sure if this is normal but your customers deserve better than what I got

Why would Tractor Supply Co in Cave Creek Move handicap parking spots the farthest away from the main entrance?this is from the ADA WebsiteLocation for Accessible Parking SpacesHandicap-accessible parking spots should be those closest to accessible entrances and exits, both for buildings serviced by the parking lot, as well as the parking facility's own entrances and exits. The purpose of this is to ensure that handicapped drivers/passengers will have ease of access and right-of-way whether they need to enter or exit a parking lot, building, or facility.Assigning handicap-accessible parking slots closest to ramps that lead to entryways and entrance doors is also essential. Barriers that obstruct ease of access should be removed or relocated accordingly.

We just went to the vaccination clinic at Tractor Supply. Let’s say they could not handle our Rottweiler- I had to interject since the treatment my female had to endure (muzzling; 2 leashes pulling on her in different directions and you wonder why the dog is not calm) was short of animal abuse. For whatever it is worth - please go to your regular Vet if you can. I was shocked how my dog was treated.

We visit tractor supply very often as we have goats, and rabbits. We are new to the state of AZ and after a long travel from San Diego CA, it was wonderful to see our house is 10 miles from a Tractor Supply!This review was meant to be posted around 2-3 weeks ago. My goat caught Polio and a vet recommended that we get her a specific medicine. Your staff was absolutely AMAZING in assisting us in finding everything we needed. I apologize for not getting a name, but it was a young man in formal wear, which I assume was a manager and a woman with a purple pony tail.Thank you all for your patience, your assistance, your kindness and your time. We were unable to find all the items we needed, & she went out of her way to print up locations that may have the item.Such wonderful customer service from those two! Thank you again, we will be back soon. 🙂

Stopped in today to pick up a few things, to my very pleasant surprise Houston saw me looking at the 80lb bags of pellets and offered to help me. He loaded all 4 bags on the cart and then into my Jeep. So grateful not to have to handle those bags. He was polite, helpful, and provided excellent customer service, thanks Houston for the help!

I had the best experience at this location. I have been to many tractor supply stores and the employees at this location are the best. A special thank you to Tracy who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was an overall pleasure to talk to and clearly loves her job. The Manager, Pam, was too busy, on her phone, or didn't care to speak with me after wating 15 minutes to compliment her employee so I decided to post my comments instead. Thank you to everyone who helped me out. I wish all my retail experiences were that enjoyable!

Got my propane tank refilled fast and easy but we were treated poorly by the staff as we asked how to go about getting our tank refilled. Signage should be posted up front that you cannot bring empty tanks inside to ask where it should be filled. This will stop unwarranted interactions between customers and upset associates.The tank refill is located on the side of the building behind a 10 foot tall locked gate that is not labeled as tank refill if anyone needs to know.

I Love Tractor Supply Company!! They have friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees. They always greet you with a smile and are always willing to lead a helping hand. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. They have great prices, especially on animal food and supplies, more food for less money. My cats love the food (44 lbs for $18) and I love the prices 😁Also if you need an item and they don't have it in stock, they are willing to order the item (no matter what the item it) and have it delivered to the store or to your house. You can also place an order online and put it up at the store.Tractor Supply Company is a win win store and you can't go wrong going there 😁😁

I really like this store because it is convenient and most of the staff is nice BUT....sometimes the staff doesn't wear masks--not all-- but I do see them walking around without them. It is difficult for me to continue to go back to this store and just have a feed store do a delivery drop at my home. Folks are friendly but I don't need them to be giving me a friendly virus either.

We go here weekly as it is about 5 minutes from home. The workers are friendly and helpful when we go. They also honor sale prices from a competitor which has been a plus in the past. Unfortunately, sometimes when you call, you get the unhelpful employee. I called today to check that they had our Hill's Science Diet puppy food in stock so we didn't waste a trip if they were out, like last time. As soon as I asked, the guy said "We don't carry that brand." Well, since I was on the website at that moment wishing they had a feature that told if it were in stock or not and we buy the $51.99 bag there every 2 weeks, I know they carry that brand. Laziness is one of the 7 deadly sins and this guy has it. It would have taken no more than 50 steps to go to the food aisle and see if there was any on the shelf labeled with the brand. Yes. I did tell him they carried the brand after he said they didn't. That was lovely.

The lovely lady Bianca was very helpful. I was trying to decide which chicken coop I wanted. She was very informative and gave me lots of information on the different chicken coops the sizes how many chickens they can hold and so on. She was extremely knowledgeable which helps me make my decision. I even signed up for the TS credit card. I ended up with the Defender coop!I am excited die my purchase and can’t wait to get it.I hope to see her again when I shop at Tractor supply! She was a sweetheart! Bianca is 5 stars and more!

Once again walk into the store and need to buy 12 bags of pellets for bedding of my horse stalls and they said that someone will bring out to me. I asked for their help to load as well. Standing outside now one was at the back gate (was locked) so I finally went back inside and they loaded a grocery cart with the bags and left them there. No one even bothered to walk outside to find me. This is one of the main reasons I will not shop at your store anymore. This is the second time that I have asked for assistance of loading my truck and they failed completely to follow through. I will pay more to support Ace Hardware where the customer service is excellent.Managers you better teach your employees to think outside the box and learn customer service. That wouldn't happen if that was my crew and the cashier who had the immediate control from the purchase point should have addressed her co-worker to the customer outside. Complete failure!

I have contacted corporate a couple times about this particular store. First time they would be coached and was related to a second experience. We love shopping her but the attitude of the manager is not pleasant. They need more help during peak times to help customers. I was asked for a survey last visit and gave an honest feedback, have not been contacted. Did point out we can purchase our items elsewhere but like to support our local community stores. Sad really.
