This is a great place to get grocery items. They have a great selection of healthy foods, and they even have a seating area to enjoy lunch.

Thank you Tony for your help Today!!!! I have been a long time Customer of another grocery store until today. From now on I will always come to sprouts carefree Highway AS A DIRECT result of the Amazing service I had in the produce department with “Tony” ……. Tony went above and beyond helping me get items that I could not find because I was newer to this store. He was super kind to me. The conversation was great and for that reason, I just kept filling my cart to the brim.! I will always come back to Sprouts as a direct result of TONY AND his Kindness.

The deli sandwiches used to be great, but now they are nothing special. We've started doing take out from Janey's instead. At least you feel like they want your business along with great deli sandwiches with fruit and chips. And Janey's is locally owned. Maybe sprouts just got too big.

5+ Stars to Jason, Michelle and all of the long time staff. From the cashier's to deli, produce, meat and grocery, they are the absolute best of the grocery biz! I have always gotten a friendly smile, consistent high quality customer service, fresh produce, well stocked shelves and a reason to keep coming back! 12/10 recommended!

Nice store however prices are high. And on there Sprouts brand products they do not list country of origin. So I am lead to believe that you are paying premium prices for cheap Chinese products with questionable ingredients

The only reason I return to this location is because it's the closest to Anthem and has a good selection. However, the customer service is horrible. I'm convinced the Caucasian staff that work here are racist individuals.Staff will go out of their way to be overly helpful to other Caucasians. If you're a minority you will get dirty looks and rude attitudes.I spend over 600-800 dollars here every month. The staff will still look at you like you are going to steal. This is so crazy to me.If you ask for help they will treat it like an inconvenience and will talk down to you. I've been shopping here for a year and have yet to meet a helpful staff memeber.

First time at this store to experience thier custom sandwiches. Tip... Get some hard rolls... not that anyone knows what a hard roll is in this state...oh yeah...is there a shortage of mayonnaise? If you're going to brag about your wonderful sandwiches..learn how to make them.

Shopped here less than a week ago, was overcharged $6 for one item that was on managers special. I even snapped a quick pic in case it didn't discount at the register, but I thought it did at the time. Saw it on the receipt after, lost receipt, went in today, was immediately dismissed.....BY A MANAGER, no consideration even after I showed her the picture of the MANAGERS SPECIAL... as I didn't have the receipt any longer. Guess you guys can keep my $6 and I'll go spend thousands elsewhere 🤷🏻♂️

As a person with celiac disease, I am very happy to be able to find all my gluten free products at Sprouts, not to mention the freshest produce and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Great to have this business in the area here. Outstanding produce and bulk foods. Nice deli and seafood. Like the employees.

Although they have a wide variety of produce and 'health foods' most items are not worth the higher prices. Bulk dried fruit, nuts and candy are stored in difficult to dispense kegs with lids.Aisles are cluttered and when the store is busy you are constantly have people in your way. We only shop here for the few items that are not available elsewhere.

Simple the best this store has the best produce and healthy living products. I hope sprouts grows in Arizona. Perfect for French style living buying meals for the day.

I find that the people that work in sprouts are not very friendly. Not like trader Joe's. They're not a accomdating either. I remember one time asking a woman in the vitamin department for help and she was very rude (like I was bothering her with questions). I don't like the sprouts in Cave Creek / carefree. Every time I buy something here it's either bad or the expiration dates have expired. I bought something just the other day and it had already been open, which I didn't realize until I tried to use it. It's closer to me so that's why I go to this one. I will not be shopping here as much. Sick of always having to go back to return things.

The woman Shameran working in Human Resources has no experience interacting with people and is a disgusting human being. I’ve never seen so many people quit so fast all because of her toxicity. And she works in HUMAN resources of all places. She has no issue demeaning new hires and going the extra length to make her coworkers feel awful about themselves. She’s a real pillar of the company. Same with the head boss Tom who permits rotisserie chicken doused in cleaning chemicals to be served to customers. And guess what, that isn’t safe whatsoever.

Most Sprouts stores are the same; it's not a bad thing when the customer service is above the bar along with a nicely stocked store. I "test" them by how they react when I ask for samples from the nuts and candy sections...an easy 4 stars!

This is my third time at this location and I mainly go in to get a nice sandwich for lunch the first time I nearly had the same experience. The people working behind the deli section don’t really seem to have the best customer service as soon as I ask to make a sandwich they right away turn me down and tell me where there’s packaged sandwiches when I ask to have it made there attitude changes as if they don’t want to make it. After them asking what kind of bread I wanted I told them what I wanted and then I asked for Boars turkey and they right away tell me is extra charge which is totally fine and I’m aware of the extra charge. After getting the turkey sliced and out on my sandwich he put a blob of mayonnaise without spreading. My point is .. this is my third time coming here and I mainly come because it’s the nearest sprouts to my work. The third time wasn’t a charm for sure. I’m completely disappointed and after somebody making my sandwich with no love in it makes me not want to eat it. I also tried to complain to the manager I asked someone for the manager and they were nowhere to be found.

I was so excited when this location opened… but they really have the worst customer service. I am disappointed almost every time I go there, which is at least 2X a week. Today was another bad experience. Only one cashier was open @ 4:30PM and I got in line behind a woman with a ton of groceries (so there were no room for mine and therefore my cart was still completely unloaded) and when a woman got in line behind me the girl bagging told her (the woman behind me) to come on over and she’d check her out in the next lane. The woman quickly went and someone got right behind her so I just stayed where I was, but the girl checked out both people and then a third before the woman in front of me was finished. Needless to say she wasted at least 10 minutes of my time. Which isn’t usually serious, but I had my 4 & 5 year old with me and the 4 year old was fussy with an eye infection and the 5 year old was all hyped up having just been picked up from kindergarten and that 10 minutes was very stressful for me… trying to keep them out of the ice bag freezer, and keep them from grabbing EVERYTHING in their vicinity, etc all while preventing meltdowns. And then when I mentioned to the girl what she had done she was rude, first acting like she had no idea what I was talking about and then rolling her eyes like I was pathetic for kindly mentioning to her that I didn’t appreciate her skipping me… Even though my sole intention in doing so was an attempt to get her to pay better attention and/or to learn what she probably should have been trained to do and say “I can help the next in line” etc to prevent this type of thing in the future. And I have two similar stories dealing with different cashiers in just the last couple of months. I’m over it. If they’re not going to train the cashiers to offer good customer service then they will lose my business for good. It is really starting to seem worthwhile to make the longer drive to Whole Foods, or the Pinn Pk Sprouts.

Sprouts (Cave Creek) is my go to store, helpful staff members, great selection of produce, and awesome Deli, and the sushi is outstanding including the staff that makes it. Always have a great experience shopping there.

This is probably the 3 time I have shopped here in the last 2 months and have had some bad customer service and for some reason it’s ALWAYS the cashiers. I won’t name drop but twice now me and my wife got helped by a Hispanic woman who must really hate her job because she acts annoyed and put out that she had to help us. Didn’t bother to bag our items and got snippy with me when I forgot to label the bag of gummy worms I weighed out. I thrive on great customer service and I asked my wife as we left, “Was it just me or was that gal incredibly rude to us?” My wife then told me she is always that way when she shops here without me. I would say I’ll just go to another checkout lane but lately there are only one or two to choose from. This location is really close by where I live so it’s unfortunate.

I love this Sprouts Farmers Market. This is my favorite grocery store. This store is very clean, has an excellent and varied selection of products, great prepared food in the deli section and helpful, friendly employees. Prices are reasonable in my opinion, produce is fresh, vegetarian and vegan selections are plentiful. I highly recommend Sprouts to those of you that are into clean and healthy eating!

Newer Sprouts Store to shop in Cave Creek on Carefree Highway. It is okay. Seeing improvement. Prices are high for produce. However, I signed up for the Sprouts Freebie Digital program over a year ago. It never fails that their system doesn't catch 1 of the product's coupons and I have to explain what this is all about and, prove to them by showing the clipped coupon on my APP. Their cashiers don't understand what I am talking about or even recognize this program! So, there I am today holding up a lane with my 5 items and I am only in this regular lane because people are in the "10 items or less" lanes with over 10 items. There's no accountability . ( For a newer store, there are no self checkout lanes, unfortunately!) I would think that after a year, cashiers would know about this authorized Sprouts program. It is a hassle when it shouldn't be!I do have to thank the manager who was right there to tell the cashier what to do. I think he was aware of the program. Not sure, but he put an end to the holdup created by this situation. Amen.I never ever have this experience at the Sprouts Shea or Pinnacle Peak Stores! Not Ever!Needs some training here!

It was okay. Some of the fruit I was picking up was extra soft, so I had to pick through a lot of it.

The employees were very rude and very stand-off-ish. I asked for assistance in the bulk spice depth and was completely lied to. I Went to another sprout in the next town and was told by their bulk spice person that they did have the item I was looking for and apologized that the clerk from this store didn't want to help Much less Get it for me! I'll never go back to that one again. Which, from their attitudes. That's exactly what's they were aiming for!!! Good work on the horrible customer service!

Sprouts is an amazing store. Very high quality food and atmosphere. I don’t have one right near my house, so it’s always a destination for me always worth the trip.
